Our hosts were wonderful and this Airbnb was second to none! The neighborhood was quiet and the cottage was the perfect place to stay. The decorating is adorable! A short, cheap uber to downtown made this a super convenient place to stay as well! Definitely will stay here again when we come back!

There's not one bad thing to say about this experience. Beta & Emily have perfected what every AirBnB should be like. The design of the cottage was exquisite and we got a lot of good recommendations on places to see and things to do! Thank you so much to Beta and Emily who made our short stay in Nashville memorable enough to do it all over again... But stay longer!

We had a wonderful trip and loved this space. Me and my 3 friends visited Nashville for my Bachelorette party weekend and we had a blast. The space looks like it came straight off of Pinterest and is decorated beautifully. I will say the shower does get cold fairly quickly and the space is a little smaller than what he had imagined but other than those little details everything else was wonderful!! The beds were some of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept on. Beta greeted us when we got there and informed us of everything with the space and was very friendly. I would suggest this space to anyone traveling to Nashville especially couples, it would be perfect for that.

Let me just say that this is one of the best air b&b's i've stayed in! The hosts were very easy to get ahold of and answered any questions i had. They even had some great recommendations for some local spots to grab food and drinks. The place was immaculate. It looked like one of those perfect houses you see on Pinterest. They had everything you could possible need. Coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and even a motion censored fire place! It was a little hot out side so we didn't utilize the fireplace. I think the fenced in patio section was my favorite part though. Just right out side the front door there was a fire pit and nice seating area to relax and enjoy. Needless to say the next time i'm in Nashville I will be staying here again!

Beta and Emily's place is beautiful as advertised, and Beta was super responsive and easy to communicate with. She also brought us over a coffee-maker in the morning, which was very kind! Location is great. Would definitely recommend.

We LOVED the cottage. My wife and I wanted to get away for the weekend for our anniversary and it was the best place. Emily and betas suggestions were spot on! We will for sure go back!

What a sweet cottage! Very well decorated and the lay out was perfect. You could tell much thought was given to the aesthetics and comfort of the cottage. Warm and inviting. We were lucky enough to have 70 degree temperatures in January for our stay, so we took advantage of the private, lovely patio and fire pit. The neighborhood is very eclectic and quiet. Beta stopped by when we first arrived to say welcome and give us the lay of the land. She is a very warm person. We definitely recommend the Dreamy Cottage for your Nashville stay. I have already told several friends about it.

We felt right at home in this little cottage. It was very clean, with a really comfortable bed and super-cool decor throughout. The live plants are a nice touch, and we enjoyed seeing the adjacent garden areas, even if we didn't access them (it rained during our stay). If East Nashville appeals to you, you'll love this place. Also, Julian is a top-notch communicator! We'd happily stay here again!

This place was perfect. It was a wonderful cottage (I really enjoyed the turntable!) and we were close to everything. Julian was extremely communicative and made checking in and out about as easy as possible. Overall had a wonderful experience.

Julian's place was just as described, clean, cosy and perfect for our visit to Nashville. Location was great, only 15 min drive to Broadway and other hot spots around town. Julian was very attentive throughout our stay, kindly checking in with us every so often. The nearby train can be somewhat noisy for some during the night, but the ear plugs provided do help. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning again soon!

Amazing stay! We felt so welcomed as if we were at home. Julian was very accommodating and helped us out with great recommendations for restaurants and whatnot we should check out while we were there. The place is beautiful and well-kept and completely private which is nice and also included all the amenities a traveler could need--coffee, water bottles, shampoo, washer/dryer, etc.! Not to mention, the chickens were such a great touch to the property; you get a true experience of the south. We would book again in a heartbeat!

J is an awesome host, communication was super smooth and live from the moment we booked until the moment we left The house is beautiful as in "I-want-to-live-here" beautiful, tastefully decorated, comfortable and with plenty of space for 2 families. The backyard was great for toddlers The area is this up and coming neighborhood with hip cafes and stores but with a non-commercial feel, we really liked being able to walk everywhere. Getting downtown is only a 5 minute car drive This one is on the "come back" list!

J Wes's place was perfect. Situated in the heart of creative East Nashville, adjacent to numerous bars and design shops, the house is spacious, comfortable, and immaculately designed. There is a large yard, a nice kitchen, and a great living area. J left detailed recommendations of what to do in the city, books, and cards. This place can't be beat!

This very clean home is filled with eclectic art and decor that tells a story. Arriving during the winter months, we found ourselves warm, safe and welcome. Conveniently located, places to eat are just within walking distance and getting to downtown Nashville is a snap. For those who prefer to cook, there is a fully equipped kitchen and a very nice dining room. We went to Nashville to hear a concert at the historic Ryman Auditorium and to visit Hatch Prints. We met those goals, but we also indulged in visiting a unique Nashville neighborhood full of southern personality and charm. J. Wes is a genuine, attentive host and the East Nashville Bungalow has been thoughtfully considered for his guests. Highly recommended.

The host was so welcoming and prompt! He even came by the house as we were settling in to check on us and see if we needed anything. The house itself is set up to accommodate many people comfortably, and the record player was a nice touch for coziness. The neighborhood is nice with great access to the best restaurants in Nashville.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Spencer and Alex are super friendly, and the loft apartment space is beautifully done. Closer to downtown than I expected, it's just a few minutes Uber ride to all the activity. Great communication from the hosts before, during, and after the stay as well.

What an amazing find! Staying at The Villa was a wonderful experience. It is located in a quaint neighborhood, nicely decorated (love the Nashville sign) and filled with all the essentials (hair dryer, etc.). Spencer and Alex are fabulous hosts. We hope to come back again someday, and until then, will be recommending this gem to those friends and family of ours who are going to Nashville.

What a wonderful experience - the home is gorgeous and the end is so comfortable. I was in town for a couple days for work and this place was so perfect. Can I move in? Also spencer and Alex were so communicative and their info and directions were flawless. I often prefer hotels for quick business trips but this was so much better !

This was one of the best places I have stayed at! Super clean and inviting. It has so much charm. The hammock and porch swing were a great touch, and a great place to enjoy the morning coffee. During our stay, communication was excellent, everything was ready for us, and were easily accommodated for a later than expected arrival time. The Woodbine Retreat was incredible! This house is so adorable inside and out. I went with a group of ten and with the help of one air mattress, everyone had somewhere to sleep without feeling crammed. We spent a long weekend here and loved every second of it. There was plenty of hard space for Corn Hole and a grill for burgers. Thank you!!!

This house was perfect for my group of friends and I during our stay! We really enjoyed the front porch and having 2 bathrooms was a big plus it made it very easy for everyone to get ready fast! Also H.J. Had a Iron and a Hairdryer the 2 things we forgot that you would normally find in a hotel anyways! Everything was great couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Rules and check in and checkout are clearly stated on the fridge so there was no confusion.

We absolutely loved this house! There was enough space for all of us and we never felt crowded or on top of one another. The house was perfect and so fun!! This place is ADORABLE and very comfortably put together. We had 7 people (4 adults, 2 kids and a baby) and it worked great. Defintely would be a great place for a girls weekend but worked well for our family (we just brought our pack n play). Erin was so quick and easy to talk to but gave us our privacy. This was my first Airbnb venture. Erin was a very gracious host that provided a very comfortable and spacious master bedroom in her home. She left lots of fun info about the area along with a little snack tray and water. I got the key and we were set. We all went about our business in town and whenever we were in the common areas, those moments were always met with cordial conversation. The it was championship week when I was there, and Erin's TV was a 50inch (I think) screen. I got some good NCAA mens BB watching going on while aI was there. The couch was pretty solid too. The room was great, the location was great and the ease of getting ubers and getting around to any and all parts of town was really easy and fast. Next time I'm in Nashville, I'll be checking this place first.

Everything about this stay was perfect. The room was just as pictured, and everything was described accurately. Debra was extremely friendly and helpful in conversation leading up to our trip. We had never been to Nashville before and she gave AWESOME suggestions on restaurants, shopping, things to do, etc. We literally planned our trip around what she suggested. She was very welcoming and was excited to have us stay at her home. The location of the house was central to everything we did, and it was a safe atmosphere. The bed was extremely comfortable, the bathroom was like a spa and the kitchenette was just perfect (though we didn't utilize it). There are plates, coffee mugs, cups, utensils, skillets, everything you need in a kitchenette. There is a hairdryer in the bathroom! You can tell that Debra spared no expense in renovating the space into a perfect getaway cottage. It has all the amenities and we felt extremely comfortable. Would definitely stay again if we ever make it back to the city. Thanks for your hospitality!

We had a lovely stay with Debra in Nashville - the cottage was lovely and brilliantly located. Debra kindly did our washing for us on arrival, which was very much appreciated, and gave us lots of great tips. We tried out as many as we could (Marche's, Sky Blue Cafe, Five Points Pizza, 3 Crows, etc) in Five Points before going downtown to sightsee and hear some great live music. We both wish we'd stayed longer and will definitely be back.

Debra's cottage is a real gem in east Nashville. It's cute, stylish and in a great location. The surrounding area has many things to walk to which includes a park, golf, bars, restaurants and shops. The guidebook that she provided was awesome, we found ourselves using that a lot for her recommendations. We used uber a lot and it was no more than an $8 ride from the downtown honky tonk's. I wouldn't hesitate again to stay in the cottage!

A great little cottage in East Nashville within walking distance to some cool bars, cafes and restaurants. Lockleland Table was our favorite restaurant.

Our stay in Nashville at Debra's AirBnB was very comfortable and cozy! My girlfriend, being from Nashville, was delighted at the location, just a few minutes from Trendy East Nashville and the Honky Tonks of Lower Broadway! The decor is something straight out of an Anthropologie magazine and the "shower room" was reminiscent of my stays in Europe! We couldn't have asked for a better, more accommodating experience and look forward to going back!

From the second we drove into the 12 South neighborhood we fell in love with Nashville. Pretty houses and tree-lined streets made walking around a pleasure and we quickly felt at home. Samantha's apartment was perfect! It had a great vibe, lots of music posters (fitting for the Music City), beautiful light, comfy furniture, and delicious bake-your-own cookies! Samantha left a helpful guide about the neighborhood as well as a great guidebooks of Nashville that I stashed in my purse for the trip.

This was our first airbnb experience and it was a great one! The studio was very clean and well kept and was within walking distance to many restaurants, coffee houses and unique shops. The 12South neighborhood is one of Nashville's finest! I would highly recommend staying at the 12South Studio.

This studio was exactly what we needed. Close to downtown, The Gulch, and in walking distance to restaurants and shops in 12South! It is beautifully decorated and she provided us with a home away from home! Though we never met Samantha, talking to her via the phone was always pleasant and helpful! We had a great stay! It was so much nicer and quieter than staying at a hotel. Close to everything. We brought a pack n play for our 7 month old, and there was plenty of room for the 3 of us for 3 nights.

If you want to stay in a cute, comfortable place, stay at Samantha's. The 12 South location is perfect for shopping, eating, and strolling through great neighborhoods full of wonderful houses. Sam's there is you need anything but also gives you plenty of privacy.

Samantha's studio is so nice and perfectly located whether you want to hang around the 12 south area or go downtown. The place was very clean, and she is super easy to work with. I would definitely stay there again.

My husband and I absolutely loved this studio. Samantha was so hospitable and thoughtful- providing cookies to be baked, coffee, tea, and even a personalized note! The neighborhood was great too! Restaurants and shops were within walking distance, and downtown Nashville was a short drive or uber. Loved it!

This studio is pretty great -it had everything my husband and I needed within the privacy of our own space. The room feels even bigger than the photos make it look. Very clean with nice furnishings. Ample closet space with hangers available -always nice when traveling. Though we didn't use it, the mini-fridge was a good size and could've held snacks and leftovers for people who like to save money by packing their own food or splitting their portions. It was our first trip to Nashville, so we didn't know how close the city was to the studio. If took about 10 minutes to drive in, but longer to find parking. If you're not interested in looking for parking, then you may want to find something different. If planning ahead doesn't bother you, then this studio was relatively close and very nice.

Bailey was a terrific host. She met with us early to take our luggage in the morning and was flexible for check in/out. She offered great suggestions for places to eat, drink, and explore. Bailey's friendliness was a bright way to start our trip. The loft is beautiful and clean with lots of natural light. Everything was fantastic - Bailey even let us use her Netflix account. The location of the loft was perfect for us. You can walk to all the local places in 12 South for food, drinks, coffee, etc. There is also a city bike rental station less than a quarter mile away. Uber rides were ~$7 to downtown. I highly recommend staying here for an all around great place and location. Thanks for everything, Bailey!

The perfect spot to experience Nashville. The pics, believe it or not don't even do the place justice, its not huge, but its just a gorgeous, perfectly appointed little spot. We had a blast and the perfect weekend, and Bailey Rae's loft played a huge role.

We loved the 12-South area for brunch, dinner, and drinks, and just a quick 5 minute Uber ride to get downtown. The apartment is very lovely with a comfortable bed and cute decorations. Kippie makes sure you have everything that you need and has some fabulous breakfast breads, snacks, and drinks to enjoy during your stay.

Kippie's Bungalow was perfect for us! It was so nice to get out of the heat and humidity and into a welcoming and relaxing air conditioned space. Kippie was a great host and was so awesome in accommodating us when we ran into some scheduling issues by letting us check in early. Her dogs greeted us at the door and let us pet them every time we entered or exited. Kippie gave us great information about the immediate surroundings and how easy it was to get into town. Kippie was a great hostess! Her upstairs apartment was comfortable and private with easy access to the West-end. We walked, took the bus downtown or an Uber to get around. I would easily recommend this listing to others… we had a great stay.

Kippie has a beautiful house and garden backyard. She has great taste and the rooms our furnished with beautiful antiques! The claw foot tub and lovely smelly lotions were amazing. The space is clean and includes thoughtful goodies like snacks! Her dogs are sweeties and the location was great and a short uber ride from everywhere we wanted to go. Kippie was very warm and welcoming. When I arrived she was there to greet me with a smile and show me around. I fell in love with her and her two dogs! Kippie's self contained apartment was everything I had hoped for and had all the creature comforts of home. I especially loved the coffee and the decadent claw foot bathtub! Kippie has gone out of her way to make your stay the best and has included local bus information, restaurant information and so on. The neighborhood is beautiful and I jogged and walked all around the area. Thank you Kippie!

I stayed at The Jackson with three others on our first visit to Nashville. It was a great home with plenty of space for the four of us. The place includes a large backyard and patio furniture in the front and back yards which was perfect to relax and enjoy the sun. The location is about 10-15 minutes away from downtown and conveniently located to many other Nashville must-see's. The hosts were friendly and very responsive when I had questions before and during our visit. I would recommend the place to anyone who wants to live like a local during their stay.

Jake's place was amazing! We had a great experience! The beds were SO comfy and each room was spacious enough for the 5 of us to spread out! We had a little hiccup but Jake was immediately on it and took great care of everything! I would definitely go back!

This was my first time using AirBNB. But it won't be my last. They have done an excellent job upgrading and decorating this house. Everything from the living room to the bathrooms was awesome. My only complaint is that I'm now going to have to go bed shopping. The bed there was more comfortable than mine at home. And that's something I've never felt about an out of town trip.

The Jackson was lovely. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. The decor took you back in time. We enjoyed the place so much it was hard to want to get out and explore, because it felt so homey and welcoming. They had tons of guides on where to go and were eager to assist. Would absolutely stay there again.

Ben's house is absolutely stunning! His decor is so contemporary and tasteful that I felt like I'd died and gone to HGTV heaven! And his beautiful dog Jack is a lively host!

Ben and Mary were great hosts. We had a flight delay and arrived a bit later then expected, Ben was quick to respond and was super accommodating. The space is a lot bigger than I had thought. The bathroom is huge! It was clean and comfortable. It felt private and safe. It is about a 15 minute Uber ride to downtown. There are a handful of places that are about a mile away if your wiling to walk. I would definitely suggest staying here!

Overall the stay was a great experience. The house is awesome and they made us feel welcome the entire time. Everything is pretty close to the house and the bars/food are no more than a $5 uber ride away.

Ben and Mary are so welcoming and warm. Jack(the dog) made us feel even more at home! Our first Airbnb experience was more than amazing!! We'll be back :)

A really lovely well designed modern home, made very welcome by a great couple. Their home is close to the centre of Nashville and a couple of grocery or essentials stores. Every thing is a short car journey away, either your own or via taxi/uber. Their home is located in an area undergoing a fair bit of construction during the day but their home is a quiet place and they are great at suggesting things to do, (great) places to eat in Nashville and are just good company. Their dog is also very welcoming, attentive but not intrusive or loud. An excellent place to stay in Nashville whether you want a short getaway or a base from which to explore the city.

Noel's place was great and perfect for 3 friends and I who were town for a concert at the Ryman. Very convenient location and close to 5 points and Downtown - highly recommend this place.

Noel was super accommodating. I arrived to Nashville early from Boston, and was able to get me in to his place 2 hours earlier than stated. Nice work Noel! The house match the description perfectly, no surprises. Finally, the location was great for me. It was a 10 minute uber drive to Broadway which is where I spent most of my time. Just want I wanted. 5 stars!

Stayed here for a girls weekend in Nashville. This was a really cute spot and a quick car ride to the downtown area. My favorite part of this place was the giant sunflowers near the front door! Noel was also extremely helpful with nearby restaurants and other spots. I'd definitely stay here again.

The townhouse is beautiful and very clean. It's exactly what the pictures and description describe. We loved the townhouse but didn't love the neighborhood.

Stayed here to move our son into Belmont University. The townhouse was exactly as Noel described it and he responded to messages immediately throughout the visit. It was extremely clean and tastefully decorated. The enclosed backyard was perfect for our pooch and he enjoyed the area. The location was very close to downtown and Belmont with the latter only being about a 10-15 minute drive. Noel also recommend many things to do and places to eat before the trip. One of which, Mas Tacos Por Favor, was delicious! Also in close proximity to Five Points Pizza and Pharmacy Burger which are also delectable. McFerrin Park, right across the street, was a perfect spot to walk the dog in the morning. Even though Noel warned us the O street parking may be tight, we did not have any trouble finding spots close to the townhouse itself. Honestly, the worst part of the entire stay was the fact it rained a lot and we had to leave our son 13 hours from home! Neither of which, OBVIOUSLY, are Noel's fault

Jake & Erica's place was lovely - the design was great, the beds were super comfortable and we had such a fun time staying there while we were in Nashville! We really loved the lights strung up in the backyard - such a lovely touch. Wish it wasn't raining the whole time we were there so we could have taken advantage. :)

Jake and his team were great! The Robertson was pure rustic beauty. We were there for a short stay during a long roadtrip and enjoyed every bit of it. Thanks again, Jake and crew! :)

The place was neat, stylish and comfy with tons of personal touches. It was a perfect little home for the night. We will be back!

Bethany was an unbelievable host who was available and ready to help while providing the hospitality needed. Her thoughtfulness and attention to detail go above and beyond. The space is beautiful and close to the 12 South area. It was clean and has everything you would need for an extended stay. We also loved the quiet while being so close to great shops and restaurants.

This property was above and beyond our expectations. The location was unmatched for its accessibility to 12 South and quick uber ride into downtown. The carriage house itself again exceeded our expectations. Bethany made it feel like a home away from home by having all the amenities you may need.

The Carriage House was just perfect for our stay! Absolutely beautiful interiors! The hosts were so thoughtful and it was so easy to check in/out. So close to 12South and all of the great dining and shopping. Would certainly stay there again!

Absolutely beautiful space! Super Clean and comfortable. Cozy, yet spacious. Attention has been paid to every detail to make you feel at home and welcome. Beautifully decorated. Awesome bed. Great reading local reading material. Great guidebook to the neighborhood which is full of great food and drink options. We spent most a whole day just walking to shops and dining just in the neighborhood alone. You can get anywhere in the city or to the airport in pretty short time using uber or lyft. Great communication from Bethany leading up to our stay. We loved staying here. Better than any hotel and I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Nashville. Highest recommendation.

This place was perfect! We had a group of us that came down to celebrate a couple birthdays. The location was ideal for us because it was far enough from the hustle and bustle of downtown that we felt secluded but close enough that it was very easy (and affordable) to get an Uber or Lyft downtown. Oh, and the house (URL HIDDEN) gorgeous. It is perfectly decorated without losing its comfort. Molly left us a couple presents for our trip when we got there and was very easy and helpful the entire trip. We had a great time and would recommend it to all.

This house was a dream! Beautifully decorated and very welcoming! The host answered all my questions and gave us great suggestions on where to go. If I ever go back to Nashville I will definitely be staying here again!

This is a nicely remodeled house nestled in a quiet neighborhood in up and coming East Nashville. It has beautiful hardwood floors, subway tile, 3 comfortable beds, and is very well decorated. No matter where you stay in Nashville you will have to drive to do the things you want. That being said, it is about $7-11 to get a Lyft/Uber to Downtown. If you want to stay at a place that has character as well as comfort and do not mind to drive a little then this is the place for you!

Molly's home in East Nashville was awesome. The house itself was clean and homey. Very Nashville. One night we had big plans to go out and see the city, but we ended up just sharing a bottle of wine on the front porch. We were about a 10 min uber to anything we wanted to do! We did have trouble with our code working the 1st night, but Molly was quick to answer and get it resolved!

This is a newly renovated house. It is clean and very well decorated! The three beds are very comfortable. The house is organized and you pretty much can find everything you need for a short stay (the Advil I found in the kitchen cabin saved my day). The neighborhood is quiet. Driving to downtown is easy and takes less than 15 minutes. Molly is responsive! She answered all my questions and even recommended nearby places for food and drinks! I would recommend this place to others visiting Nashville!
