Tips from locals
From here you have a little known amazing birds eye view of Bath City. You can drive and park up here. Perhaps on your way over to Prior Park Gardens.
From here you can see the most beautiful views of Bath. It is also part of the Skyline Walking tour. Head to the back of Bath Spa train station and walk up Jacob's ladder footpath. It's quite a hike so make sure you are fit!
If you want to have your breath taken away we recommend you go take a look at the view from this park. It really is a local secret.

“The Bear is a landmark for locals and visitors alike, thanks to Snowy, the life sized polar bear, guarding the main entrance! Relaunched by the team behind Zazu’s Kitchen, an independent group of pubs and restaurants, The Bear is here to be the neighbourhood pub we’d all like to have at the end of our street; focused on good food, good people and good times. ”

“Da Vinci's is a small Italian deli selling great coffee to eat in or take away and excellent lunch time baguettes. The shop is small but everyone in Bear Flat seems to fit in for a coffee on a Saturday morning. Great community feel. ”
