The place is really clean..

We only stayed one night but this place met our expectations in terms of location we needed and by being clean. We felt like having our own place. We didn't met the owners but the communication was good. The only downside was the pillows (too big) and the bed (too soft) that can be more confortable in our opinion . Would recommend :)

My husband and I were there for a month and really enjoyed our great hosts and the accommodation. We're looking forward to another stay there next winter.

This is a beautiful apartment in a very high end complex. The apartment was set up very thoughtfully and was decorated perfectly. The reserved parking spot was a huge plus.

This place is awesome! This was one of the best Airbnb’s we’ve stayed at. The apartment is very quiet, clean and close to many restaurants. We were pleasantly surprised at how quiet it is, given that it’s so close to the airport.

Great guesthouse! Perfect for what I needed! Awesome suggestions for restaurants! Very clean and comfortable. Had everything I needed. Only wish I stayed longer to take a bike ride. My only complaint, was the lack of hot water. Not sure if it’s just a small hot water heater, and I only took one shower. But it ran out before I was done. Other than that, this is a perfect Airbnb!

Loved my stay! I like the set up of the guest house, it is very creative. It has pretty much anything you need to have fun; bikes, beach chairs/equipment, cooler, etc. It is quiet and in a great location. Would definitely stay again!

For the price, this place is a steal! Although the neighborhood was a little sketchy the inside of the condo was so much bigger and nicer than pictured! Large kitchen, bedroom, nice bathroom and utilities. Only complaint is the slight bug problem.

Great spot. All accurate information except for the area / part of town. Homeless everywhere, street has drug dealers or drug abusers walking up and down daily eyeing up your car or belongings you bring in. Other than that, great spot

Heart of Hyde Park. Walking distance to some amazing restaurants. Quiet and gorgeous street. Safe area. Off street parking. The apartment had such charm and character. Very clean! Hosts were quick to respond and forthcoming with all the information and offered to help with local tips and places to go. Would definitely stay again!

Here is a very comfortable, clean condo located near Hyde Park. It fit well into our plans to explore Tampa and surrounding areas. Communication was excellent and we did not feel alone. We had no problems during our visit. This a place we would recommend and we will use it again when we are in the Tampa area

Location was everything! It’s only 5 min from the airport and there are so many convenient stores, gas stations, and two malls nearby. The host was quick with responses when we had questions and made check-in easy.

Easy check in, safe and quiet neighborhood, good value, comfortable living arrangements. We only needed one bedroom out of the two given - but both were nice and comfy and the bathroom was clean (sink is cool like everyone else has mentioned!). The smart TV has a guest Netflix and there is a window box AC that you can tune to your liking. Didn't feel unsafe sleeping there or leaving the car alone in the driveway. Met Darin briefly, super nice and welcoming; communicated with Cami over text who was also helpful and pleasant. Would stay again!

This place was great for me. I enjoyed the light coming through the windows in the living room as I listened to the rain. I just felt cozy. It's not upscale but it does the trick. Good amenities, good communication and I appreciated being able to come and go with ease. I think if the owner spent a couple hundred he could make this place exceptionally great. But it worked for what I needed and I am pleased. : )

Patricia is a wonderful host. The room is as pictured. The bed is very comfortable so you will get a good night's sleep. The room was kept clean and tidy. The kitchen is always available and the shared bathroom was not a problem. Patricia prepares a fine Cafe Cubano in the morning.

I stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday and was very pleased with the fully equipped kitchen and variety of cookware and tools, including a meat thermometer since I was in charge of roasting a turkey breast. The neighborhood is quiet and convenient to the Seminole Heights area which has some really good eateries like Ella's Cafe only a few blocks away - an easy walk. It's also conveniently located near I-275 so you can get anywhere in town quickly.

Excellent option to stay in Tampa. Although it is far from the center, it is minutes from the main highways. In 20 min you are in downtown Tampa or on the beach. We were surprised by the cleanliness and details. We recommend without hesitation.

This was one of the best experiences we have ever had with AirBnB’s. The living space was clean, cozy and comfortable. Bathroom and shower were amazing, bed was very comfortable, still plenty of space for luggage and things. Lockbox and entry were simple and parking right in driveway which was visible from bedroom window. I would absolutely rebook if in the area again!

My boyfriend, some friends and I spent an evening in this beautiful bungalow! We cooked big meals in the spacious kitchen, even utilizing the grill out back! We walked a few short blocks and spent a night out on the popular 7th St. It was incredibly convenient and comfy and we will definitely stay in Andrew’s bungalow again!

This was the BEST airB&B I have every stayed at. It is basically a tiny home in the backyard. New and beautiful. I would come back to Tampa just to stay here. Clean, perfect communication and lots of privacy. Great value too. Simply amazing. I wish all airB&B stays were this great.

The only thing that could have improved the stay, would be having the TV in the bedroom. Other than that, great experience, and we would stay again if we are ever in the area. Don’t pass this up!

Michelle's place was a cosy space for our brief stay in Tampa. It's a neat layout surrounded by the host's own artwork, which makes it feel really welcoming. We appreciated her thoughtfulness in providing some food and drinks in the fridge, too!

Bohemian Rhapsody. We loved staying in Michelle's lovely cottage in this quiet and mature suburb of Tampa. The cottage has a lovely bohemian character: the cute toadstool night lights in the bathroom, the art and posters decorating the walls, the characterful furniture, through to the special secret garden. This place is so cool, even the trees have dreadlocks! The swimming pool is large and heated, and in mid February under clear blue Florida skies, it was divine. The bed upstairs and the futon downstairs were both very comfortable. Michelle and David are the perfect hosts, very welcoming and with lots of helpful local tips. Homemade cookies, bagels, milk, juice, tea, coffee .. and more .. to welcome you. Toiletries in the bathroom; and other basics in the kitchen too. Highly recommended to other Airbnbers.

My best friend and I came for a weekend getaway, and Saymara's place was perfect! It was perfectly clean, it smelled great, and the location was amazing - so close to the airport, close to the essentials (Walgreens, Walmart, Starbucks, etc.) and also a short drive to Clearwater beach. Saymara was quick and clear in communication, and next time we come to Tampa, we'll definitely be staying here again!

It is a perfect little place for a quick stay. The mattress was incredibly comfy and I slept like a rock. Clear instructions. Really appreciated the coffee! Great price and location near airport.

This was a perfect location for us!!!! Less than 2 miles from the Amalie Arena and close to everything. If you’re into the night life , downtown old ybor is right around the corner. Amazing history - look it up! Busch Gardens is less than a 15 minute drive. And there is Jinny’s tacos down the road that you don’t want to miss !! We had amazing communication with the host and will definitely stay with them again.

This place was a clean, cozy little cottage that was a nice base for getting some much needed sunshine in the winter. The location was in a neighborhood fairly close to restaurants and the airport. It was kind of hard to find in the dark because it’s in an alley, but definitely manageable. Carrie and Wesam left some restaurant suggestions which were helpful. Check in and out was super easy. My only small warning is for tall people - the shower head is comically low - at least it was for me and my two friends (all over 5’10, two with long hair which took quite a workout to wash). Other than that, thanks to Wesam and Carrie for their hospitality and providing a clean and pleasant Airbnb!

First time using this app. Experience was amazing. I was mind blown by the price per night for all the amenities we got in return. The yard is fenced in making it perfect for our doggy. Fully stocked bathroom and kitchen! I planned to go to Walmart after settling in to but last minute items, but after settling in I realized all the items on my list to buy were already available including water and ice!! I would 100% recommend. We also forgot our son’s baby bat and they reached out to us with the option to ship it to us! We were close enough we went back, but the service was phenomenal! If you book with them, you will not be disappointed. ♥️

This was the best first experience with Airbnb that we could have asked for. Everything was exactly as expected. There were no surprises and the location was even better than we realized. Very close to Raymond James Stadium and an easy drive to Busch Gardens, downtown areas, Clearwater, Tarpon Springs and St. Pete. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed, they even had a pack and play, a baby monitor and toys for our daughter to play with. The house was clean and our pet loved having the fenced in yard. I would definitely recommend and when we come back, we would have no problem staying here again.

Aaron and Amanda’s place was very clean and well organized. It looked like the pictures and was a very affordable place to sleep while visiting Tampa. It was easy to find and they were very kind and accommodating hosts. I would definitely stay at their home again.

We were traveling and needed some place to sleep for the night. Aaron and Amanda opened their doors for us in the middle of the night. When we woke up to leave, Amanda was there to clean and get ready for her next day of business. She offered us whatever food was in the kitchen and coffee. We woke up literally at 11 am and she didn't rush us to leave immediately which was great because mornings and I aren't friends. Lol... We got to eat and wake up and when we were going to leave, my car wouldn't start! I message them to let them know I was having car problems and I thought it was my starter. Aaron called me immediately and offered his assistance and told me to take my time and he understood! I was able to jack my car up and bang on my starter and get to the nearest Auto Zone to buy a new starter! But the fact that Aaron and Amanda made sure I wasn't alone and was willing to help me in anyway shows their compassion. They truly were great hosts and I'd be happy to stay there again if I'm ever back in Tampa!! Which might be soon!! Thanks so much you two!! Have a great day!

Aaron and Amanda were amazing hosts. The space was good for my wife and I. The location seems a bit iffy at night but it’s nothing to be concerned about. The location is pretty central to the big attractions and not too far from St. Pete’s. Overall it was great stay, thank you again Aaron and Amanda!

Great hosts!!

Quiet, clean home. They no longer live there so it’s you and whoever else is renting out, the other renters were quiet so it was no problem. We stayed for one night, the room was clean and so was the bathroom.

Amanda and Aaron were great as always. I had to have a package delivered to the house and also needed to potentially change my accommodations to stay an extra day and they were very helpful.

Excellent stay ... Clean. Look forward to staying again in future.

It is a nice little cozy place, check in is straightforward, you get a private bath and a small kitchen and you can’t beat that for the price. I will definitely stay here again.

Although we never met Barrett he was quick to respond and welcome us to his home. He had told us that he had been doing some work on his place, but we really weren’t entirely sure what to expect. But once you step inside, you will encounter a lovely apartment with the feel of even a bit of a quaint country cottage, that’s been newly remodeled and offers a cozy respite for a family of three. So step inside, make yourself some coffee, watch a little TV after you drop your leftovers in the fridge, and even escape the worries of the day with a huge soaker tub among all the other amenities one might only expect to find in a 5 star hotel!

Great value. Me and a couple friends needed a place to stay on a tight budget. Small and cozy. About 10 minutes from downtown.

Barrett was very thoughtful that he gave me a call the day before my stay and gave me a heads up for his house. Very kind and friendly person. It was a great stay and I’ll be back next time!
