Modern house with a comfortable surroundings. Bright spacious rooms with a lovely spacious surroundings. Ten minute walk to the beach and the well known St. George's bay. Bus stops is a ten minute walk.
“Peter was very open and helpful. He has given us a lot of information about things to do and bus timetables. Both check-in and check-out went smoothly. The communication with Peter was always very fast and was really helpful. The apartment was very clean, but unfortunately there was a small ant street in the kitchen. The view from the terrace is really breathtaking, but unfortunately it is a bit noisy to really relax. All in all, we had a great stay!”
The property has been converted by our own team of in house interior designers. Built in the early 1900s this property is situated on a corner by the old Old College Street Bridge. This street and also the property has true character and oozes with charm. We have made sure that the design stands out and that the house is extreemly practical for travellers who want an idyllic escape in an urban surrounding. 50 meters down the road you come out into Balluta Square that is one of the highlights in the Sliema & St. Julians area. Restaurants, spas, transport, shopping and everything else is readily available in this area. Bedrooms: One large double bedroom furnished with modern/classical furniture. A wallpapered wall serves as a feature wall which will then draw attention to the large hanging chandelier. A wardrobe, chest of drawers and armchair are also furnished. Bathrooms: The bathroom consists of a large walk in shower, carved marble sink on vanity and a WC. All modern and new. Kitchen: Kitchen is a new fit italian kitchen. This consists of dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and electric stove. Plenty of storage. Within the kitchen one will find a spacious dining table and chairs to cater to any occasion. Living Rooms: The living room provides space to relax and unwind. A large leather chesterfield sofa faces the TV. Accompanying the sofa is a pair of stools. Other: A traditional Maltese balcony protrudes out of the house onto the street and one can sit down in it facing the direction of the square. This is flooded with light. Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service: We will provide all the sheets and towels necessary for your stay. We offer maid services once a week. Extra visits may be arranged. Cleaning is included in the total cost. Amenities/Facilities: Dishwasher, Fridge/Freezer, Hob/Stove, Iron, Microwave, Oven. Air Conditioning, Cable TV, Central Heating,Wireless Internet Access, TV.
“Michael's place is a stylish, quiet oasis in the center of bustling end of Sliema (near to St. Julians). That's the good news - you have serenity in one direction, and a bar and nightlife scene in the other. The bus service is close and convenient. There is a nice mini-market (college market) that roasts chickens and has fresh produce and lots of nice wines just around the corner. There are also many sea-facing restaurants nearby. The place itself has local character, it is comfortable and nicely decorated. The bed is firm. The shower is good. We have stayed here twice, and will always stay here when we are in Malta if it is available. Don't miss this place.”
