We hire a chef every year for our family trip and this year was the best experience we have had to date! Diego worked with me to create a custom menu just for us, was respectful of an allergy and very communicative leading up to our dinner. He and his assistant were a pleasure to have in our kitchen and the food, presentation and service were all excellent. He also made a meal for us to enjoy the following day for dinner, and it was fantastic. We will be hiring him again and highly recommend to anyone looking to have a special meal!
