Very easy and delightful museum across the street from central park. Not to be missed.
Fantastic museum on New York history. From there you should go to Museum mile to sample some of the city's greatest museums: The Metropolitan Museum, the Guggenheim and so on... or take a stroll in Central Park
They give an amazing look into the creation of NYC and everything it had to go through to be the city it is today.
