The house (approx. 150 m ²) is located in the countryside, there is a large garden (about 3500 m ²). In addition, an outdoor kitchen (gas grill and gas stove) with pizza oven. Inside there is an open kitchen, a cozy living room with fireplace, a bedroom and a separate toilet. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, tub and 2 sinks. Up to now, children have played in the tapered floor. There is a pull-out cot (in addition) and a desk as an office workplace.

Welcome to the Black Forest! This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door. The house has a big garden with a magnificent old stock of trees and a little creek. Beautiful heirlooms combined with new & modern furniture. The apartment is on the 2nd floor in an old building. In the spacious bedroom there is also a workplace with lots of daylight. The kitchen is fully equipped, there is a washing machine in the bathroom, the toilet is separate and the sofas can easily be converted into a bed. The apartment is perfect for a few nice days privately or for business in Trossingen. On foot, you can reach the shops in 2 minutes.
