This is a session in which the person remains lying down in comfortable clothes on the bed while the ancient Tibetan bells are placed on the main energy centers and gently resonated. The vibrations penetrate the body, enveloping it on a physical, sensory and emotional level. This practice aims to rebalance the chakras and calm the mind, promoting a lasting sense of peace and lightness. The session at my studio (Nuovo Salario) takes place in a quiet atmosphere.

This practice combines Tibetan bells, cymbals and koshi with crystals positioned on specific points of the body. The integration with stones and crystals amplifies the sound work and promotes a sense of peace, centering and lasting energy rebalancing, with the deep release of stress and fatigue.
