My girlfriend and I reserved Michael to make paella for us on the night that we arrived from an overseas flight. We thought that it would be a nice way to start our vacation and relaxing. We didn’t have to look for a restaurant or go out or cook ourselves. Mikal was more than we expected. We had a couple of special requests, including the type of paella wine and dessert and he catered to our request with a lovely attitude. He arrived on time. He was very, very friendly a lovely young man just wonderful chef trying to move together his own business. I’m sure if anybody is looking for an at home chef I highly recommend him because not only was the food good but he has a welcoming personality. He smiled and laughed. He took photos with us. He was very engaging, and we had special request for chocolate dessert which he elevated to a lovely degree and let me tell you if you have him in your home ask him for his chocolate lava cake! If I ever need an at home chef again I would call Michael

We had Michael as our private chef for one of our dinners at the villa. He arrived with everything he needed, prepared everything from scratch, set the table beautifully, provided printed menus for all guests, and served the best paella we've ever had.
