Great vietnamese rice and noodle bowls! Fresh and delicious with vegetarian and vegan options as well as meat. The patio is heated and awesome on days you want to be outside. There are a few inside tables and this is also a great take-out joint if you prefer.

while you are in st. johns, drop in for a yoga class at shanti om. a truly indian inspired space for practice. check the website for a class! I taught in this space for 10 years pre-pandemic and it is very dear to my heart.

With the biggest disc golf course in Portland, the 7 miles of trees that make up Pier Park with it's baseball diamond, basketball and tennis court, playground and picnic area are a great place to walk to from the house. There is also a public pool here open in the summer months and a dog park on the far side, in the connected Chimney Park.
