Best beaches
These are a few of our favourite beaches and how to get to each one
Everyone loves the famous Bondi Beach. It is a great place to relax for the day, have a swim, grab something to eat or go out for a drink on Hall Street.
The northern end of the beach is best for families, the centre is where most of the tourists congregate and the southern end is mostly young people and backpackers.
You can get to the beach either by walking (~25 mins), driving (5 mins) or by bus (8 mins).
The number 380 bus can be caught from the corner of Military rd and Blake st, which is a 5 min walk from our apartment. Please note that you will need an Opal card to pay for the bus.
