Layout: Living room with kitchen & dining area, 2 bedrooms, anteroom, bathroom with shower & bathtub, toilet, garage. A "highlight" of this apartment is the south facing terrace with about 30 m2 & views of the Karawanken incl. Mittagskogel. In less than 15 minutes' walk you can reach the free beach Drobollach on the Faaker See.

The cozy and bright appartment in the first floor offers you everything you need for your holidays in Carinthia. It is situated at a northern edge of Villach in a quiet environment and is a good starting point for activities of every kind. The kitchen is fully equipped, tea and coffee also included. The big bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed, the smaller bedroom offers two single beds. Of course we clean and desinfect the appartment every time before and after the arrival of our guests.

Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.
