This is a private sauna where the guest lights the wood stove. Experience with wood stoves required. In person instructions must be received prior. This allows for more flexibility as to the time of the sauna. The price of this sauna is lower than a private sauna with the fire prepared. Towels are provided and there is a cold stream shower onsite. All sauna participants must sign a waiver prior to entering and follow the rules of the sauna.

This is a wood fired Sauna. It can hold up to 8 people. It takes about 60 minutes prep time to warm up. Towels are provided to sit on and dry off. There is a cold shower to rinse off. Water and an electrolyte drink with lemon, maple syrup and salt is provided. Participants in the sauna must sign a waiver before entering and comply with the sauna rules.

The Sauna Ceremony starts with smudging. Round 1 Set your intention to a drum or rattle. Call and response songs. Round 2 Silence. Round 3 Talking stick. Share your prayers. Electrolyte drinks and towels provided. Cold shower onsite. All participants must sign a waiver before entering the sauna and comply by the rules.
