Steven was amazing, he checked us in earlier than expected and alao left my partner and I a bottle of champagne. Location is perfect and i would highly reccomend this apartment to anyone staying in surfers paradise. We loved our stay❤

We spent nine nights in Steven's Surfers Paradise apartment, and it was fantastic. The apartment is in one of the high-rises that run along the coast in SP, and it offers a good view of the sea and the beach. It's very close to the beach (perhaps a one minute walk from the entrance to the building), and is also close to lots of restaurants. The apartment is spotlessly clean. It's not huge (about the same size as a large hotel room), but it's certainly big enough for a couple for any length of stay. It also has full, self-catering amenities, a nice bathroom (including a really good shower), a balcony and a TV with Netflix for any rainy days. It also comes with free parking in the building basement (really helpful as parking in public car parks in SP is expensive), and elsewhere in the building there's a small outdoor pool, a small indoor pool, a hot-tub and a gym. We had a great time there, and I would highly recommend this apartment.

Amazing space and location :)

The view from this place is absolutely stunning. Never got sick of waking up and looking out all the windows. Steven was very quick with his responses and made everything super easy. Super close to everything and access to the car park was easy. Only thing was the neighbours who share the same entry/doorway, were coming and going at all hours throughout the night and the door was extremely loud everytime it opened and closed. They also woke us up a few nights from being so loud, the walls were extremely thin. Overall though, a great stay

Perfect location! Enjoyed the front view of the Coral Sea. Appreciated the chilled bottle of champagne the owner left for us on arrival. Almost every second day house keeping stopped by and offered clean towels. We had a wonderful stay

Steven's B & B is right on the gold coast! Surfers Paradise is just downstairs ~ and the building has free parking, which is the first choice for vacations ~

Awesome place. Only stayed for one night but I could happily live there, it was super cool and cozy. Liz was very friendly and helpful, and the place had everything you could want for some chilled holiday time: movies, books, puzzles and games.

Excellent apartment in beautiful residential area. Liz was very helpful and child-friendly and even organized a baby-fence and a baby-chair. Best AirBnB we have stayed in so far! Highly recommended.

A lovely place to stay! Loved the uninterrupted views of the ocean and how close the beach is and walking distance to the restaurants and how close yet far it was to surfers. Would highly recommend for a nice weekend away.

The views were everything!!! It has a home feel to it and the touches made it that much more special. A really nice space for a getaway and the access to the pool and easier access to the beach was amazing.

Great location, the place is OK for a shorter stay. It’s a bit on the smaller side, but we didn’t mind at all as we were there for a couple of days only. Tram is just around the corner, as are a couple of restaurants. Shopping center is just across the street and the beach is a block away. Overall would recommend

Great place when attending event at Convention centre. All as expected with a very professional host.

My stay was to attend a conference at the Convention Centre which is conveniently just a short walk across the road. It was also conveniently located to the Star Casino where I attended a cocktail party during the conference. It is also close to Pacific Fair where the shopping choices are top class which i needed to attend to buy some clothing items for the said cocktail party. That said, the place was clean, tidy and well laid out with enough space and free power points to allow me to power my laptop and chargers. The bed was comfortable the internal sliding doors block out the light from the street outside. The host was also quick to answer any queries I had. This is probably the best place I have stayed in for a long time, including many hotels. Highly recommended.

What a little gem in the heart of Broadbeach! The place is 2-5min walk to everything you need for a good holiday. Apartment itself is super cosy. Host is also super nice. Left my keys in the apartment one night, I rang Alison to organize picking up a spare set from her, but when she realized I didn’t have a car, she arranged for Jeremy to come to the apartment to open the door for me! Will definitely rent again if I come to Gold Coast!

Great location, easy checkin and close to shopping, the beach and the tram. We primarily picked it for a conference at GCCEC, and you can't go wrong with this apartment if you're looking for the same. Will stay here again.

This place is in a perfect location, close to everything you need, including the casino of course! The hosts were very easy to communicate with and provided us with a welcoming and warm feeling each and every time that we spoke to them.

I didn't expect much at first, but the accommodation was great! At first the room is large! It was so nice to have been at Beckpackers. Again, it is neat. I felt a lot of house cleanliness! Friendly host! The only drawback is that it's not very close to trams! 10 minutes on foot? Still, I lived without inconvenience! Oh, and the way to the hotel is very beautiful :) I wanted to use it later.

I was worried because I didn't speak English, but thank you so much for being kind! I used to be alone, but it was great to stay alone. 10 minutes or 15 minutes from the tram station. I just walked around and the neighborhood was quiet Thank you for watching Next time I was on a Gold Coast trip, it was great to stay here.

Exceptional! This was exactly what I look for when traveling, a place to lay my head that is clean, quiet, safe, and comfortable! And the host were some of the nicest men you'll ever want to meet.

Sean and Peter were both very gracious hosts. I had an extremely busy three days while I was staying there and it as never a problem when I was able to come and go.

Peter and Sean are very good. The house is very clean and tidy, and the location is also very good. It's only ten minutes' walk from surfer paradise, and the roadside at the gate can park for free. You can see the sunset in the garden. It's an unforgettable experience to lie on the grass in the garden and look at the stars in the sky at night. If I have a chance to come back to the Gold Coast next time, I will definitely come back. Thank you, Peter and Sean, for catching the plane too early in the morning to say hello.

Can’t fault our stay at Peter’s place. Everything was as expected, and the location was great. We were also allowed to drop our luggage prior to check in which we were very grateful for! Would definitely recommend staying here.

Tim's is an awesome host. He will not disturb your privacy. The house was clean and homely. We stayed there for 6 days and njoyed the beach view. Surfers paradise is walkable from this place. All the markets and eateries are nearby.

Danny's place has amazing view and vibe. We spent hours sitting in the balcony gazing at the landscape. It's perfect for a family or romantic getaway. You can hear the ocean roar and hear the church bells. Woolies, Restaurants and tram are within minutes. We loved our stay.

Fantastic location just one minute walk to centre of surfers paradise! Wonderful facility onsite really enjoy the sauna and message spa. Few minutes walk to Woolworth and different type of shop. Very convenient for families . Definitely come back !

This studio is outstanding. The location can't be beat. We felt totally safe with our little kids and enjoyed being so close to the beach. The views are so great. From the balcony we were able to watch the Christmas concert held on the beach. Steven was very attentive to any questions we had and went over and above. He even left special treats and toys for our kids. Definitely hope to stay again!

Steven welcomed us with open arms. Communications was fantastic. Check in was problem free. Little touches in the unit were very thoughtful. The view is amazing and the unit is walking distance to everything, including but not limited to, shops, restaurants and the tram. May’s accommodation was perfect, great space, air con, comfortable bed and amazing pools and spa. The spa was a perfect temperature to go back to after a fun day out. Alan was a really friendly host and cared as much as possible. The tram station is also a 3-minute walk away. Delicious restaurants can be reached within a 5-minute walk, and the hostel has a swimming pool and tennis courts. Washing machines and dryers are also useful. Will visit again

Our stay with Ray White Holidays was a fantastic experience overall. The room had a great view and was in an ideal location, with the main beach just a stone’s throw away and a wide range of shops, attractions and night clubs within a 15 minute walk. The building had great facilities, and we particularly enjoyed visiting the pool and spa on the ground floor, as well as the rooftop on level 41. The apartment had everything we needed, including a smart TV with access to Netflix and YouTube, and a stash of coupons available to redeem for food and attractions. The effective air conditioning was also very much appreciated during our summer stay! Would definitely recommend this location for a relaxing beachside getaway.

Communication with Pisces was easy and she was very responsive. Check in was no issue and she has a handy guidebook to the area to help! Place was clean and a great location that is close to all major centres. All in all, would definitely recommend and enjoyed my time there.

The apartment was easy to locate and access. Loved the styling and balconies. The location is perfect being close to the beach and tram line. The space is excellent for couples or small families. On the top floor of the building so you get a nice breeze.

Awesome house! It's right to choose here. Get off at Surfers Paradise Skytrain Station and walk for 2 minutes. It is located next to Q1 and a short walk to the beach. There are restaurants and car rental shops nearby, which is super convenient. The house is comfortable and the landlord has everything to prepare. There are kitchen utensils and seasonings in the kitchen, bath products, body lotion, sunscreen lotion, hair gel in the bathroom, and even women's tampons are prepared, so considerate! Facilities include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, gym, sauna and parking spaces, all free of charge. Poppy gave a lot of help. The reply message was super fast. We also greeted the street when we arrived. We spent the perfect four nights here and would still choose here again. Best Airbnb !!!

This stay has incredible amenities, it's truly an all-weather stay with no worries at all for whatever is in the forecast. Very central to surfers and Cavill Avenue, good amount of space in the apartment for a larger group (as long as you don’t mind sleeping on an air mattress/couch). Would highly recommend.

This is a beautiful place to stay so close to everything you could need while on holiday. Everything was clean and tidy with lots of extra towels and blankets for us to use. I asked before my stay if I could have a third bed put in the second bedroom as I would rather have one of my kids sleeping on a proper bed instead of an air bed. This was not a problem for Dianne at all, she had a lovely trundle bed set up for us. Check in was very easy and explained well with videos. Dianne had left some treats for the kids. These came in handy as we were very late getting in and the supermarket was closed so the kids had the things to eat. Thank you again Dianne and Co. we had a lovely time and will definitely stay again the next time we visit Surfers Paradise.

Location, Location, Location. This apartment is right in the heart of Surfer's Paradise. The 22nd floor has amazing views of the ocean, hinterland and surroundings. Two minute walk to the beach and Cavill Ave. The apartment was spacious and clean and was perfect for two couples. Fantastic pools, indoor and outdoor. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, when we next visit Surfer's. Thanks Barbara and Adam for your hospitality.

This place is a steal. Such a gorgeous view. Just a short walk from great restaurant life! Quiet neighborhood but also lots of fun on premises. The pool is gorgeous and the hot tub is perfect. The room itself is like a five star hotel. This is perfect for a weekend getaway or any other occasion. Book this spot before I do again!

Wonderful stay

Carole is the most wonderful host ever. The room and bathroom was very clean and close to the beach and shops. You also have wonderful views from the balcony in the living room, a secure parking spot and acess to the Pool. Thanks for sharing your home with us! We enjoyed talking with you! Her place is perfect too - very comfortable with stunning beach views from the balcony and conveniently located right around the corner from the main shopping centre. Great place would stay again

This apartment is exactly as advertised. Views are great, elevators are super fast and it’s an easy stroll to the beach, bars and restaurants. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay - very spacious, clean and comfortable apartment and Kazami was very helpful by sending us very detailed check in instructions in the lead up to our trip.

Spacious rooms and comfy big beds! Sergio and Kazami were quick to answer us. The house was spotless and had everything you need. Would definitely stay here again.

Host happened to be away so that I enjoyed the whole appartment which was cute and clean. Would stay there if I visit that place again.

Sergio and Kazami were great communicators. They were on holiday while we stayed at their place, but they were quick to reply to messages and were clear about check-out expectations. We didn't realize the apartment wouldn't have AC, but the fans that were available made it comfortable to sleep at night. The location is amazing! Only a 15-minute walk to eateries and clubs. Would recommend!

The apartment is in a great location within walking distance to beaches, Cavill Avenue etc. The place was very clean and the check in and out process easy.

Our first time in the Gold Coast was relaxing and fun thanks to the clear instructions provided by Belinda & Team, and their beautiful space. As has been mentioned, the starter packs include tea, coffee and some milk, but not salt/pepper/oil - which we were aware of beforehand, but felt that these non-perishables would have completed an otherwise fantastic experience. Communication was very quick, the view was breathtaking and the location was only a short walk away from everything we needed. The building amenities were an added bonus, and just as easy to use. Thankyou for a wonderful stay :)

Excellent experience, we had the best holiday, my little one loves the view so much. The window shouldn’t be able to open in full, accident potential for young kids.

Belinda and team who manage this property are great to deal with. Property is as described. Great place to stay with children. Close to Tram and Surfers Paradise. Putt Putt across the road. Two slides, three pools, two spas, two saunas and a steam room 🤗 Resturaunt on site. Kids had a ball.

Lovely space in a perfect location - right in the middle of Surfer's Paradise with a view over the beach front. We only stayed for one night but couldn't have asked for anything better.

Awesome place with a stunning view! Thaisi and Glessica were amazing and made me feel very welcome! So it's just at the beachfront - it was perfect for my stay at Surfers Paradise.
