The last coal-powered car ferry that crosses Lake Michigan, the Badger is truly a historical relic. Even if you don't want to take a day trip to Wisconsin, it's fun to watch it pull in to port about six pm every night in the summer.

Take the ferry to Door County and back. Hint - renting a car in Door County is less expensive than putting your car on the ferry. Fun experience!
