Exceptional propertyin a quiet location not far away from Rawai, about 15mins walk. Staff is local and their hospitality is really outstanding. When we come back to Phuket, will book again if available.

Correspondence was saved very early. Both pool and room were very beautiful and had a wonderful time.

I can recommend Zoksons place! From beginn with chek in until our departure was all perfect. Mrs. Tang was waiting for our chek in and every day for cleaning the garden, our terrace and the pool ... gave fresh towels if we need. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and bright. The pool was also clean and huge for swimming every day. The place is quiet and with the garden in front you have your own daily luxury. If you spend some time at Phuket, book Zoson place - you will like this apartment!

We came at night and were welcomed with beverages (beer and Thai gumplings). The hosts showed us everything and on the next morning they gave us fresh fruits out of their garden (papaya, bananas, peppers,) which was great ! They offered us to drive with them to the next scooter rental and also to some of the shops to get some stuff to settle in. We even got invited to a bbq which the house manager cooked and prepared. All very friendly and we felt like warmly welcomed. Even the house keeper was super friendly and offered to bring us some food as we couldn’t go out for dinner. She drove to the best restaurant which was roughly 10 minutes from our apartment and got us something to eat. All in all we are super amazed of how great the apartment was and how good they treated us. We will be back for sure.

Thomas is a wonderful host and has put a lot of time into designing a beautiful space for you to call home in Bangkok. The apartment was stunning. The photos already look amazing but it’s much better in real life. Thomas sent us great recommendations for food and highly recommend you check them out when you stay. This apartment is truly unique. Some people may be put off by the narrow alley full of cats and locals that leads up to its entrance, but I loved the authenticity of it all. Once you make it to the third-story, art- and light-filled unit surrounded by tall branches of trees, you realize you are in a tranquil haven — smack dab in the middle of a bustling, chaotic city. Location is amazing, right by the river and Chinatown. I hope this remains a mostly best-kept secret as I need it to be available when I want to stay here next! Thomas is a great and responsive host.

Thomas’s apartment was an oasis from the hustle and bustle of the immediate neighborhood. The apartment is in a tiny alley that is characteristically old Bangkok. Located two stories above the street, it offers spectacular treetop views and cleverly achieves complete privacy (without compromising natural daylight) from the surrounding buildings. The apartment is stylish and replete with an amazing collection of art. It is spacious and has all basic amenities. The entire apartment is air conditioned. It was a joy to come home to this space at the end of each day of sightseeing. The location right right next to the Si Phraya river and ferry piers can’t be beat. We spent a good chunk of our trip at the riverside, in cafes, rooftop bars, canal cruises and on ferries transporting us efficiently to all interesting sites. Thomas was very accommodating of our early am check in and check out. He gave us great tips on restaurants and cafes to eat. The Speedy Grandma gallery located below the apartment had some ongoing construction work. This and the steep stairs with no landings were the only minor inconveniences. This wasn’t an issue for us but may be for other people. We will definitely consider staying here on our next visit to Bangkok.

Its an outstanding place five star all the way

We are a family group of 20 people. 17 Adults and 3 Children. The house is neat and clean. Staff are so nice. They provided excellent services. Every bedroom has sea view. 7 of them have individual bathtub, shower, toilet. Swimming pool has panoramic view. We really love this place and would like to come back again. See you later!!

Mem & her entire staff totally catered to our every desire from transportation to local stores and ATM machines to waiting on us hand & foot. Mem was extremely responsive to all our requests & very helpful with coordinating a special dinner for us. I loved the property, secluded and beautiful atop a hill overlooking the city. Definitely will recommend to anyone visiting Phuket!!

Nice stay experience! Entertainment facilities, food is very good but the location is really poor, travel is not so convenient, suitable for group building, not particularly suitable for family travel

From the moment we arrived we were taken care of extremely well with the staff being very accommodating helping us get supplies for the house. The addition of food and band for a large group in the evening was dealt with very well and everyone went away extremely happy not only about quality but value too. Mem in particular was great throughout helping us whenever needed quickly and effectively. I would certainly r commend this to others for a stay in Phuket. Thank you

Villa Amonteera is amazing! My friends and I had a dinner reception here for my wedding, and they went above and beyond to accommodate! The highlight of staying here was the view, infinity pool and the staff! The staff is so professional and are experts of hospitality. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else on Phuket! We had delicious dinner, awesome complimentary breakfasts every morning, massages by the view, and a bartending service. plus, their transportation service was a lot cheaper than taxis! I recommend this place to anyone who wants all of the above in Phuket!

Meeting Sut was a highlight of our trip! She was very accommodating and hospitable. Her place doesn't disappoint , either! It is absolutely gorgeous even more so than the pictures. We took the cooking class she offered and had so much fun, we felt like part of the family afterward. Sut helped us arrange transportation, prepared us breakfast, and gave us a big hug when we left. I highly recommend staying with her in her jungle oasis in the big city =)

Suttaporn was an excellent host with great hospitality, a great guide of the area, and a wonderful garden spot for relaxation. Sutta's hospitality was beyond superb and can't thank her enough for the stay, especially the guidance on getting through Bangkok (routes for our tourist/temple visits) and the wonderful Thai massage location. Easily an awesome place to stay if you value being out in nature and/or a quiet community.

It was a very satisfying place! There was no air conditioner in the living room, but it was not difficult because of the heat in the room. After seeing that there were many mosquitoes, I took mosquitoes and mosquito repellents. If you are coming, you should bring mosquito repellent. One thing that was unfortunate was too far from the convenience stores and amenities around. It's only a residential area and you have to walk 20-30 minutes along the big road to get to the city. It's great to be quiet but there's no cooking facilities in the hostel so you had to get out of town to eat. The location is far from downtown Bangkok. I moved from Anantara Riverside Resort in Thonburi to Grabtago, which cost about 600 baht tollgate. The host was very concerned about getting to the accommodation. He always talked directly to our grab knight, delivered his destination and address correctly, and coordinated the rates! Thanks to this, even though there was a lot of information, the girls were able to pay for themselves without worrying about the price. I was so satisfied. The garden is so beautiful that you can just relax at the hostel! There are also medium and large dogs in the garden, and I and my group enjoyed the animals. You take care of your garden every day. The host also took a beautiful picture ㅎㅎ ^^ I stayed for 2 nights, the first day was toast and fried eggs, and the second day was home-made Thai noodle. I put a cilantro on the noodle. If you can't eat it, you should refer to it. Overall it was a great stay!

Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed and made to feel at ease. The home is modern, clean, well situated and with a yard that transforms the hustle of the city into a tranquil spot. Coupled with Sude’s hospitality and thoughtfulness, I highly recommend staying here.

Sude is an extraordinary host! She is the best host I have had on Airbnb because of her amazing hospitality and attention to detail! She is very kind and thoughtful and makes you feel very comfortable in her home. She has a beautiful home with a really nice garden and her staff prepared a delicious breakfast for us each morning which Sude would kindly serve us. Sude is also a great tour guide on the four day trips that we took with her to the Damnoen Saduak floating market and elephant sanctuary, Ayutthaya, the Sanctuary of Truth in Pattaya, and finally the Tiger temple at Kanchanaburi and the River Kwai bridge. I especially enjoyed the elephant sanctuary where I got to bathe and feed the elephant, the Sanctuary of Truth which was impressive and beautiful, and the outdoor reclining buddha in Ayutthaya! My mom and sister also really enjoyed their Thai massage experience. Sude's attention to detail is impressive and she helped us plan each day with hand drawn maps and recommendations. She goes above and beyond what is expected like helping us with last minute laundry before our departure! We will miss Sude a great deal and think of her as family. We cherish our memories of time spent in Thailand with Sude and hope to see her again in the future!

Strongly suggest this place for all kinds of travellers most esp for a family group like mine. The host is very accommodating and can assist you immediately to all your needs. The greenery scene in the garden and the sounds of chirping birds in the patio while sipping a cup of coffee will make you relax and energized. Food deliveries also were very accessible if you wanted to just stay at the place. Great place with Great People like Madam Sude means Great Experience and Well Spend Vacation. 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

100% recommended good house! There are so many animal specimens in the lobby on the first floor. Living is also very comfortable, the toiletries can be seen to be of good quality. Breakfast is delicious too! Feeling fit to stay here all day drinking tea and writing.

The location is good, the room is large enough, a family of three is fully adequate, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, bath towels, and scented sheets are washed. I am very satisfied with this check-in, and come back next time. The light rail is only five minutes walk. Many food stalls on the road are delicious and cheap. It is also very convenient to go to the city or whatever. In the kitchen, all the utensils are like bread machines, coffee machines, pots, bowls, knives, everything, just like their own homes, and they are clean. We lived for five days and cleaned by ourselves. When we left, we packed everything up. Like the new house, we maintained good quality and the landlord was happy. Very recommended everyone

Check in was easy, we got to the lobby of the air bnb and asked the convenient store worker next door to call for Bee’s father (Pimon) who came and showed us to the apartment. Pimon brought us pineapples and fresh drinking water upon meeting us. The apartment is clean and comfortable. It is close to Asiatique mall and Sky Bar but far from most of the locations we wanted to visit like the Chatuchuk market and Khao San road. We used Grab most of the time for the convenience. Overall the place was comfortable, Bee was easy to reach and replied quickly.

This place is a great value if you're looking to stay a little bit away from the central parts of the city. Really quick walk to the rail, great amenities, and the hosts are incrediblyhelpful!

Fantastic location, clean and cozy room. This is the first place in two months of traveling in Asia (Nepal, Cambodia and Thailand), including hotels, where there was conditioner in the bathroom! So the place was equipped with the little things that you need. Bee’s Dad was quick to help with anything that we needed at anytime. We enjoyed the neighbourhood and the location was convenient with close access to the Sathorn Pier and BMT. Perfect stay .

This apartment was perfect for our group of six. The only possible issue was that one of the beds was a trundle bed, which for an adult is not ideal. Other than that, the apartment was spacious, clean, well-stocked, and located in a lively part of Bangkok. Communication with Nisa was perfect; check-in was easy. We would definitely stay there again.

The largest room has a separate bathroom with a toilet. Please note that the other two rooms have a toilet in between. Great living room and kitchen. The pool is small but well used. It's a great condo for the price. The wide size room is independent, and the other two rooms are attached to the bathroom. The swimming pool was small but not bad.

Stunning stay with a view. Couldnt have been happier. Phuket town is more of the real Thai feel compared to Patong which is more of a tourist place. We loved our stay here. They also had motor bikes for rental which really made our experience here being able to go wherever we pleased without the high cost of a taxi. Felt very safe in the plaza, having a key to even get into the building and use the elevators. Would recommend this to everyone.

Our stay at the Base condo was fantastic, the room is clean and the bed comfortable. Close to great food and definitely a local vibe, which we loved! The pool was amazing but there is also a lovely rooftop seating area that is more private and allows for a 360 view of the area, our weather was perfect and we went to the rooftop every night. The woman (Jup) who shows you the room is always available to help, sometimes we really needed her and she was kind and patient with our requests. Highly recommend a stay here!

But we would definitely stay there again for our next stay in Bangkok. The only drawback is that there is no restaurant inside the building, since we did not arrive late at night.

This place is ideal for a couple or singles traveling. Perfectly positioned in Bangkok and very close to BTS (less than 5min walk) but there is free tuk tuk to the BTS if you don’t want to walk. Lovely pool and apartment block has a massage spa downstairs with very helping staff and Secuirity. The apartment is well equipped with washing machine, fridge, microwave and tv. The bed was really comfortable with clean and neat bathroom. If you looking for something simple and modern to wind down from City buzz this place is perfect.

Very much fulfill the 4C's when choosing for an accommodation: Clean, Comfortable, Convinient, Cheap (affordable!). The location is within walking distance to the sky train and 7-11 (they do provide free tuk tuk shuttle to the station) and the room (studio) is clean and well equipped. You can basically live there for long term! Will definitely be back.

They are all pretty good. Compared to staying in a hotel, the bed and quilt are a little dissatisfied.

Probably my way of opening was wrong, and the sanitation fee for this month was not waived. The landlord was very nice. I arranged a housekeeper to take in the apartment when I was on the way. I also gave a lot of practical instructions during the stay. The room has wifi. However, the signal was not good, the public area did not have to be said, and the room security was great. I also encountered a smoke alarm during the property inspection during the stay, and the indoor facilities were damaged (window handles and toilet faucet handles). I hope to repair them in time.

The place was really beautiful and the staff very helpful and friendly. The beach was nice and good to reach by foot. I can highly recommend this place!

In the middle of the two beaches, the distance is less than 3 minutes, and the distance is about 5 minutes. The food night market (but very small, only a few) is behind. The surrounding life is very convenient, and it is only 7111 minutes away. I like sitting outside in the morning, watching the sun and green plants, and breathing fresh air. It is very comfortable.

They where so kind, they solve everything, you can put all your trip on their hands and they are going to try to make it true. is clean, not far, private. You can do a massage behind the lobby.

The swimming pool was really nice. Guron 'Teng Show has seen the love paw twice here. I really show you. I'd rather not be evil with this au, and I'm not looking for Bascon. It's like a place where you can't find a difference. Anyway, good memories are made. It was a trip that would never be forgotten.

This place is the only place you can go in Phuket with such a baller rooftop pool view. The bed is comfortable and room is clean. Walking distance to anything you need in Phuket with an amazing location. You will regret not booking here

Not bad enough for one night

We stayed at this incredible hotel almost four years ago and its just as great as we remembered. It is one of the most interestingly decorated boutique hotels we have ever been to. The hosts are so friendly and accommodating. If you are visiting Bangkok, you MUST stay here.

I liked the design of the bathroom - the shower is in the open air - it is very pleasant to take a shower looking at the sky and palm trees. There is also an excellent restaurant on site, where you can have a delicious meal, after waiting for the midday heat with a bottle of ice beer. Loooved it so much! I would highly recommend booking the luxury bungalow for as many days you can! The receptionist were extremely helpful and so kind to us! However, keep in mind that the adress given by AirBnB is wrong. Just ask the owner for the correct adress. Thanks for the stay!:)

Great Host! The Location is a little far from Nana Station so I reccomend taking a motorbike there or a Grab, other than that, this place is beautiful and close to 2 popular clubs: Insanity and levels. I highly recommend it!

I can’t say enough good things about our stay and about Jann. She was extremely quick to respond, check in was seamless even at 1am, she allowed us to stay a little longer to accommodate our late flight home, offered help with getting a taxi from the airport, and we even rented a scooter for the week through her connections-her assistant Wa was very helpful! The apartment has great air conditioning, feels very safe, is quiet at night and still is close to many things. I loved our stay and would book again in a heartbeat!

Jann’s place is quite clean and cozy in local area. Jann and her assistant Wa were always checking and made us feel more comfortable whenever we need some helps or questions, especially Wa had dealt with our questions with quick response for 24 hours. It’s possible to go to old town for 20-30 min by walk and approximately 20 min for going to the beach area by car. It was first time to visit to Phuket (first time Thailand ) for us and could make new adventure with great place and hospitalities. We already miss Phuket, and absolutely will come back again!!♡

Great location. The sea is a 2-minute walk. RD houses cafes, shops and exchangers. Feedback, help with a taxi. A complete set of household appliances. Free wifi and utility bills. Great views and the sound of waves.

Peter’s place is amazing l. We loved the apartment and the spectacular ocean views. The roof top pool is gorgeous. Pu was very helpful. We had one small issue in bathroom and she resolved it within 15 minutes. Loved the hospitality and would love to come back. Rooms were quite clean.

Loved staying here. Great view, great location. There are lots places to eat withing walking distance. We wanted somewhere not directly on Pattaya beach and this place was perfect. It only takes a few minutes to get to the main part of Pattaya. But this place was so great that we really bonded with the local places, used the roof top pool every day, it's got a great sauna and it is peaceful. Would stay here again.

The room or pool is narrower than I thought. However, the host was very friendly and the hotel next night was noisy and smelling cigarettes. When I asked how to change the bed cover, I came to change it and cleaned it.

The apartment is splendid, well furnished and very clean. Air conditioning and washing machine were essential for our stay in Chiang mai. The owner is very kind and the self check in system is extremely functional. The building as a whole is very elegant with scooter rental, bar, luggage storage, tourist information and free gym and swimming pool for guests.

Check-in went very fast, was picked up by their own driver at the airport. The trip from the airport to the apartment took about 40 min. 7eleven 10 mins away and spa 10 seconds away. Very nice building with nice top floor pool. Helpful receptionists. The slight drawback was that it was a little bit far from the mall, so took time to get there. Otherwise, this place is highly recommended. The owners were also very good at communicating. 10/10 :)

Lofty is a great place to stay. You are in the city but you do not hear anything once you back in your room. The pool on the top is fabulous with a stunning view.

Very good, there are two small problems, the first one is that the landlord does not speak Chinese, but the problem is not big, and can still communicate. The second one is that the swimming pool elevator on the top floor can't go up, only climb the stairs. It is always a very happy trip. The accommodations are all available, and the pots and pans are all available. We also made our own Meal, very close to the beach, just 5 minutes walk. Recommended

Check in is relatively smooth, the environment is not bad, the swimming pool on the top floor is relatively small, because the trip is full and there is no swimming, the room is clean, there is a small balcony. The location of the B&B is quite good. It is also very convenient to buy 711 nearby. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to Patong Beach and Jiangxi Cold.

I always book Airbnb Appartement, when i travel. I must confirm that staying and communicating at Loftys Place was one of my best experiences. The Appartement are very well equipped and look amazing. The location ist great. It's perfect for couples. Not far away from the beach and from the loud party area, so you can have a quiet neighborhood which is very near to the center. I strongly recommend these Apartments. The best thing about booking a Lofty Appartement was the communication with the staff. I have never experienced a better communication. The are 24/7 available for any questions or calls. They are very kind and will try the best to help at any time. I used their service to book to trips (James Bond, Hyperboat). The James Island Trip was great. We had a problem getting back to the hotel, cause we had to wait to other group, so we had to wait abt 50 minuets. But it's wasnt Loftys fault so it's not a minus point for them. The second service was the Hype Luxury Party Boat. Well I don't recommend it to anyone who really want a luxury party boat, because it's NOT LUXURY at all. Especially if u are a couple and want chill out lounge music with chilling atmosphere, because it's really not. the promise chilling nice atmosphere at the boat and good snorkeling areas. Due to the bad weather we had to change the route to another snorkeling area. I was asked to sign, if I agree l. Before signing I asked the staff twice, if it's a good snorkeling area(the alternative one) and the staff confirmed twice. 20 min later I asked another person of the staff and he told me that its not a good snorkeling area. It felt like weird so I didn't sign. The second staff member was right. It was the worst snorkeling place. We were allowed to stay 50 min at the new area, then we had to go back. On their website they promised 1.5 h of good snorkeling. They claim on their website (Hypewebsite Not Lofty) that they serve alcoholic beverages. We found out on the boat, that they don't serve alcoholic drinks because of Buddha day. I asked them why didn't they update ist a day before and why didn't they cancel the trip, if the weather was going to be bad. Their answer was more ridiculous than their service. They didn't cancel it because most people have fun, even if the weather was bad and they only knew very late that today is budda day so they didnt tell anyone or sent any messages or mails. That's was the boss answer on the boat. The official website answer (Lofty was very kind and sent them my complain) was that it's very rare that customers order alcoholic drinks on their boat, that's why they didn't need to tell anyone about budda day. The whole experience was really bad. Not to mention the drunk group who bought Illegaly alcoholic drinks on the island before leaving and were served with empty ice buckets to drink alcohol. They were served even from the boss. So to conclude every thing.. Thanks to Lofty the company refunded me for this horrible experience. To conclude everything: 1. I totally recommend Loftys services and Appartement. 2. Best communication ever. 3. DON'T BOOK THE HYPE BOAT. IT'S A SILLY 'WANA BE' LUXURY BOAT.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Nature House! It exceeded our expectations. It was incredibly peaceful being surrounded by foliage and we loved the hammock. We also loved having access to the scooter. It was a quick drive to the beach but yet the perfect distance away from the hustle & bustle. Daisy took excellent care of us. We were so sad to leave but we hope to return again! We will definitely recommend the Nature House to all of our friends & family 💗

Great place, cozy and calm, on the territory of greenery, palm trees. You can order food, rent bikes, ride bicycles for free. The hostess is incredible, not only help with any question, but can even organize your wishes, such as renting a car or transfer to Phi Phi.

Had a great time at Ira’s place. 6th Avenue Surin is a great place The staff at the building, restaurant and pool are very nice and extremely helpful. The room was good. Had small issue with air con leaking and it was fixed immediately. The balcony is nice with chair and table. There is a washer on the balcony which was Really nice to have. The king size bed is absolutely one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever had in a place. Shower is large and has rain shower. Easy short walk to Surin beach. My favorite beach in Phuket. We watched the sunset every night in the pool. Happy hour 4-6 everyday at the swim up bar.

Kind time of the day, we stayed at Irina a second time, we met service at altitude at the airport, brought, checked in and answered all my questions and wishes as quickly as possible during the vacation :) this time we rented a car and here Irina helped, in general, you want to rest, and not a headache to you here :)

We lived in the apartment for 2 months. Very nice house, the staff is friendly and helpful. On the 8th floor there is a good cafe with decent cuisine: food can be brought directly to the pool, which is very convenient. The air conditioner did not work in the gym for a long time, it took a long time to require repairs, but now everything is already fine. In the apartment: there is everything you need, a very comfortable bed, it’s a bit cramped, but this is a problem for all condos in Phuket. I would like to especially note the owner Irina and the whole team: they solve all issues promptly, once a week they came and changed clothes, towels and did maintenance cleaning (free of charge), which made life very easy. We are very satisfied, I recommend the owner and accommodation.

A lovely place to stay if you would like to get away from the busy streets of Phukets city centre. The rooftop pool has an incredible view to die for. Definitley the place to go for a great relaxing time!

Bang tao and surin beaches within walking distance! I want to note the cleanliness of the apartments, just as if you like a beach holiday this is the perfect place. Something better for this price is likely to fail in this area!

The condo has great location close to world class beaches and attractions in Phuket. Inside I found the bathroom and bedroom to be very spacious inside. The host of this property has excellent communication and will reply in a timely manner when Inquiring about any questions you might have. Also, the amenities like the stellar roof top pool with views of the ocean make this a great relaxing property.

We enjoyed our stay at Lumpini Sea View, it is very comfortable with great amenities, we enjoyed the balcony and the view was amazing even from the bedroom. Make sure you go to the 29th floor to the Sky Deck. Something we weren’t aware of until after we booked in is that short term rentals aren’t actually allowed in Pattaya so we weren’t really supposed to be staying there. Because of that the check in is a bit inconvenient, I had to walk a fair distance to tower D and get the key from a lock box. We were also concerned that the security guards were going to ask us about our accommodations but as it turned out they were very friendly and never bothered us. Ultimately though the stay was very nice and it wasn’t a big concern in the end. The apartment is a bit far from the main part of Jomtien Beach, and even further from Pattaya Beach, but the beach itself was nicer, less people and a little quieter, there are still lots of stores and restaurants in the area, just not many bars or nightlife. Also if you are catching a Baht Bus later at night ask them if they are going to go all the way to Lumpini Sea View, there is a main road about 10 blocks before the tower that sometimes the bus will turn on and then you are left to walk or have to wait for another bus which at night in that area there is not that many. This was more of a problem at night than in the day. There is a nice chill coffee place about 8 blocks 10 min walk further south called Titel Art Coffee, it’s in a big grassy lot with some hammocks and nice relaxing seats and tables highly recommend, the coffee and breakfast was good.

Only stayed here for 2 nights but I wished I stayed for a week. Very close to the beach, wonderful views from a large patio, and good washing machines on the first floor. I will keep this place in mind when I return to Thailand!

Unit of choice on an exceptional site! We spent almost a month at the 39th floor condo. We did not meet May but the welcome was still quick and easy. The condo is quite modern, well furnished and decorated but it is the magnificent view from the two rooms that makes all the difference. Spectacular day and evening! We were very comfortable and nothing important is missing, only the kitchen accessories which are at a minimum for someone who does the meals at the condo (but have made arrangements) The cleaning and change of bedding and towels is done enough often (like every 4 to 6 days) and it is appreciated. The site is magnificent and very well maintained. There are several pools, some with waterfalls, the gardens are beautiful and the infinity pool on the 24th floor with great views and wonderful sunsets. The beach is a few minutes walk as well as several shops, restaurants and small grocery stores. With the "baht bus", 10 baht away, it is very easy to visit several tourist places in just about 15 minutes. This condo is ideally located in a peaceful and safe location while being close to amenities. Definitely recommended!

This is the nicest Airbnb I’ve stayed in! Kornnata is super easy to reach and goes above and beyond to help with any questions. The location is fantastic - lots of nice food nearby, walking distance to the beach and plenty of taxis available. The apartment is gorgeous - totally spotless, with lots of little touches to make you feel at home. The pool is absolutely gorgeous too. Would definitely stay here again

Wonderful clean and stylish apartment. Everything is spotlessly new and clean. Indeed, there is everything you need (from iron and slippers to a beach bag and tooth sets). If you are demanding for accommodation, then this is the option for you. Great view from the balcony. They are also very well located, close to the main street (5 minutes walk and 15 minutes to the bangla). The climb, about which they write, is not critical, it’s probably how to climb the 3rd floor by stairs. In general, if you have high housing requirements, then you will like this option.

This place is even more beautiful then the pictures. It’s one of the nicer places we’ve ever stayed in. The deck and the rooftop infinity pool are gorgeous. It’s decorated beautifully. She was so thorough when creating this air bnb. She made a book of things to do, where to eat, story of herself, etc. As well as a cook book with good recipes book marked. It was a nice touch. And yes, everyone’s mentioned the stairs/hill. It is very steep and a good workout. My boyfriend counted, it’s something like 150 steps. If you’re out of shape, older, or knee/ankle problems it’s not the place for you. We enjoyed it. We eat super healthy at home so it’s nice to hike off a little of the carbs we’re eating out here. One other tiny note, the bed is def more on the firm side. Normally I’d dock a point for that but it seems to be a theme here in Southeast Asia. I’m beginning to think they just like firm beds. Shower was great, plenty of hot water. (Those are the two things i look for, bed and shower heat, so i like to throw that in there). Walk ability is great, we walked everywhere. The only time we got a tuk tuk was to the patong boxing stadium and that was because we were short on time. We might have walked if we had more time. Overall it was fantastic and I’d stay here every time i come back.

Best apartment I have ever experienced! Kornnata was very considerate and helpful, the apartment was stylish decorated, with lots of cute Christmas elements, and had everything we need. The view on the rooftop was super good, we enjoyed the time in the swimming pool. It was super convenient, with a family mart and motorbike rentals nearby, just a few minutes walking to patong beach. We had a great time in Phuket, thanks Kornnata!

Very unique hotel with great hospitality from staff. The complimentary breakfast is AMAZING and changes each day (fresh fruit, some sort of egg + meat skillet/plate, bread, coffee + tea). Tip: the hotel is down the alley from the main street and Hope Land hotel. If you don't have the map that The Mustang Nero hotel provides, just put in Hope Land hotel in your GPS and walk away from the main street down the alley. The overall location is decent with some shops, 7-11, and other hotels. However the busier part of the neighborhood with malls, restaurants, and businesses is a 15-30 min walk away.

This place is a hidden gem! Absolutely love the ambience and hospitality. Our host, Tua, was so helpful, kind and accommodating! Breakfast was just a great and delicious start to our day! The location is very convenient for the BTS and downtown and the W district! Loved our stay! We will definitely stay there again!

This is a great little accommodation choice for those who want a quiet Phuket experience with a great location near a clean, sandy beach. The accommodation is not your ‘resort’ style place, but the owners make that very clear in their description. It is cozy, comfortable and very clean. We loved the little outdoor space that still feels private with the cover of the plants and trees. We also felt as though the owner provided everything that one could need for a relaxing, beach style holiday. They provided some repellent, after sun lotion, coffee and a French press, towels, a beach mat, and basic toiletries. This accommodation is close to all you need even if you are without wheels. There are some great little restaurants and bars nearby and the area is beautiful and quaint! We would return!

The base is definitely a prime place to stay in Pattaya, very close to the beach, and the double car at the door is very convenient. The rooms are clean and well equipped. The top of the b-story and the public reading room are very good. The infinity pool on the top of the building is beautiful, but if you don't want anyone to go, open the door at 7 o'clock and watch the sunrise just past. Very pleasant stay experience, I also met three small partners in Block A.

We loved our stay at Wendy's place. The entire top floor of the villa was immaculate. The view was by far the absolute best view of the Island, you could not pay for a better one! Waking up every day to the sun shining on beautiful terrace really felt like a dream. Even without an air conditioner, there were many fans and when the windows are opened it is wonderfully breezy all day and night. There is only one issue we had and that wasn't even the flat itself because that was perfect. The way to the villa is itself quite a trying journey especially if you don't have a lot of scooter experience. But that is in no way Wendy's fault! The slope up is absolutely worth it. If you are considering to stay here, just know the photos don't do it justice! The flat is HUGE and so beautiful. We will certainly be back. You will not be disappointed, definitely stay here!!! Wendy was an excellent host and very welcoming; always helping out and had great recommendations and even a stocked fridge for our arrival! You should ABSOLUTELY book this villa!!!

Wendy’s place is amazing, we were blown away by the views as soon as we arrived and we didn’t want to leave! You would think it’s a long drive away from the main part of Koh Tao considering the views but it’s actually about a 10 min drive. Wendy’s place provides plenty of seating, a bbq and great extra touches like snorkelling sets and local menus you can order food from. Wendy’s communication was amazing she responded so quickly and was so helpful with local tips. We cannot wait to come back!

Terry’s place is located in a very hip and peaceful upscale neighborhood. The rooftop pool was a delight and there were plenty of food and spa options within walking distance. To get to major attractions like the emerald palace it was roughly $5 USD using the grab app. Communication with the host was extremely easy and access to the building was safe and simple. Overall 10/10 and will return again when in Bangkok.

Staying at Terry’s place was like a dream. The property itself was amazing and very well kept. Also, being so close to the BTS train was great. Easy places to get coffee in the morning. My suggestion is to go to Octave for one night to get drinks, awesome rooftop views.

This is a great area to stay in, the locals are wonderful and Terry’s recommendations are fantastic. I would recommend the driver, it was 500 baht which would have been the cost of a Grab from the airport anyway AND they helped us check into the space which was so helpful for our first time in Bangkok. It’s really close to so many fun things to do and the sky train connects to a lot of the main attractions. Thank you again. We loved it!
