Food Scene

Baltimore has lots of great options for food. These are some of our favorites with an emphasis on places close by or worth the drive.
The platters here are delicious, our favorite is the enchiladas verde. They have tacos as well but we'd recommend getting tacos from Tijuana Taco 3 (even closer to the house)!

We were so excited when this place opened. They have the best bagels in the city. Their coffee and other baked goods are all delicious. They've also started offering dinner service which is popular and tasty!

the food here is super delicious (not at all healthy). The portions are huge, we highly recommend the "neighborhood bird" sandwich which is the best fried chicken sandwich. If you like fish, the "tackle box" platter is also really good. There's not much seating so this place isn't great for groups.

So much to do here: swim, run, skate, play basketball, football, soccer, baseball, or tennis. Play with adorable dogs at the dog park, climb the Pagoda. There's also lots of cultural festivals that take place here and a monthly Audubon bird watching walk.

Arts & Culture

Baltimore has some great museums such as the Baltimore Museum of Art and the Walters. Here's a few lesser known places that are worth a visit to see what local artists are up to.
Great arts organization in a beautiful old building. There's always several exhibitions up featuring local artists. Artists also have beautiful studios here that are fun to peek into.
