Kelly is a great photographer and we would definitely recommend her if your in Porto and need your photos done. She was very accommodating on meeting us during our time in Porto and She was very good and directing us who are not the best couple at taking photos. She definitely wanted to capture our vision for our photos and she made sure that our vision came to life while taking our photos.

I booked a photo session with Kelly in Porto, but unfortunately my experience was not as smooth as I had hoped. Kelly arrived about 10 minutes late, which was not a big problem, but it set the tone for some challenges. The previews I received were blurry with large watermarks, so it was hard to see my face clearly and difficult to choose. Another difficulty was communication. After making my selections, I asked to receive the original photos without editing and hoped to get them quickly. However, I did not receive a reply for two days. Later, Kelly explained she was traveling and could only deliver the photos after her return. By then, the Airbnb review deadline had passed, which left me with a poor experience and the feeling that my request as a customer was not fully considered. Up to now, I still haven’t received any photos. Please take this review mainly as feedback on communication, not on photo quality. I hope this can be improved in the future with stronger professionalism.
