Every bedroom features King size beds. - DECADENT MURALS (Building 4) Decadent Murals, named after the dramatic mural dominating the airy, bright living room, is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 2-story house that sits at the rear of the property. With 16’ ceiling heights, 1 bedroom downstairs and 2 bedrooms upstairs, Decadent Murals faces the pool and backs up to an enormous lawn. Sleeps up to 6 people.. - DECADENT RETREAT (Building 3) Decadent Retreat is a beautiful, spacious apartment adorned with murals on its exterior with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, both a shower and a tub, and lots of closet space. It faces the pool and an enormous lawn. The Decadent Retreat also has a Queen sized Lazyboy Sleeper with memory foam mattress. Sleeps 4-6 people. - DECADENT STUDIO (Building 2) Decedent Studio is a chic, open-floorplan space for living and sleeping, a small dining table, plus a separate expansive foyer ideally suited as a workspace or storage area for travelers with toys. It sits in the middle of the property and faces the pool. Sleeps 2 people. - DECADENT KEYS (Building 1) Decadent Keys is an intimate space with a bedroom separate from the living area, featuring a small kitchen. It sits towards the front of the property and faces the pool. The Decadent Keys also has a Queen sized Lazyboy Sleeper with memory foam mattress. Sleeps 2-4 people. - DECADENT SUITE (2417) Decadent Suite is an adorable, airy space with light-colored furnishings, plus a freestanding soaking tub for luxurious baths large enough for two people. Featuring a small foyer, it sits at the front of the property facing the street and park. Sleeps 2 people. EXCEPTIONAL GROUNDS, AMENITIES AND OPEN SPACES. PLUS ART. The Decadent Compound is the ultimate private oasis, ringed by 6’ wood fencing and tastefully accentuated by a 6 foot concrete wall, giving guests extra layers of privacy, intimacy and security on a 360° basis. The property also features an exceptionally large, heated, crystal clean swimming pool, flanked by a large expanse of tile decking, with integrated 10-person hot tubs. Each of the pools and hot tubs feature waterfalls, water fountain features that, and fantastic LED lighting that changes colors. Poolside is also a great place to congregate for cocktails with fellow travelers as the sun goes down. The main grounds span over 40,000 contiguous square feet. The grassy grounds have been completely leveled and re-sodded, and host native tropical foliage, coconut-laden palm trees and mature native fruit trees that bear avocados, star fruit and mangoes. Directly adjacent to the property is Rose’s Garden Park, a one-acre eco-designed public park featuring manicured lawns, a shaded children’s playground, and 5 state-of-the-art gym workout stations for those who wish to properly exercise. Decadent Compound’s expansive grounds are also perfectly suited for peacefully fostering creativity and wellness, with plentiful space to practice yoga, meditate, exercise, stargaze, write books and blogs, create new music, and flex artistic muscles like painting, sculpting and photographing nature, people and objects. STANDARD STOCKED ESSENTIALS Every free-standing private accommodation at Decadent Compound comes fully stocked with plates, bowls, glassware and wine glasses, cooking pots & pans, a coffee pot, cooking utensils, knife sets, silverware, bedding, blankets and bath towels. We also routinely stock bath essentials such as bath/body wash, shampoo; house essentials like dishwashing liquid, washing machine detergent, paper towels, and toilet paper; plus other things like trash bags. WIRED, CONNECTED AND PROGRAMMED FOR ENTERTAINMENT There is fiber-optic superfast WiFi that works great both inside and outside. CONVENIENT ONSITE PARKING, AND A TRULY AMAZING LOCATION Unlike many other high-occupancy rentals located within residential neighborhoods, which can become problematic for neighbors, Decadent Compound has plentiful onsite parking integrated within the property. We can accommodate up to 7 cars. Because the compound is located at the far end of a dead-end street, street traffic is extremely minimal. The compound itself is phenomenally located less than 1 mile from Interstate 95, the main north-south interstate highway artery connecting Maine, New York, Washington DC, and Miami. Fort Lauderdale International Airport is a 7-mile, 10 minute drive; Miami International Airport is a 21-mile, 30 minute drive; beautiful Hollywood Beach is a 4-mile, 10 minute drive; and Miami’s famous South Beach is a 23 mile, 30 minute drive away. Lastly, the Florida Tri-Rail system has a train stop only 1 mile away, Hollywood Station, making day trips to West Palm Beach, Miami, or any coastal city between, a very easy commute, with taxis and Uber cars readily available at each station.   • Bram's spot is ideal for family get-togethers. The outdoor areas - large pool & hot tub, volleyball court, and huge yard - are unbeatable. Everything is contained safely within the compound and the sturdy pool fence provides peace of mind. For younger kids, it was also great to be right across the street from a nice playground.

  • Loved this Penthouse view- it was amazing- and the condo was well appointed with plenty of extra towels, pillows and hangers! The only negative is that on the 41st floor, its extremely difficult to get an elevator. There are only 5 elevators for the building and people would crowd in like sardines. Notices posting only 8 to an elevator at one time are disregarded and make for very scary transport! On the day of check in (Fri) and check out (Sun) it took an hour to get to and from our room. Not kidding. Elevator after elevator would come up to the 41st floor with no room for us to get on, they were sooo packed. I loved this condo, the host was great too, but I won’t return due to the terrible elevator situation.

Unlike most rentals in the Airbnb network, this incredibly private, walled compound is professionally managed by a staff that intently caters to guest requirements not just during inquiries and bookings but more importantly during your stay. There are no personal belongings in the home, and check-in is a snap – the property is keyless with keypad entry system, which is ideal for late arrivals and peace of mind. This is a 5 Star Overall experience, with a 100% response rate within a few hours. Book Decadent Oasis with confidence – we genuinely care about your stay and attention to detail is paramount. The Spacious Residences Decadent Oasis is an extremely special property, spanning 20,000 square feet of greenspace and two newly renovated structures totaling 4,000+ square feet of living space, with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, all crisply air conditioned by 7 tons of AC. The Main Home contains 3 spacious bedrooms, two featuring ensuite bathrooms, one bedroom featuring two beds, which is ideal for families traveling with children. The Master Bedroom is enormous, with a king size bed, lots of dedicated audio/visual gear (see Amenities below) and a dream bathroom – gorgeous diamond-laid, internally lit honey onyx walls, granite countertops topped with his & her onyx sinks, marble flooring, and decadent his & her rainshower fixtures extending downward from the ceiling, the entire bath space bathed in embedded LED light – an incredibly romantic experience. The Living room is vast, perfect for lounging or socializing with various couches strewn about (one a convertible sleeper for two), an eclectic mix of artwork throughout, computerized lighting (see Amenities below) and a perfectly tuned baby grand piano. Off the living room are both the Billiards Room and The Bar (see Amenities below). The flooring throughout the Main Residence is easy to clean tile, or rich, deep plank woods that are spill resistant. The terrace is candlelit, the pool glows in changing colors, the hot tub is surrounded by programmable LED lighting embedded in the palm trees which dance to the music, the soundsystems are clear and perfect, the moon and stars twinkle in the night sky. The artwork and sculpture installations throughout the compound come alive at night, and the lighting throughout the house is optimized, while our guests are surrounded by family and friends. So much of our incredible feedback from guests describes the aesthetic beauty of house at night. There are over 30 eclectic works of art in the home, including photographs, paintings, prints and lighting from Chihuly, Romero Britto, Miguel Paredes, and Tomas Loewy, who chronicles desert festivals like Burning Man. Lastly, the Living Room features a baby grand piano should a musician be in your party. The Lush Grounds & Amenities Decadent Oasis is both – an over the top setting for private revelry, and a transportive oasis of calm. The home has a large driveway which accommodates up to 8 vehicles, with lush landscapes of green grass and 7 varieties of indigenous, native palm trees adorning the gardens and property perimeters. The backyard is completely walled and private, with no direct sightlines to neighboring homes. The 9,000 sq. ft. home directly next door is the former residence of Jackie Gleason. Every bedroom features an in room safe to lock your personal valuables. POOL – There is a large, deep, heated swimming pool in the backyard with an embedded LED lighting system. Aside the pool are comfortable chaise lounges for sunbathing. The pool is 100% professionally cleaned between each guest stay, ensuring it’s crystal clear . HOT TUB – The hot tub is located on a dedicated, raised platform deck and easily accommodates 8 to 10 people. There is also a great bagel place for breakfast. Fantastic golf options start less than 5 minutes from the house ranging from super cheap to super expensive. Orangebrook is the closest. Built in 1933 the 36 hole course has burrowing owls (small owls that live on the ground) that you can see each time you play. All of the best gaming in southern florida is located within 15 minutes of the house including Mardi Gras Casino and Racetrack, Dania Beach Jai Alai, and the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. The house is 4 miles from the Anne Kolb Nature Center a 1,501-acre coastal mangrove wetland that's home to a wide variety of plants and animals, including some threatened and endangered species. You can rent Kayak's and canoes there and follow the boat trails. The house is amazingly central to everywhere else you want to be. the house is located 7 miles (less than 10 minute drive) from Fort Lauderdale International Airport and 21 miles from Miami International (20-25 minute drive). It is located 15 minutes from downtown Fort Lauderdale (Los Olas street) which is where most of the live music in South Florida is and 10 minutes from the new Hard Rock Casino and hotel with its huge entertainment district. This a multi billion dollar development with huge clubs, bars, restaurants, a 3,000 person live music venue, a comedy club and of course the largest casino in south Florida. It is also only 45 minutes to the everglades and it is close to the highway that leads to both the Florida keys or North to Orlando for any day trips... To get to downtown Miami there is an express highway lane which is essentially a special toll road that never has traffic. There is also a train stop (Hollywood Station) walking distance from the house.

  • This place was excellent! I was a big fan of all of the artwork this place had. Both paintings and art installments throughout the backyard. We spent most of our time outdoors cooking with the grill and enjoying the pool, hot tub, and outdoor dining space. The master bedroom was excellent too! This place has 3 bedrooms that walk right outside to the pool area (1 is the master, and 2 of them are in a separate cottage). That was an excellent surprise! I will come back, if I have the opportunity!

  • Beautiful house with more than enough room to house 8 adults and 5 children under 4. In a good location - a 10 min walk to the beach. Quiet neighborhood despite the busy road just behind the neighborhood. The host was very prompt in answering any questions we had. The kitchen was lacking in basic kitchen accessories (knives were dull, no baking sheets) but most rentals don’t have superior kitchen items. We didn’t know until we landed if we could get into the house earlier than 3, which made it difficult for planning purposes, but ended up getting in 4 hrs earlier. Overall, a great experience and made our beach trip very memorable!

  • We were headed on a cruise out of Miami and wanted to spend a few days in Florida prior to our departure. This house was the perfect place for us to stay. The pool is the perfect combination of hot tub, pool and zero depth. The location is also great, very close to grocery store, liquor store, restaurants and beach. We rented a car but probably could have just used uber since we spent more time walking than driving as everything was so convenient. Would definitely recommend this property for all ages.

Stylishly decorated and sparkling clean, exceptionally well maintained. We had a great time relaxing in spacious bedrooms and enjoying the heated pool. Responsive owners set up a hassle free check-in/-out process, and posted very accurate photos and information. The house is as amazing as it looks in the pics. Awesome experience overall!   • The apartment is two blocks from the beach. In a beautiful area, super quiet and familiar. It is safe at night. Inside, everything is in perfect condition. My husband and I went to Miami for the first time and we leave with a beautiful memory thanks to having chosen this accommodation. Their owners allowed us to leave the bags inside the place before the entry time (because our flight arrived early). We are extremely grateful for everything.   • My lady and I spent a lovely week at Frank’s place, and recommend it highly. There is gated parking, but since there are so many restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance - not to mention that the beach really is only a five minute walk away - we felt no need for a car. The beds were comfortable. In our opinion, one of the showers needed a bit more hot water and the other needed better pressure, but Frank was eager to know if we had any constructive criticisms, and I don’t doubt these things will be corrected. The combined dining room/living room was comfortable, and the kitchen had plenty of dishes, pots and pans, and even plenty of cooking staples. There’s even a cute little screened-in balcony, where we had breakfast. The pool looked lovely, but we never went because the beach was so close. The neighbors were quiet, except for one or two brief instances. We’re quiet people, but if you’re looking for a party spot, I don’t think this is the place for you. All in all, it’s not especially fancy, but it’s very comfortable, clean, quiet, and close to the beach. Everything we wanted. And Frank is a very nice, attentive host.

  • The Marco Polo is letting its wear and tear shown but one you enter the room it was very nice with a direct ocean front view! Unit was set up very nicely with new kitchen and a large flat screen TV. Everything you need in a unit is there ! We were not disappointed! The only thing disappointing was the tub faucet, it was very hard to turn and you could not regulate the temperature, it was either take a cold shower or hot, anything in between there was minimal water flow. Other than that everything was great and I will rent from Jonathan again! Thank you!

I’ve been coming to this hotel since I was a little girl and even though it’s a little old, it’s still great! It’s very family oriented, they have a kiddie pool which is great for the kids, they have a pizza place in the lower lobby which has been there 25+ years and is really good! The pool also provides towels. We look forward to renting here again!

  • Juliet was not there but she communicated with me by messages and answered all my questions. The access to the property was well organized. The apartment was clean, well located and the view as beautiful as in the pictures. Only downside, there was a constant noise outside (HVAC engine placed provisionally outside the building, I think), which disturbed especially at night, despite the closed windows, while we were on the 12th floor. The stay was still very pleasant and we keep a good memory of our stay. Will come back again! Thanks Juliet :)

    The apartment offers a very nice layout, as you enter the property, there is a comfortable dining area, which leads into the living room. There is a 55 inch LED television with basic cable options for comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, oven and fridge. There are two bathrooms, one full and one half bath. The master bedroom has a walk in closet and extra separate closet. The second bed space has a queen size bed and television. The second bed space is significantly smaller than the main bedroom, but it is completely independent with its own bed, nightstand and television.
    Sunny Isles Beach is one of the most walk-able cities in South Florida. Literally over 50 shops and dining options to choose from, all by foot or car. Steps to the beach as well.

    Sunny Isles Beach is one of the safest areas in Miami county. Also, it's not as crowed as South Beach.

  • Coro and Manuel are perfect AirBnB hosts. The apartment is very well described. The WiFi is fast, the balcony has a wonderful view and you should definitely use the pool with the whirlpool. We even went out to eat twice with the two of them. They know very good and above all cheap restaurants nearby and as an Uber driver they can also take you to the airport at a good price.

The only thing that struck us as strange was that there was no dish rack so we had to leave things dry in the dishwasher open. We did not want to use the dishwasher.   • First and foremost, Andres and his partners were amazing hosts. They were so quick to respond and also went above and beyond to get us the things we needed, like cribs for our two kids. It shows how caring they are of their guests. The property was very clean inside the condo. The hallways and common areas could definitely use some updating. The other challenge was the location. If you’re good with going to the beach and pool, you will love this place. If you have any interest in going to Miami or the Zoo for instance, the drive can easily be an hour or more. Traffic in Miami is rough. Other than that, the pool is beautiful and the cabanas are a nice touch. The apartment also has everything from cooking supplies, towels, and even shampoo/soap. For the price, it was a great value. Can’t thank Andres enough for being such a great host.

  • We booked this apartment a year in advance because we wanted to be in the Miami area leading up to the Super Bowl. We loved that this apartment had a fantastic view of the water and was within walking distance of the beach - although we ended up driving to the boardwalk in Hollywood Beach when we went to the beach because of the amenities there (bathrooms/restaurants). The building is a little older (1970's), but in good shape, lots of elevators for bringing up luggage and groceries. This apartment was very clean and comfortable; I agree with other posts that the dining chairs are ready to be reupholstered or replaced as the leather is cracking and pieces are falling off; but they were comfortable to sit in. Check-in was quick. We had no issues accessing the wifi. Parking was easy and the owners were diligent in communicating with us to ensure that we displayed our parking pass to avoid "the boot" being put on our wheel. This apartment is in a GREAT location and I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in the area.

  • This is a wonderful place if you are looking for a relaxing vacation spot with all the amenities you could want in a very convenient location. The beach is literally across the street, only minutes away. The pool area is expansive with cabanas and more than enough lounging areas. Restaurants are nearby and if you want to go to the horse races, the track is only ten minutes down the road. The apartment itself had much more of an ocean view than we expected. The living area is large with a fully stocked kitchen and eating bar area. There is a nice size dining table as well. With the view towards the ocean, the balcony get the morning sun and is an ideal place for morning coffee and reading. Although the condo is certainly in a safe area, we appreciated the fact that the building’s security was so complete, with all exterior doors requiring use of a pass key. Andres and Fabian were in constant contact as our trip date approached and provided all the information we needed for a smooth check-in. When I sent an email about one lightbulb being out, a new one was immediately delivered to the apartment. I would have to say that of my Airbnb experiences, this was the perhaps the best one as far as guest/host communication. We will definitely be booking here again when we return to South Florida.

  • We really enjoyed staying in Elenas apartment! The location is perfect, there are a few restaurants and a supermarket arround the corner. The beach is also only a few minutes away by foot. The apartment itself is really nice and confortable with a great view from the balcony. Unfortunately there’s a construction site next to the building starting early in the morning. Even though, we had a wonderful time!

  • My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Elena’s place. Clean, beautiful ocean/city view and 5 minutes away from great food and shopping . The pool area was awesome and never too crowded . The cafe downstairs has the best empanadas if you love them like I do . And just a block from the beach . The beach chairs and umbrella she provides were a plus .   • The condo looks better in person than it looks on the website. Stylish with a lot of comfortable spaces for sleep. The host answers communications very quickly and this was helpful to make sure i understood the expectations. The condo is located in a beachy, high-end area, where beach access is literally across the street. Just follow all the people walking with their towels and and beach chairs. The condo also provided beach chairs and an umbrella. All the amenities such as pool access and parking and tennis courts are included when u get the fob. Literally my only complaint is that more towels need to be provided. But that's minor, so bring a few of your own extra towels. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a comfortable beachy getaway. This was my first time using airbnb and it's off to great start.

A: Maximum occupancy does not only refer to the number a home can sleep, this is also the number of people allowed in the home at any given time. It is determined by the licensing authority based on the number of exits in the home and fire safety evacuation plan. Some counties or HOA's have codes that are strictly enforced. Please abide by the maximum Q: Do infants count toward the maximum occupancy? A: Yes, the condominium has strict occupancy regulations and we must and will adhere to them. Q: How old do I need to be to reserve a home? A: In order to reserve one of our vacation homes everyone who is traveling must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. If a party includes people under 21, then one of the renters needs to be over 25. Q: Can I bring my pets along? A: Pets are not allowed except when in compliance with ADA requirements. Q: Is smoking allowed in the home? A: All and any type of smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises. Q: Can I order packages online in stores such as Amazon? A: Yes, you can but the condominium will charge you for this a fee of $5 to $10 per package. We (owner/manager) are not responsible for anything related to this since it is an external service provided for your convenience. Q: We've run out of toilet paper. Can you bring us some more? A: We provide a starter kit of supplies only. If you think you will need more than what is provided, please make sure to bring some with you.

  • This place is fabulous. You get an ocean view with free towel and umbrella service. If you do have a car you do have to pay $27 a day for valet service. There are two other fees; the admin fee $16 and resort fee $10. Definitely would come back and stay here even with all the added fees. You just have to add that into the total price. Still a good deal compared to a lot of the hotels and resorts out there. Very clean room and comfy king size bed. Great view for the sunset.

  • We spent a week at Mehdi. Upon arrival, there were cold drinks and various foods that provided breakfast and when cooking any dish. All equipped to cook quietly. The view of the bay is unique. It is 2 blocks (small) from the beach. It also lets you sun loungers and umbrella to take you to the beach. Everything was impeccable, clean, a pleasure to have spent these days there. We were lucky to meet Mehdi, who is a super nice and kind person. We would return without hesitation and we will recommend it to everyone we meet. A great place in Miami beach!

Very wonderful and friendly attitude of Mihdi to his guests. Everything is excellent and this is one of the best places where we stayed. Great view and terrace. A lot of thoughtful and comfortable little things. Beach chairs, sun loungers, and much more help and give a lot of relaxation. The stay in this apartment was great. Once again I want to express my gratitude to Mihdi. In order to get from / to the airport and not overpay, use the EASY Card. Transfers for 2 and further buses are free for 1.5 hours. Aventura Mall is a very short walk away // This is a great place to stay and the best choice for us. We stop already 2 times. Great location to shops and the ocean. The passage is very close.   • Mehdi was such a great host. Since this was a surprise for my Husband’s birthday , I had several questions and Mehdi answered very quickly each time. The apartment was sparkling clean! Spotless!! He had everything we would possibly need including an iron and extra towels. When we arrived he made sure we were able to get into the apartment okay and even had cold water and soda for us. Mehdi was nice enough to leave a list of the top steakhouses nearby which I appreciated. The view was amazing!! I enjoyed having my cup of coffee in the back while watching the sunrise and the skies change colors. I would definitely visit Sunny Isles again and plan to stay at place again. Thanks for everything!!!

  • Very nice little apartment in Sunny Isles Beach, which is a great location. I love the view of the waterway and the facilities. Furthermore, supermarket Publix is next door. The host, Mehdi, is always willing to help out. This was already my second visit. Won't be the last! :)
