Depending on your concerns and what I observe, the service will incorporate a variety of modalities such as: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Reflexology, Compression, and Stretching. This treatment will target muscle inflammation to release tightness from surrounding muscle groups to assist your body in letting go of pain. This service can range from medium to deep pressure.

The body experiences many changes in such a short period of time, which can cause aches and pains. Research has proven that prenatal massage is not only beneficial for "Mommy", but for baby as well! Massage can help ease pregnancy stress and tension. For the majority of the treatment, you will lie on your side with pillows for support. This treatment is very customizable due to sensitivities during pregnancy. For example, abdominal massage is optional; we offer unscented oil if necessary.

This treatment is for chronic pain and muscle tightness. Once muscles start to give, deep tissue techniques become more effective. It is always recommended to drink water after a massage and give your body time to adjust to the treatment. For example, avoiding strenuous gym time or exercise for the next 2 days. Stretching is provided but optional.
