We had an amazing time staying at Zulema and Jennifer. The best hostesses ever: really caring and friendly. Me and my daughter enjoyed staying at their clean and cosy home and their company. Also the location is really convenient and living next to chocolate and fresa cafe makes life a dream come true.

It is a perfect place. Excellent reception, perfect communication, Zulema, perfect room, and the whole house. All very clean and in perfect condition. Do not hesitate to return to this house since I was delighted and up near the center !!!

Zulema place is even better than the pictures and super well located, if you go to an event at the convention center is ideal because it is a little 3 blocks. It is very clean and the friendliness and good energy of Zulema, Cristian and jenny are unbeatable. Actually they receive you like you're friend or family life. I recommend it 100%. The boys have been most friendly and hospitable during our stay. The room is very spacious and comfortable, with a large closet for clothes and a desk and chair which came wonders to use the notebook. Both the room, as the common room (bathroom, kitchen and living room), always very clean and very well equipped. We recommend it !! Luciana and Manuel :)

The treatment was very good. Juan Carlos and Paola greeted us kindly even having arrived earlier than expected. The bed is a bit small, but the rest was great: location, cleanliness, value ... highly recommended for a few days in Vitoria.

This Airbnb was amazing, due to the great host, Elizabeth (Ángelas mom) She was very kind, and made us feel very comfortable the whole time. One night I had a cough attack and went to the kitchen for water. Elizabeth awoke came into the kitchen, told me cold water was bad and proceeded to make me hot water with fresh squeezed lemon juice and honey in it. I definitely recommend this Airbnb and if you stay give her a hug for me.

The house is as it is advertised, very cozy and with everything you need (if you're female, you have to take dryer). The apartment is in a very quiet and pleasant neighborhood about 20 minutes walk from the center and no trouble parking. The only problem is that the key wifi did not work and had to connect to the Internet via cable. Otherwise it is a highly recommended apartment

Accommodation is perfectly as described. It is super cozy and great. You get to the center Vitonia in 10 min walk. My homestand Iker was satisfactory.

The apartment is about 15 minutes from downtown, there are places to park and is the same as in the photos.

I came for one night with my girlfriend. The apartment is really nice, you really feel at home! It perfectly matches the ad. Moreover, it is very close to downtown, just 10 minutes walk. The area is quiet and silent and allows you to park your car for free, which is a real plus. Iker is a very nice person and he speaks English. I recommend this accommodation!

Great value for money in central location ..

The house was enough for four or even five people. In a very quiet and convenient to downtown area. Maybe we miss more equipment in the house, to use the kitchen, etc ... And have a bath is a fair bit, but it implies. Otherwise everything perfect.

The truth is that the person who met us at the apartment was super friendly, but we found laying on the ad that had wifi and was not true (now already been resolved after our complaint) and the boiler was broken, all I have to say is that airbnb cared about realojarnos as soon as possible, but not repeated in this accommodation as I felt cheated

All very comfortable: a spacious room with king bed, and the floor is very well located - a few minutes walk from the center, and the tram stop is next. Zulema is very friendly and attentive. No facilities!

I stayed for three nights, and was well received by Zulema and Jenifer. Everything was as described and even though my airplane was delayed and I was several hours late we had good communication and it worked out well. I was very happy with staying in their apartment and would very gladly stay there again. Good location. Safe neighborhood. Bars and restaurants and shops nearby. short walk to the old town. Tram stops right outside so when I was continuing my trip the tram took me straight to the busstation. As an extra they took me to pintxo pote, (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) that if you don't know what it is. Zulema and Jenifer are gems.

The accommodation has a perfect location. The room is spacious, clean and noiseless. The host, Carlos was very attentive, recommended eateries and indications we need. A very good experience.

The apartement is in a perfect location, just a few walks from the main square. Vitoria is very safe in the evening, so you can just walk around. I never had the need to take public transport, as the house was so perfectly located, and also because Carlos gave me its bicycle :) The room is confortable, with a large bed and double glasses, so you hear no noise from outside. Carlos is a very present owner, he would make me orange juces in the morning and walk me around if I wanted. He knows about the city and can give you lots of information. He is very kind.

Carlos apartment was very convenient - in the old town centre and near bars shopping and restaurants. He showed us a place park the car a short distance from the apartment. The room was spotless and the bed very comfortable. Very quiet at night although it is in the centre. We had a bathroom for our use. Communication was easy- we enjoyed our stay with Carlos & Olga. We would stay there again if returning to Vittoria.

This was a great place to stay, and I would thoroughly recommend staying here to anyone. The apartament is in an ideal location, with great proximity to the old town and to the center of Vitoria. Olga was a very welcoming and gracious host.

Carlos emailes us clear directions about where to unload our luggage from the car. He welcomed us and showed us a free place to park that is a 10 to 15 min walk from his apartment. The room is clean and comfortable and it was nice to have a bath to ouselves. We were able to use the kitchen to heat water for tea and eat yoghurt and fruit we brought for breakfast outside of the hours the family needed to cook. We enjoyed meeting Carlos, Ogla and their daughter. The central location is really great and Vitoria-Gasteiz is a beautiful city for walking around.

Des the first contact Carlos offered to help in any way necessary regarding our visit to Vitoria-Gasteiz. We explained the parking options and once we got ushered to park the car. All family was very attentive to us, down to the smallest detail. They let us maps and information about the city, they asked that we wanted for breakfast and even Carlos gave us a guided tour of the city. The room and the house are clean with everything you need and great location. Thanks Carlos! We have been delighted if we repeat back to Vitoria!

I stayed at Iñaki's house for one night on my way from Bilbao to Pamplona as it seemed a good place to relax but I wish I had stayed there longer. His house is in a really convenient neighbourhood with supermarkets and shops quite close and with free parking in front of the house. The house itself is spacious, has everything I would expect in a home away from home and the bed is very comfortable. I definitely recommend his house and the host Iñaki! Thanks for everything and hope to visit again someday.

Iñaki is very attentive and available at any time to what can necesitar.Llegamos early morning to night and leave early the next day, he had no qualms about waiting for us to give us the keys and explain necessary. His studio is tiny but for one night we managed. It has improvable things but the value is acceptable.

Great. It is a very kind person, and does not put you any hits or difficulty but quite the opposite. The loft is also geniaal. Very nice and quiet. Without bothering neighbors or anything. Certainly a trustworthy person. We meet again, for sure!

Cristina lives in an apartment near the Old Town, and was a very pleasant hostess. She was there to welcome us and show us the house when we arrived, and left us breakfast in the mornings. We had everything we needed and had a very pleasant stay. Thank you!

Given the late arrival time we did not see much but it still left us with an opportunity to discuss not bad Latin America where it originated (Argentina). The apartment, very quiet, is ideally located 2 steps from parking lots 2 and especially from the historical center.
