Food Scene

Best coffee in the Valley. Not much selection in food but their coffee is so good, I can drink it black. There are multiple locations, as well. There is another one on Orchard Street which is close to the Hilton House.

Goldy's is an icon to Boise! It's been reviewed by numerous magazines and has endless awards for their incredible food. Typically there is a wait to get in, but they have a café on the corner that is cozy and quaint. I highly recommend their Sunset Mimosa.

The Village is a new and upcoming venue in the Treasure Valley and worth the trip. Loads of shopping, restaurants, breweries, parks and outdoor areas for everyone. In the summer there is a playground and grassy area for the kids to play and in the winter, a small outdoor ice skating rink. The Village also has a movie theater and Big Al's Bowling.

I always need a good sushi recommendation and for Boise, this is it! We do have several close seconds but this is close to home, you can order out or dine in and it's affordable. But most importantly- it's SO GOOD!
