This treatment is inspired by traditional Mexican care practices for expectant mothers. Its goal is to relieve muscle fatigue, reduce tension, and promote deep relaxation, creating a beautiful moment of connection and bonding with the baby. Gentle movements and a restorative touch help bring balance, harmony, and renewed energy, offering a comforting break during pregnancy.

This session of deep relaxation, connection, and presence takes place in a warm pool, where the water becomes a space of support, containment, and encounter with the life that is developing. The mother floats face up with the support of floats, and the doula gently and respectfully supports and moves her body to allow the loving embrace of the liquid element.
