We highly recommend making the time to enjoy a meal and a cider with friends and family at Chain Yard Urban Cidery! (You may even run into Jocelyn and I here!) Relaxing atmosphere, friendly staff, great prices, wifi and most importantly Unchained Kitchen is one of Halifax's top rated kitchens which also caters to those with Gluten allergies and sensitivities. Chain-Yard offers an amazing local craft beer menu, local wines and most importantly CIDER! The food menu is always changing with the season and has an amazing selection for even the pickiest of eaters. This is also a family environment so the kiddos can also come relax and grab a bite.

Just a quick trip across the bridge and you'll find Battery Park! An upbeat environment that offers a large patio during the warmer months for you to sit relax drink and eat. One of my favorite spots to bring the kids for lunch. Great vibes amazing staff and the food never disappoints!

Good Robot! One of my all time favorite spot to hang out with friends. Rumble Fish Food Co. has an amazing made from scratch bar food menu catering to every dietary need and allergy. I highly recommend you book a brewery tour while visiting. Good Robot has an amazing selection of gluten reduced beer and TONS of fun events. Enjoy a movie on their patio! The Exchange offers an affordable upscale experience with a high end kitchen and huge selection of fine alcohol and cocktails! Open until 11pm Sunday-Thursday and 1am Friday and Saturday. Have a stroll around the historic Garrision grounds while visiting!
