“We LOVED our stay here! We stayed 2 nights in Serrana villa and 2 nights in Saba and loved them both. This villa is so cozy and private. Here are a few things about our stay: Host: Janus will take care of anything you need. ANYTHING! Janus is so responsive answering questions and he has connections for everything - tours, chauffeurs, chef, etc. He will definitely go out of his way to make sure your stay is exceptional! Janus greeted us when we arrived and also before we checked out. We were so sad to leave. Location: Soufriere is hands down the best part of the island! I am so glad we stayed here for the majority of our vacation. It is definitely the most beautiful part of the island and is where most of the things to see and do are. We drove all the way up to the north side of the island and saw where the cruise ships come in, where the Sandals resorts are, etc. and I would not recommend staying up there. If you’re reading this, do yourself a favor and stay near Soufriere instead and book one (or two) of Janus’s places. You'd be able to walk from here to town, although having a rental car makes things easier. We felt very safe, both at the villa and around town. Villa & Amenities: We were just two people, but it could easily accommodate four. Both bedrooms and bathrooms are very nice. We only used the air conditioner at night to cool it down a bit and get the humidity out for sleeping, but otherwise we enjoyed the warm open air feel of the villa. Wifi was good and the kitchen had everything we needed. Roads/Driving: We are from the United States so drive on the opposite side of the road. The roads are bumpy and steep in some places, but nothing that can’t be navigated, so don’t let the roads deter you from renting a car. We are so glad we had a car! We did not have cell phone service in St. Lucia but I had downloaded the offline map and we used that for navigation, which worked quite well. We did use the chauffeur service (Janus lined this up) one evening though to go out for a nice meal, as we did not want to drive back that far in the dark. Highly recommend this service as well! Honestly, before booking this villa, when I was reading reviews for all of Janus’s villas, I was thinking that these places couldn’t possibly be so good, at such an affordable price. Everything in the reviews is true and the photos are very accurate. Thanks for the incredible stay, Janus! You provided us with a very memorable trip to St. Lucia and we are so lucky to have celebrated our 20th anniversary here.”
*Ask About Seasonal Discounts!* Located on the edge of the ridge in Marigot Bay, features incredible views out over the sea and horizon and a private plunge pool. A perfect getaway for honeymooners or just a couple looking for a romantic retreat.
“The views and sunsets here were amazing! My wife and I stayed here for the first half of our trip to St. Lucia, and it was a great start. We rented a car and would go to a nearby beach during the day and be back at the place to watch the sunset from the patio because that is the BEST place to see it. Then we would go down to Marigot Bay for dinner and drinks, which was a blast! There's plenty to do close by, but we really wanted to get out on a boat, but not do all the touristy stuff (most took you to Soufriere area which is where we spent the second half of our trip). So I found a flyer for Captain Joe, called him, and booked him for the next day. We had the boat to ourselves and beach hopped, snorkeled, and visited the Pitons while he fed us fruit and beer. It was one of our favorite parts of vacation - I left his number in the guestbook. Definitely recommend this place for the size, privacy, views, and location to Marigot Bay.”
One of our guests, upon seeing the view immediately said "There are no words to describe this!" Nevertheless, we shall try; beautiful, tranquil, zen and serene! A modern house with spectacular views of Anse Galet Bay beneath, Martinique beyond and the green treetops below! Wake up to the sound of birds chirping and surf crashing! 10 minute drive from the beach, shopping, Pigeon Point Historic Fort and 3 minute drive away from great golfing! Bienvenue.........everything is within reach!!
“Xavier is a great host with an incredible property. Check in was ideal and we felt at home straight away. The whole place is bigger than the pictures suggest and we quickly got to work sunning ourselves and watching the waves hit the shore below us. It had everything we needed and we spent days where we didn’t leave because it was so relaxing and beautiful. The pool was lovely to cool down in and the ice machine was very much appreciated to make rum punch! Bed was comfy and the view of sunrise in the mornings was amazing. Xavier helped us book taxis when we went for dinner at Cap Maison (we recommend) as the apartment doesn’t have its own address. There was also a good array of leaflets and info of where to go and we found Xaviers brochure for the property very useful. Thoughtful touches, clean, comfy, beautiful views and an incredible location...we will be recommending to everyone and we will be back! Thank you!”
