Great studio in a great location. I found it super easy from the get go with this studio apartment. Booking was simple and I was even able to change my dates as I had to change my plans. The studio was welcoming and clean, and also easy to find. It offered a great experience as it was super close to the central station (2 min walk) along with being close to everything else. The suburb of Surry Hills that it is located in is also really fun. Bianca was super helpful upon arrival and throughout my stay. Was able to ask any questions I needed and was easy to check in and out. The style of the apartment was modern, clean and crisp. It’s a nice and compact space and ideal for anyone wanting a great location at a great price.

Bianca's charming and modern studio is located in historic Surry Hills and surrounded by restaurants, bars, supermarket (Metro), bank and pharmacy, all within five minutes walking distance. Walking to Central railway station needs only five minutes. Big Bus hop on hop off stop is about 8 walking minutes away, hop on hop off is the most easy way to tour Sydney's attraction spots. We admire Bianca's hospitality, she personally greeted us and helped to carry our luggages. She had tea, coffee in the kitchen and bottle water in the refrigerator, room temperature was set at comfortable 21 degree C. The studio was just remodeled, everything was very clean and pretty comfortable for two people. Kitchen had coffee machine, toaster and electric stove, all brand new. Bath room was modern and big. If we had any questions she would get back to us no late within a half hour and gave us a lot of useful information. Bianca is such a perfect host we have no hesitation to give her and her place a five star rate. Sydney is a beautiful city, we will definitely to visit it again and will stay in Bianca's place once more.

We had a wonderful overnight stay here before our cruise - can’t fault it! Apartment was immaculate, communication and check in instructions were clear and straightforward, and the place had everything we needed. Excellent amenities within the apartment and an incredible location which for us was an easy walk to the cruise terminal upon check out. Will definitely consider staying here again when I’m next back in Sydney!

This is probably the best Airbnb experience I have ever had. The apartment looks exactly the same as the pics show on the web. Bettina has generously offered many daily supplies which makes you feel much safer when you are staying outside. LOCATION couldn't be any better, with 7 days of our stay in this place we've literally gone all the must-go sightseeing within half an hour transportation. Besides all those great things, Bettina is a quick respond host and always talks nice and warm which I appreciated a lot （as someone who really hates to bother).

My partner and I loved staying at this place as we felt right at home. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures. The apartment is really close to public transport and Darling Harbour. Great restaurants around the corner. Smack bang in the middle of where it’s all happening. Bettinas place is beyond clean and spotless. We had access to the gym, spa and pool and loved the added amenities. The building itself has a rich history and I definitely recommend reading the history of it! The apartment is actually part of a Hotel so it’s a really interesting apartment! Coles and IGA are down the road if you’re planning buy some groceries which is great. If you’re looking for a place that is beautiful, good priced and close to all the tourist attractions, book your stay at Bettina’s as it won’t disappoint. It’s close to EVERYTHING and easy to access if you’re from another city like my partner and I are. For overseas and interstate people: I would recommend taking an Uber from the airport to the apartment as it would be cheaper and quicker than taking public transport! Excellent location near Darling Harbor. Everything you need for a longer stay including kitchen with pots/pans and a washer/dryer. Bettina is incredibly responsive and accommodating!

Fantastic location!! We took a tour with Paul and really enjoyed it. Bettina and Paul are wonderful people who go out of their way for you. The apartment was spotless and they allowed is to check in early.

Close enough to walk to the Tower Eye, shopping, and the essential transportation hub—Circular Quay, where you can catch ferries to Manly Beach, the zoo, and Bondi Beach. Mirko has a stylish apartment that was both clean and spacious for this family of four. Definitely recommend to anyone who wants to a stay in the city!

Mirko’s spot is a short walk from the most beautiful places in Sydney, and meters from the new tram line. Our family of four was very comfortable in the apartment, and loved the rooftop pool.

Very simple room, but a very large space, quiet, clean & excellent location. Ea level has a ‘common room’ with showers, bathrooms, kitchen and lounge/TV area. This meant I wasn’t sharing amenities with the entire building which was great. Very happy. Would stay again !

Unfortunately due to bush fires, our train never made it to Sydney (the tracks were closed). We missed the opportunity to stay in this wonderful apartment. The host was absolutely fantastic, with excellent communication and fully refunded the cost of the stay despite us only being able to let her know late on the day we were meant to arrive. So kind!

Awesome stay at surry hills. Very near trains and buses. Very near to chinatown, and local attractions like The Rocks, Sydney Opera House and the Habour Bridge. Quite a safe neighbourhood as its only 2 mins walk to the police station. Alot of restaurants around, variety of food from kebabs, to fast food to fancy restaurants.

Great central space. The floor to ceiling windows in both the living room and bedroom were a nice addition to the apartment. The apartment was very clean, overall a nice city stay.

Laszlo was super helpful and responded to all communication quickly. (Especially when we managed to lock ourselves out of the building) His apartment is stylish, well equipped and in a great location near to Hyde Park and within easy walking distance of Circular Quay and the Opera House via the Botanic Gardens. This is a large, comfortable, light and airy apartment in a brilliant location in the city, near Hyde Park and CBD shopping and dining. Its spotless and well appointed and Laszlo was a great host, quick to respond to a couple of questions, and communication and access were very easy.

We are former Airbnb hosts so we know how things should go in an Airbnb stay. We had a great stay with Ollie. This is a host who goes above and beyond to help his guests in any way possible. The apartment is well equipped with everything you can possibly need for your stay. There was also food in the fridge, coffee, eggs and cereal. The shower is great in the apartment with nice shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The bed was comfortable. WiFi worked well. Anytime we had a question or needed help, Ollie made himself available. The location is very good and in a quaint neighborhood with stores and restaurants. I highly recommend this Airbnb. You won’t find a better host than Ollie.

I’m not a big fan of company managed Airbnb’s but this space is nice and in a very convenient location, was lacking a lot of the small touches that all of the Airbnb’s we have stayed at in Australia have had, such as at minimum coffee and tea. But the apartment is nice and the bed was comfortable, it’s very easy to get to public transportation and a quick walk down to darling harbor.

Quiet unit away from lifts, street noise, and foot traffic. Amenities (sauna/spa/pool/gym) are open 6am-11:45pm! Great location (Darling Harbour)- high walkability, close to light rail & parking fees are reasonable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning!

Kiah is very nice! The apartment is also good and convenient. You will take bus389 directly to the town hall by one stop!

It's only 10 minutes away from Darling Harbor, so it's a great place to go to Tum Barong. It was better because there is a swimming pool where children can swim every day. However, if you are staying at home for a long time, you should consider it because it is dark ~

Very easy to find (we took a Bolt and were at the place within 15 minutes from the airport), communication was perfect and the room was absolutely tidy. The bed was so comfortable, we wished we could have stayed longer. Totally recommended!

Great Place

We enjoyed staying in this boutique hotel. The value was great and it had everything we needed for our visit. It was clean and contemporary and within a walkable distance to Darling Harbor and the CBD. We enjoyed Spice Alley for dinners. It was just around the corner and was a lively area with lots of interesting food options. The mall and grocery store was also right there and were very convenient. The Nepresso machine and morning muffins in the lobby was also greatly appreciated.

We had a lovely stay at hotel 28. They have an espresso machine which is fantastic because I love coffee. The place is also very accessible. It is a 2 minute walk from the train station. Its also near to spice alley. Hotel room is neat and classy. Staff was very accommodating too.

Good choice to live in downtown

Hotel staff were really friendly and upgraded the room too. There is a coffee machine in the lobby and you can hire their fish mascot for the night if you’re “lonely” which was cute (a real fish in a tank). Great location to walk to central station and restaurants.

Me and my brother stayed here for 6 night and it was great! The location is perfect. Walking distance to so many attractions, ferry, restaurant, shopping center, park, etc.. The studio has everything you need. Comfy bed, air conditioner, wifi, a little kitchen, bathroom and the view of the city. I would recommend this place!

Fantastic location, central to a range of shops, restaurants and the city as a whole. Walked in to the city and walked back without any problems. We enjoyed this place and were happy staying here. One of the lifts in the apartment block is quite old and has some quirks where it randomly took us up to the top floor, didn't open the doors and then down to the ground without opening the doors, finally it let us off on the 2nd floor and we took the stairs to exit the building just to be safe :) Care with the lift but the apartment is excellent.

A lovely studio in a convenient location, very easy to get anywhere in Sydney. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend if you’re spending a few days in Sydney!

Studio looks exactly as the pictures. Super clean, well stocked kitchen and bathroom so you don't need to worry when cooking or bringing food back to eat. The bathroom comes with shampoo, conditioner and body wash which I thought was an especially nice touch since not a lot of hosts provide that. WiFi is strong and reliable. Location is absolutely fabulous! So central with an overhwleming choice of cafes and restaurants as soon as you step out. The studio is right above a bakery so you wake up to the glorious smell of freshed baked pastries every morning. Got my tummy churning hard! Easy to find location and easy to access. No elevators though but just 1.5 flights of stairs so easy enough to manage. The exterior of the apartment building is very unassuming but t The studio is done up beautifully and is super super cozy! High recommended stay! Much better than a hotel! The space has so much character and is very good value!

Ariana is a great host and her flat is very comfortable and right in the middle of everything, a lot of cafés around, a few minutes to Kings Cross station, and you can walk to the Botanical Garden etc. Ariana welcomed me personally to make sure I have everything I need, I found that very attentive. I had a great stay and enjoyed it very much.

My girlfriend and I stayed at Ariana's apartment for a few days and enjoyed our stay. Check-in was easy, communication was quick and helpful, and check-out was flexible. The area is lively (with all the associated positives and negatives), but the apartment itself was quiet. Ariana is a friendly, helpful host. It was a pleasure meeting her and we're glad we chose her apartment for our visit.

Great place next to Kings Cross Station and only a 20 minute walk to the Botanic Gardens and Mrs Macquarie’s Chair for great views of The Sydney Opera House/Sydney Bridge.

Beautiful studio, amazing location, very communicative and very clean. Surrounded by many cafes, pubs and easy access to everything needed for a wonderful Sydney escape.

Edmunds home is charming and comfortable. The courtyard is a nice spot to relax and I really appreciated the retractable clothesline for our laundry. The Surry Hills area is full of neat restaurants and shops. Walkable to the opera house through Hyde park and the Botanical gardens. We ate at a wonderful Italian restaurant called Pasta Emilia 4mins walk away. And the piano was Fantastic. 😊

Spotless and stylish. Nice touches. Everything you need in a studio apartment. Very private. The hosts are lovely. They live upstairs and there is another apartment they manage in the second half of downstairs. These apartments are audible from the space but is wasn’t a problem. Highly recommend for single or couple.

Great place to stay in a wonderful neighborhood. After long days of trekking around Sydney, Ed's apartment provided the perfect refuge. The place is clean, well decorated and centrally located to many great restaurants and bars.

Good location

Place is exactly how it looked in the photos. Perfect for 2 people as there is enough space. Everything we needed was there (toilettries, towels, microwave,etc) plus it is very near the central station. Lots of bars/resto downstairs but we did not have any issue with noise. Highly recommended place to stay in SYD!

We were very pleased with the room and the special extra touches to celebrate our anniversary. Check in was easy. The room was lovely and clean. The complimentary snacks and beverages were an unexpected but welcome surprise. It is located in a nice central location opposite QVB and within walking distance to Darling Harbour. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location, everything clean, well equipped - perfect

This apartment was clean and inviting on arrival. The location was perfect for our days of sightseeing and accessible to buses and trains, and lots of eateries within walking distance. The city views were amazing, and Scott was very prompt and easy to communicate with. An easy, affordable stay in the centre of Sydney! Very recommended.

The host responded really quick, was easy to communicate with him. We stayed last week of december ans he gave us a free bottle of sparkling wine! Really recommend this place for a city trip!

I really enjoyed my stay at Scott's place. It is small but the terrace with expansive view makes it feel bigger. Unfortunately there was construction nearby so it was a bit noisy on the terrace during the day time and happily the windows and sliding door completely blocked all noise. The unit is equipped with a tea kettle, toaster, microwave, mini fridge, and an oven/stovetop along with some basic cooking utensils and dishware, though I don't know why anyone would want to actually cook, given all of the number of good restaurants within close range. The location is great. The subway is a 10 to 15 minute walk and you can easily reach the botanical gardens and opera house on foot. Oxford Street has many of the city's gay bars and the quieter Surrey Hills area is a short walk up Crown St. Scott was very communicative and accommodating throughout the entire process and was there to greet me on arrival.

Scott's place was in a very good location, so close to heaps of great cafes and less than 5 minutes to train station. Our favourite part was the awesome view from the spacious balcony, where you can see the opera house, harbour bridge and just watch the world go by. Easy and simple check in and great communication.

The Scott's place was incredible. The area, the views from the balcony or the studio, it was close to everything. We walked to all the beautiful places we wanted to see. The place was nice and clean, and Scott was very welcoming and accomodating. We would love to stay there again, next time we are in Sydney
