Suitable for those that deal with Everyday Stress, Work, & Physical Activity. Consists of a Mixture of Swedish/Relaxing, Stretching, & Deep Tissue. If you have Focus Areas or places of concern that need attention, this is for you. ​ Will be Full Body, while catering any Areas of Focus.
