Rich broth, excellent chew with the noodles, and the best part is if you have enough broth left in your bowl you can get a 2nd serving of noodles. Just ask your server!

Jak's probably one of my favorite and best Steak houses in the Seattle area. I personally believe they are better than the Met, Daniels Broiler, and every other fancy steak house in town. Every dish is cooked to perfection, atmosphere is cozy, and service is always superb.
