It features starters like crispy salmon rice and hamachi crudo, a light miso soup, and mains including miso-glazed black cod and teriyaki lamb chops with rice and seasonal vegetables. It finishes with refined desserts like matcha crème brûlée and yuzu sorbet for a bright, refreshing end.
 

The Oceans Reserve Menu

The “Oceans Reserve” menu is a luxury seafood dining experience featuring refined coastal flavors and premium ingredients.
