In this experience, you'll be able to enjoy local dishes from my region, such as escalivada (roasted vegetables) on toast with anchovies, a Xatonada (chestnut) salad, a mouthwatering roast chicken, or a delicious crème brûlée. The menu can be adapted to customers' preferences or to accommodate food intolerances/allergies.

In this experience, you'll get to enjoy our traditional tapas! You can choose from trying our ham and cheese with tomato bread, our croquettes, our magnificent patatas bravas, prawns in garlic sauce, Russian salad, potato omelette, a butifarra sausage skewer, a small glass of salmorejo, or finishing on a sweet note with a torrija (French toast) or a delicious rice pudding.

Learn how to cook a great rice dish or risotto. You can choose from a variety of fish, meats, or vegetables. We will prepare two different types of rice dishes, and of course, you will then be able to enjoy them at your leisure, accompanied by a refreshing soft drink or a glass of wine.
