You are welcome in my beautiful 1 bedroom flat typically "Bordeaux style" with its limestone wall and its extravagant marble fireplace. Full of character, very clean, comfortable and light, it has the best location in the most charming part of the old city-center. Easy access by foot to all places in the city center. The apartment is on the 1st floor (without lift) of a 19th century building. There is a PUBLIC CAR PARK (NOT FREE) called "Camille Julian" at 20 m away from the building.

City apartment, bright, T2 on the first floor (with intercom), ideal for a couple or two people maximum (comfortable bed 180 cm wide), even without vehicle because the buses are at the foot of the house, the tram at 10 minutes, Vcub station at 300 meters ; if vehicle a private parking in front of the entrance operated by secure sliding gate is available. The house overlooks a nice little square, surrounded by all amenities on foot ; the environment is pleasant and quiet.
