Charcuterie boards require a 10-serving minimum and can accommodate up to 100 guests. Charcuterie includes fruits, veggies, dips, meats and cheeses all seasonal and customizable. I can either drop off a platter or stage a spread for 1-3 hours, or display for 3-4 hours.
