An old farmhouse from the early 20th century - through solar system (hot water) /photovoltaic (electricity) and own groundwater, the house works autonomously and sustainably. My wife and I decided a few years ago to rebuild our house and to make part of the space available for holiday guests. We are looking forward to interacting with the new guests, being able to offer them a great time and just a nice stay in our cozy house.

The apartment is close to the city center and Lake Aasee. The university of applied sciences can be reached in 10 minutes by bike and in 5 minutes by car ( B67 nearby). A bus stop is very close. Bakers and butchers, as well as food market are about 1000 m away. Our house and the apartment are in a cul-de-sac, public parking is available. We have furnished the apartment conveniently and cozy. Linen and towels are included.

Exactly across the Woold-Barlo border is the Grenspeddelaar. In front of a shop and gas station, which started it once. The gas station is now unmanned and the former shop has been converted into a charming and comfortable guesthouse. The Grenspeddelaar is in a special place: there is sometimes hustle and bustle, but there are also grazing cows across the road. Every guest, vacationer or passerby is welcome!
