We enjoyed a wonderful meal by the chef for our group. It was clear she was experienced and did all the setup and cleanup for the space. We communicated before the event and were provided a choice of two entree options (catfish, pork) as well as accomodations for a vegetarian in our group. It provided the backdrop for a wonderful lunch and for the group who had traveled in from many different places, we were able to have an enjoyable and relaxed lunch conversation.
