The most popular shopping area in the city. A Night bazaar and a Mall with over 1,500 boutiques and 40 restaurants. Open from 17:00 You can spend all your evening here. You will have fun browsing the boutiques, picking up gifts or something for yourself. There are variety cuisine for your selection. The shows are performed nightly as Calypso ladyboy cabaret and soon, a classic Thai puppets performance.
It’s about 15 - 20 mins by taxi. Or jump on the free shuttle boat at Saphan Taksin pier only takes 10 mins, and the boat runs until 23:00. Taxis are not recommended as the traffic can be terrible in this area. From the boat you step off onto a long boardwalk which runs for 300 m.
