We hired Chef Alejandro for a private dinner experience and he absolutely knocked it out of the park. Cooking for 10 people is no small feat , but doing it for 10 genuinely hard to please guests and leaving every single one of them happy, full, and raving? That's something special. From the start, he was flexible and collaborative with the menu, working with our preferences without missing a beat. But beyond the food itself, his energy and presence made the whole evening. He's a warm, genuine person who brought an incredible vibe to the table (literally). Every dish was delicious, the portions were generous, and the experience felt personal and thoughtful from start to finish. If you're on the fence about booking a private chef stop hesitating and book Chef Alejandro with no qualms or worries. We'd hire him again in a heartbeat. 10/10, no notes.

Alejandro was so professional and responsive in the months, weeks and days leading up to our trip. We booked him to prepare & cook lunch, dinner, and snacks for 3 days leading up to our wedding, our group ranged from 9-12 people.
