This is an americanized chinese restaurant. In most parts of the United States, there is not many mainline chinese people, so they cater to american taste. This is a good example of what most americans think of for chinese food. However, in Los Angeles, we have a large population of chinese that has brought in great restaurants with chinese flavors. If you want sychuan food we have a great spot we like thats very reasonable priced. Look for Yunchuan Restuarant on the east side of the map
