The renowned “Stopkova Pivnice” pub has always been one of the pillars of Czech social and cultural life in Brno. A pub was opened on this site as early as the mid-19th century. It gained its fame after the arrival of its new owner, the ingenious publican Jaroslav Stopka, who took over the original “Jonákova Pub” in 1910. And even today you can judge for yourselves the quality of the Pilsner Urquell lager served here tapped from their beer tanks. You can also taste typical Czech kitchen here.
