I booked the pizza experience because I wanted to learn to make pizza myself. Well then you've come to the right place! He knows all the ins and outs and the combinations he makes on the pizza is extremely surprising. I can say that I cook a lot and eat experience but he was able to surprise me. Except that I learned a lot, it has been a very nice evening with Silvio and girlfriend. His girlfriend is a sommelier and knows how to guide the pizza's from delicious wines. Their home is cozy and we enjoy eating at Italians once. Top experience!! So do!

This was a magical experience that our family will not soon forget. It wasn't just a lesson, or a story, or a pizza, it was truly an experience. From the minute we walked through the door of their very thoughtfully decorated, art filled space, Silvio and Monica entertained, educated, and fed us straight from their hearts. I booked it as a gift for my husband who wanted to learn how to make pizza but it was much, much more. We came to Vasto just for this experience and not only do I not regret it, I want to do it again!
