Absolutely exceptional. Mauro is unbelievably meticulous in the best possible way. He knows exactly how to step into a kitchen, adapt on the fly, and still deliver at the highest level. We even had a broken gas burner, and he handled it calmly and creatively without missing a beat. The food was outstanding truly top notch and the entire experience was flawless. We live full time in Tulum and have hired chefs before, but this was easily the best we’ve ever had. We also have four year old twins, and Mauro was incredibly gracious and intuitive with them, which made the night even more special and relaxed for us as parents. Can’t say enough good things. Professional, warm, and wildly talented. We will absolutely be rebooking.
