Very simple room, but a very large space, quiet, clean & excellent location. Ea level has a ‘common room’ with showers, bathrooms, kitchen and lounge/TV area. This meant I wasn’t sharing amenities with the entire building which was great. Very happy. Would stay again !

The apartment is so amazingly located! It was very easy access to Wynyard Station (very close) and it's a light walk to the QVB which I loved. The space is very cozy and well decorated! The views of Darling Harbour make this place really special . Inside it’s quiet has everything needed. Location wise it’s a few mins to be on the harbour amongst the restaurants and about 20 mins walk to do the bridge climb Cost was 10 dollars taxi to the Opera house. Great location. Would stay again if in Sydney.

First of all, the location is very good, and it is very convenient to go everywhere. At the same time, the host has a free parking space. It is also very convenient to drive by yourself. Although it is not recommended to drive in Sydney, you can also drive to faraway scenic spots. The second floor is very high, so the view is particularly good. The boss is very enthusiastic again. A detailed introduction to the surrounding situation. The only flaw is that there are several central air conditioners on the top of the opposite building, which will make some noise when it is quiet at night, but if you close the doors and windows, it will not have a great effect. If you are particularly sensitive to sound, you may want to bring earplugs. a bit. Everything else is fine.

Everything you could need for a fantastic stay in Sydney, central to everything and all transport, very well equipped and we loved the view. Great place.

The view was better than expected

This was our first Airbnb experience and it was a great one! We arrived in Sydney at 6am after a 15 hour flight and really appreciated being able to store our bags there to get a much needed cup of coffee, along with the early and flexible check in. The property has a stunning view of the Harbour and was conveniently located and within walking distance of the Sydney Opera House, Royal Botanic Gardens, etc. We would highly recommend this property to others and if we are able to swing another visit, we would definitely stay here again!

My daughter and I enjoyed a very pleasant one-month stay in Paul's apartment. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and in a safe and excellent location close to Darling Harbor.

Jack is a great host! Very nice one bedroom loft on 10th floor. Private entrance with fob required for front entrance and elevators. Very clean and comfy. Great location next to Darling Harbor and great value for the overall stay and experience.

A fantastic location, a really well-organised system and a friendly, safe space. I am a city worker and stayed over rather than go home after a dinner meeting and an early breakfast meeting the next day. Had a great night's sleep, a hot shower and really appreciated the storage and ease of the stay.

Very good location. Convenient. I wonder if the $ 6 washing machine and $ 5 dryer I wanted to stay at would be expensive. That much. There was a hairdryer for women only, so it was very convenient. It was cozy. It depends on the members.

Perfect location.

Xbase is a great hostel for travellers. You got the basic things you need and you will meet awesome people too.

Both bed and bathroom were super clean, which is the most important thing for me. Check in was easy, common areas were nice, and you can't find a better location (right next to Town Hall station). All in all, highly recommend and would stay again.

We were very pleased with the room and the special extra touches to celebrate our anniversary. Check in was easy. The room was lovely and clean. The complimentary snacks and beverages were an unexpected but welcome surprise. It is located in a nice central location opposite QVB and within walking distance to Darling Harbour. I’m not a big fan of company managed Airbnb’s but this space is nice and in a very convenient location, was lacking a lot of the small touches that all of the Airbnb’s we have stayed at in Australia have had, such as at minimum coffee and tea. But the apartment is nice and the bed was comfortable, it’s very easy to get to public transportation and a quick walk down to darling harbor.

Super clean apartment and very well located. We were positively surprised. Despite being in the city center, it is quite quiet. Ana was super attentive to our demands and quickly answered our doubts. The internet doesn't work very well, but for the essentials it was enough. Very nice apartment.

Great place in downtown. 5min walk to circular quay, which was great since we had no car. Just the right size for our little family.

Close enough to walk to the Tower Eye, shopping, and the essential transportation hub—Circular Quay, where you can catch ferries to Manly Beach, the zoo, and Bondi Beach. Mirko has a stylish apartment that was both clean and spacious for this family of four. Definitely recommend to anyone who wants to a stay in the city!

Mirko’s spot is a short walk from the most beautiful places in Sydney, and meters from the new tram line. Our family of four was very comfortable in the apartment, and loved the rooftop pool.

This apartment was portrayed very accurately in the pictures. it was perfect and the AC was amazing during the hot Aussie summer. The location could not have been better for NYE in Sydney. We took a 5 minute walk to Darling Harbour and enjoyed multiple firework shows. Darling Harbour is packed with restaurants for an easy dinner that is close to the apartment. We really appreciated the hospitality and the quick responses. I would definitely recommend this spot and I would stay there again.

The apartment is beautiful, clean, spacious, and in a great location. Quick walk and easy access to the harbor, ferries, train, and lots of great restaurants and pubs. Everything we needed!

The apartment was nicely spacious and super centrally located. Everything you need was there, the apartment was clean and the check-in was well explained. In the bedroom you could permanently hear noise from outside (maybe from the air conditioning?). For us Germans the single glazing of the windows is unusual. But with earplugs no problem.

The apartament was better than expected. The location was the best, close to mejor points in the city. It was spacious and stylish. Only downside would be that during the night there are noises from constructions around the area. There is no reception in the building and as we had arrived ealier than check in time, had to use a storage service which is one block awayand wss nota pricey ay allá. We recomienda ir.

A great space in the heart of Sydney CBD. Perfect location to explore from, 5mins walk to Circular Key, 10mins to Opera House, 15mins to Harbour Bridge. Buses, trains and tram all local to get you anywhere in the city. Comfy and good shower. Felt safe to walk to restaurants, opera house etc in evenings. A bit noisy due to road works/building works in the area but easily offset by the central location. Would recommend to anyone visiting Sydney.

All as advertised, good value and very conveniently located opposite the T2 light rail Bridge Street station for transport to Central or Circular Quay.

Great place, sensational location and well appointed place, this is my second stay with Jared and highly recommend especially for business travellers. Will stay a 3rd time without hesitation.

We really loved the place. It seems that we were the first guests as the place and things seems all brand new. Big enough for 4 people. Location is great near in all tourist spots and transportation. You can just walk around to appreciate the beauty of sydney city. Will definitely be back. ❤️

We had a wonderful overnight stay here before our cruise - can’t fault it! Apartment was immaculate, communication and check in instructions were clear and straightforward, and the place had everything we needed. Excellent amenities within the apartment and an incredible location which for us was an easy walk to the cruise terminal upon check out. Will definitely consider staying here again when I’m next back in Sydney!

Sky was a great host and proactively reached out to me to ensure the entire process from check-in to check-out was smooth. Sky was also available to help out assist with local attractions and whatever help I needed to get familiar with Sydney, but I didn't need to take advantage of this because of the great location of the apartment. It was central to pretty much everything I wanted to see in the city of Sydney. Thanks again for being a great host.

Beautiful apartment, exactly what is presented on the photos - the perfect location to do all the tourist stuff around Darling Harbour (less then 500m) and the opera! Absolutely recommendable. The places is clean and tidy. Many important spots on Sydney are just a walk away from here like Darling harbour, casino, Aquarium etc. Clara is very helpful with the local tips.

We had a wonderful stay in Clara's place. The darling harbour is just a walking distance away from our place and everything is accessible stone corner away.

This apartment is such great value for money. Perfect location, so close to darling harbour (about 2 mins walk). Having access to the pool, gym and sauna was an extra bonus! Apartment is clean and stylish and there is an air con machine and some fans which is ideal. The bed and sofa bed were also comfortable. Clara was always fast at responding on messenger and was extremely helpful with regards to check out as she let us store our luggage until later in the day. Overall, it was a great place to stay and we would highly recommend.

Great place to stay in the CBD. Location is fantastic! Close to Wyndham station, Westfield and lots of local cafes, bars and night life venues. Short walking distance also to Circular Quay and Darling Harbour. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would stay here again :-)

Location location location. The apartment has everything you need including kitchen area, comfortable bed, and long lasting hot water for showers. The location cannot be beat , located in the heart of the CBD area we had easy access to buses, trains and a short walk to the ferries with Restaurants, bars and stores in close proximity as well.

The apartment is very central and extremely close to Circular Quay and the train system. It’s a small studio as described, probably wouldn’t recommend more than 2 adults unless you know each other well as space is limited. Very secure building and apartment and relatively quiet considering the location. Really appreciated the flexibility to drop bags off earlier than the advertised check in time so we could head off to an event

Very accommodating with letting us check in a couple of hours early, good use of space and small kitchenette. Pretty quiet on weekends, but can come alive at night during the World Cup. Couldn’t figure out how to get the heater to work, but non-issue. Washer and dryer are nice touches when traveling for an extended amount of time with limited clothes.
