Can accommodate all dietary restrictions/needs. With this service, our chefs will arrive with food primarily ready to go, but build the items in a provided workspace, display them on our high-end, rustic-chic serviceware and replenish them non stop for a period of 2 hrs, or until the food runs out. 5 hrs. total on site

For this service we would simply deliver the food, ready to eat, in disposable containers and trays. We will sauce/garnish any menu items that need it, give you a rundown of the menu items we've delivered, and depart. No service from our team, but we can set up a simple buffet for you (sans chaffing dishes) but no other set up/clean up. Basically an elevated, and fresher take on delivery. Menu can be designed by our chefs, or we can hop on a call to discuss your specific menu/dietary requests.

With Drop & Stay our chefs arrive with the food ready to eat and will set up a buffet with our high-end catering serviceware (chaffers, platters, trays, tongs, etc.). On-site for 5 hrs total, which would break down to: 2 hr of setup, 2 hr of service, and 1 hr to clean and depart. It's stationed apps for 1 hour, then a buffet for 1 hour, back to back. We leave remaining food in disposable containers. Service hours can be extended for extra. Can add servers for an additional charge, recommended.

Providing full-scale buffet, family style, or plated service and tray-passed or stationed hors d'oeuvres. We can design the menu with you! The menu would be 4 Hors D' Oeuvres (2 of each, 8 total per guest), 1 Salad, 2 Mains (Proteins), 1 Starch, 1 Veg. Additional food can be provided for extra. Fully staffed with servers and kitchen staff. We offer full or scaled down service cooked on site or off. All service equipment is included. 7 total hours on-site. We have rentals and bar services too.
