We felt very welcome and the owner did everything they could to make our holiday enjoyable. The neighborhood is absolutely quiet, encountered almost no people on the street and on the beach were the end of May alone. There is a bay and many great hiking and walking trails. The house is totally clean, neat and generous. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need.

Vedran, thank you very much for your hospitality! Everything was great! Vedran met us with his family !!! Was very pleased to enter into this "fabulous" house where Vedran cooked us a surprise two bottles of wine and a bottle of grappa !!! The house itself is much more comfortable than in the pictures !!! Located in a quiet place where very nice rest from the bustle of cities !!! Any question with Vedran can be solved very easily, I would say more than was asked for the possibility to organize a guitar on arrival were shocked that there was a new guitar Vedran bought especially for us !!!! Following the road with Zagbeba immediately flooded the sauna and pool ... !!!! Our second night in Istria, we spent with Vedran, where he told us what, where and how we should try, and that it is not necessary, where to go and what to see ..... writing and armed with four leaf navigator for 8 days stay Istria and thanks to the advice we received Vedran great pleasure and I think that will definitely be back !!! The hospitality of Martina and Vedran is not to exceed. From the beginning to initially end our 14 day stay, you have made sure that it must be missing to us at nothing. We were helped in organizing trips and many wertvollel tips to shaping our holiday. The equipment of the house is new and leaves no wish unfulfilled. We had enough space. For the self-sufficiency of 8 people, the kitchen kept ready a modern large fridge-freezer. An ever-maintained pool and enough chairs helped to relax. The house is located in a very quiet location. Total relaxation is guaranteed. For purchases, trips and swimming in the crystal clear sea but you need the car. We felt very comfortable!

We enjoy being at Zedran's house, the ratio price vs quality is excellent, the house is really comfortable and spacious, every bedroom has his own bathroom, it is clean and has all the equipment both inside and outside with the swimming pool, external tables and bbq. Vedran and his wife are very welcoming and attentive. In addition to the wine bottles at our arrival, they brought us milk and donuts for the kids the 1st morning knowing we had traveled before without having time to go to the supermarket.... The house is well located at 5 min from a stone beach and a good fish restaurant on the port, as well as 15min from Labin in an area very quiet and not busy with people or neighbors. A great place to rest and spend time with family.

It was my third expierience with Airbnb and i need to say that Vedran and his family are the best landlords you can imagine. The house was perfect. It was clean and looked like on the pictures. The house and the hospitality of Vedran and his family have exceeded our expectations. Everything was super clean, the house fully furnished and high quality, we even had a towel change during the week and a special wish was fulfilled immediately The rooms are just as nice as in the photos: o) The location of the house is very charming, in a quiet area in the Croatian hinterland, a car is absolutely necessary The trail is hard to find the first time, luckily we were calling "piloted" Nearby (1km) is a small fishing village where you can eat good fish and the nearest shops are in Labin, about 10 minutes away by car All in all a great holiday, we will definitely come back again and also recommend

We had a great stay in the lovely house of Daria and family. We are a family of 5 (3 girls aged 9, 14 and 16). The house was perfect for us. It is in a very quiet location just 2 minutes from Trget and 20 minutes from Labin. We absolutely loved the private pool. Daria and family was very friendly and had no problem of us arriving at 1.00 AM. Would recommend this house to everybody that is seeking privacy in luxurious surroundings.

very pleasant place to spend some quiet time

I cannot recommend this villa highly enough. It is in a lovely secluded location with a private pool that is not overlooked at all and it so peaceful and tranquil - just perfect! The hosts were lovely and had prepared lunch for us on arrival and stocked the fridge with essentials (including wine!) and they did everything they could to make us feel welcome. The air conditioning was in all the rooms and kept the house cool during the heat of the day (unlike some places where it is only in the main living room) and there was a lovely seating area outside with a table for sitting and eating. You need a car here to get about since the nearest restaurants are quite a long walk away (but only a few minutes drive in the car), but both local restaurants are excellent and we went back to them several times. If you want a quiet private villa in a secluded location with beautiful scenery then this is the prefect place and we are looking forward to coming back sometime in the future.

How can we explain, what a wonderful Time started by booking the House of Marco. From the very beginning he and his lovely family were helpful, friendly, uncomplicated and always connectable. When we arrived his family welcomed us and gave us a relaxed start in our holidays with some great tips! ( thanks for the greatest cevapcici) We are a family with two little boys who likes to run and explore and needs space. And at Marcos house we all found that for them. And also we found what we looked for: space, silence, nature and the starting point for trips to the wonderful coasts ,beaches and citys. the nice city Pula you can reach in 20 minutes. We, my family and I, are so happy that we rented Markos Vacation House one week during summer vacation. First of all the house is lovely, simply lovely. It not a big house, but there is plenty of room for a family like ours, with two smaller kids (2y and 5y). The house is both modern, with a newer bathroom and kitchen equipped with every you need, and also landly and very authentic. The terrace is just fantastic, and was we spend most of our time when we were at the house. There’s also a fine garden with place for the kids to run around, a to play with a small “basin”. The house is situated between 15-40min from everything that we wanted to see in Istria, and with a small and beautiful beach just nearby (6 mins to by car) we did not feel like being “to far away” from everything. We were happy that we had a base a bit away from all the tourists and noise, where our kids could run around and act all crazy without bothering anyone. Second of all Marko and he’s family are just lovely people. Marko was very helpful and replied swiftly to all our questions both before and during our stay. He was also checked in un us (via Airbnb) during our stay, just to make sure everything was alright. It was Markos sister and mother who showed us the house at arrival and said goodbye when we checked out. They were also very helpful, and gave good tips on very to go and what to see. We felt very welcome - it was like borrowing a house from relatives. Last, but not least, Croatia is a beautiful country, with many beautiful beaches and lovely clear blue water. We personally enjoyed the small local beach and the beach at Duga Uvala the most (especially the latter of the two) – but also Premantura and the beach nearby Safari Bar was a fantastic place (if you can cope with many tourists). We drove around a lot, and found many smaller cities both close to and away from the sea that we enjoyed – especially Fazana was fantastic and also Rovinj.     All in all we can very much recommend to visit Croatia and to stay in this lovely house.

We loved the house for the terrace view into the huge garden, for the quiet surroundings and for the cats, that visited every day - for food, of course ;). The garden is also great for watching the stars at night. The house feels comfortable with its old style furniture but modern bathroom and kitchen and is well equipped. Marco's nice familiy came to give us a very warm welcome and provided us with really useful advice concerning for example the best beaches and events. The situation of the house is great for exploring the surroundings, for example Rabac and Pula, because the main road is close. We had a wonderful time here - Marco and family, thank you again!

We had a really good stay at the vacation house of Marco. He and his family gave us a warm welcome. They gave us great white wine as a welcome gift from there own vineyard. The location is near the see, just a view minutes driving. Yet, this beach can't beat the nature park in Pula: bleu water, quiet beaches and beautiful rocks!

We’ve been warmly welcomed by Marko and his sister Maja at Marko’s vacation house. They took the time to gave us the best informations to organize our stay, that helped us a lot ! The house is in a very quiet town and so perfect to relax, we slept very well there. It’s also a good starting point to visit Istria! The house is simple but great, we enjoyed the times spent on the little terrace, and the air conditioning (as we were in the summer) ! Marko and his family (we also met his father) are always available to answer to our questions, they are also motivated to make discover Istria to their guests. We really recommend this house !!

The house has only met our expectations more. It is not only modern, high and new furnishings, but also very clean. It offers enough space for a group of ten people. The pool and gardens look very clean. In addition, we have provided the hosts with homemade cakes and house wine. We would not hesitate to book this house again, a stay at Villa Tina is highly recommended.

It was a pleasure to meet Branko and thank you so much for the fresh fish for the grill. That was very tasty! Rakalj is a nice little spot, with a supermarket and to restaurants. Our kids love the little cat from the friendly neighbours. Take care!

Nice location in a small Istrian town that allows you to experience a true Istrian atmosphere. Few very nice small beaches close by, and even one with walking distance. The swimming pool is excellent and the hosts are nice and welcoming.

We enjoyed staying at Villa Vickovi. It was a short but sweet vacation. Even though we didn't meet the owner in person, everything was taken care for perfecly: we got the navigation, keys and even some tips via SMS. The place is dreamy. Living in an istrian house is a unique experience, surrounding is neat and beautiful. You can spend whole day just hanging by the pool. We hope to be back soon! :)

We spent a lovely, relaxing week in Branko's house and the kids absolutely adored the pool. They also made friends with the children from the neighbouring house, which added to their excitement. Branco's house and especially the outdoor area, is scenic, and the village peaceful. The kitchen is well equipped, so it was easy to cook for the family on nights we decided to eat in. Istria is full of places to explore and we found the food to be of much higher quality than in Dalmatia, especially in the inland. Branko left a good, self-composed guide for visitors with detailed descriptions and recommendations for places to visit, restaurants etc. This was very valuable. The few things we missed were WiFi (not working during our stay), lights by the pool (not working during our stay, which meant the whole outdoor area was practically dark in the evening and difficult to enjoy), a little bit of shade on the terrace/area around the house or more than one parasol around the shares pool (considering the extremely strong Istrian sun). All in all, a very enjoyable holiday for the entire family!

Great house to spend holidays with your family! Beds are just amazing, and because of the shutters you can make it dark, we slept like we never did before! Pool is nice but not heated, for this time of year too cold. House was very well equipped with a dishwasher and we spend many hours at night at the fireplace. There was an out of the country feeling with goats in the garden and cats and all the istrian highlights are max 45 minutes away. Branko had good suggestions and helped us getting around.

Branko was a great host. He really cares about his guests warmly. The hotel was perhaps a little too tight for two families. Especially the bathroom is somewhat small in size, has the holiday fun but not tarnished because the pool also a shower was available. Overall, the system has but really charming and we felt very comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay in Istria. Branko and Ida are really nice people. They gave us very good advice and were looking for tje best for us. For example: when arriving, they offered us their apartment in Pula instead of Rakalj (which we had booked), because of the bad weather in Rakalj. This proved to be a good move; we enjoyed the good weather in Pula. The house in Pula was good. Near to the water. We have no experience with the house in Rakalj, but from the outside it looked very nice.

We had a wonderful stay in Puntera. The house was lovely and equipped with everything you need! Our hosts were charming and we were given some honey schnapps and local wine. The region of Istria is very charming. The only set back is it takes about 45 minutes to drive to a lot of the sights. Thank you for a lovely stay in your charming village!

Iva and her family were great hosts! They were always prepared to help out, and even offered to fire up the barbecue for us before we came back to the apartment on our last evening. They also treated us with some home made schnapps, vegetables from their garden and home made wine and olive oil. The apartment is settled at the edge of a small village, meaning it is calm and quiet around, which we especially appreciated in the evening, after a whole day of sport activities. The convenient thing is, the village is also close to one of the main roads, so reaching all of our destinations in Istria was easy!

This property is every bit as magical as it appears, if not more so. We were warmly welcomed by our host, Luka, who was helpful in providing tips on how to maximize our visit on the property and in the area. The house itself is lovely and very comfortable with very comfortable seating in the living room and very comfortable beds, too. The heating system worked great (the weather was a bit chilly while we were there), the fireplace was lovely, the outdoor grill was handy, and fun for the kids. There is plenty to do on the property, which is truly beautiful, peaceful and relaxing. Our kids were happy to run around and explore, we all got to play badminton together in the fresh, country air, where there is also a volleyball net set up. You can also play football/soccer and the kids can play in the playground, too. Luka showed us around the rest of the property as well, and we can imagine how amazing the main house must be with its wellness centre. In the summer, the pool looks like it must be a heavenly spot to spend time with the views of the sprawling lush, green countryside and vast, blue sky. Close by is the lovely town of Labin, perfect for exploring and getting a nice taste of history and culture. Then not too far from Labin, is the seaside town of Rabac with plenty of beautiful beaches and more gorgeous landscapes and seascapes to explore and capture. We had great pizza in Labin at Pizzeria Napoli and delicious coffee and sweets at Velo Kafe just across the street. Labin is a colourful town and Rabac has a unique charm to it as well. This area of Istria is very well-situated if you want to have a combination of peace and relaxation with the options of exploring some of Croatia's most beautiful beaches and towns. We would definitely go back again and cannot recommend it enough.

Hello we had a great, relaxing holiday. Those who love the seclusion and nature holiday is canceled in the right place. The first impression was absolutely stunning, the plant, the house and the view. The spacious area offers many possibilities. For our dog, it was a paradise. The rooms were comfortable and nothing was missing. We had a great quiet days in the house, but also have great tours made in the surrounding area. In Rovinje we saw dolphins, lucky! In Rabac we were walking and swimming opportunities. The hosts were always reach for us and gave us tips for our holiday. Sunday morning Luca drove us to the market and has shown us the best traders. We bought great local meats and afterwards made ready on the barbecue. Every now and then we have dinner sat before the barbecue / fireplace and drank a glass of wine. Pure relaxation.
