This experience was absolutely outstanding - easily one of the highlights of our 13-day trip to Japan, and without question the best food we had.
The multi-course wagyu tasting with sake pairings took place in a private bar area of a hotel, used exclusively for our group, which made the experience feel intimate and special. Chef Tei was incredible - she cooked each course right in front of us, and you could feel her skill and passion in every dish.
Dai guided us through the experience, explaining each course and sake pairing in a way that was informative but never overwhelming. Every bite was exceptional, and the pacing was perfect.
I would return in a heartbeat and have already recommended this experience to others. If you are even remotely interested in wagyu or Japanese cuisine, do not miss this.
