I highly recommend this trip, I booked an early morning time slot.I haven't practiced for a while, but the teacher was very attentive and guided me. I also challenged myself to do some movements that I hadn't done before. Practicing outdoors, watching the sky and the trees and flowers, made me feel very cheerful.In the process, the teacher will also help with video and photo taking, leaving wonderful memories.
