Traditional Thai foot massage: I use the Wat Po method from the Buddhist temple in Bangkok: 60 massage, lymphatic-draining, and softening movements, stimulating the area from the ankle to the knee, including over 20 points under the soles of the feet. No other area of the body is stimulated. I use camphor-infused, scented cream from Thailand: it soothes itching, promotes breathing, relaxes muscles, and has anti-inflammatory and antifungal properties.
