Cost-effective super high bed and breakfast! Is the best of my bed and breakfast! The landlord aunt like his mother as amiable, stay for three days actually gave us a three - day breakfast (free), the room is small but the sharing of space is very large, the decorations are so delicate and careful! Bed and breakfast is very convenient to Shinjuku Station near Shinashi Station! After I stay in Tokyo, I chose her home, do not choose other places it!

Great place to stay near Shinjuku.

Great little apartment, conveniently located near a metro station and a nice walk to the Shinjuku shopping area. The perfect place to stay for exploring the city. And the pocket wifi was an awesome amenity to have too! Communication with Milly and Gina was super easy, there were always quick to respond to any questions I had via email.

Milly's place is very nice and comfortable. Very modern apartment building. The location was great and it made sightseeing very easy. We enjoyed staying here and hope to visit again.

Excellent place to stay in, quiet and accessible. Near to a station although it's not on the JR Yamanote line. There's plenty of vending machines nearby and also a Lawson just 2 buildings down. Plenty of food places around as well.

Milly's apartment is well located, near the metro station and in a quiet area. The apartment is clean, not so big but has all necessary things. The house looks like pictures. Good choice! :-)

Milly's home was in a good location with elevator access. It was close to the train station, (but note if you using the JR pass, you will have to pay to use that station). Her room was modern, and comfortable. There is a grocery store conveniently located near her place, with a couple of decent places to eat within walking distance. The room did have a separate washer and dryer which was helpful.

First, the location is VERY good. The apartment is very close to the station and the instructions are clear so we didn't have problems arriving to it. There is a convenience store and a good restaurant at less than 1 minute walk. The apartment was also clean and quiet. We would definitely stay there again.

A real recommendation! Clean, good beds, spacious appartment and new furniture. Connections to other parts of town are ok. Sam again was a great host with alert communications and solutions. All you need for a good and comfy stay. We felt more like citizen than visitors...

Location is great. Size is A+ for Japan and also Tokyo. Loved all aspects of the place. It was all great. Having the projector hooked up to Netflix was cool and like having our own home theater. Oh yea :) Neighborhood was quite but close to stations and a number of different stores and places to eat. Beds were comfy and we slept sound asleep. Stay here if you can :)

I really really enjoyed this stay. It was short but sweet. Wish we could have stayed longer. Everything was super clean and brand new. Housing at a very convenient transportation, affordable housing and a very thoughtful notes beforehand, the only small fly in the ointment is the wifi signal is very weak, can be said to be unavailable. But overall, highly recommended!

I enjoyed my stay at The Sakura House a lot! Hiromi is really helpful and quick to respond to queries. The house itself is nicely decorated, clean, furnished with great amenities that came with clear instructions. It was also quite close to a train station, which was convenient. I would definitely stay at the Sakura House again.

Akebonobashi Station, where is very convenient, well-equipped, there is next to a big-scale drug store, the price is very conscience. The room was clean and tidy, fully equipped, Shingo people are very nice.

Overall the location was central to restaurants, convenience store, and transit. The place was cozy with the additions of the bean bags and lamps. Place was perfectly fine for basic needs. Wasn't a big deal breaker but I will have to say the pillows are so were very thin and pretty uncomfortable to sleep on. We also had issues with the portable hot spot for most of our time there, so we were only able to use it briefly.

The place was a bit small and compact that will only fit two. But everything was tidy when we arrived.. Also the location is satisfactory because its 2 stations away from Shinjuku through Shinjuku subway line. There were allt of convenience stores near the place so it was really handy for us specially when we need to buy emergency stuff. Overall experience is good! I would definitely recommend this to my friends.

My husband and I stayed for two nights at Shingo's studio. Although the place is small, it had everything we needed: a very comfortable bed, clean bathroom, and a reliable pocket wifi which made our travels around the city very efficient. He is a very welcoming host: he provided us with toothbrushes, house slippers, and detailed direction to his home. Location is close to subway, one stop away from Shinjuku, and there are many cute shops nearby, tons of grocery stores around the area as well. We are very pleased with our stay and will definitely stay here again when we come back.

Kanako's place was perfect for our one-week extended stay in Tokyo. The apartment was equipped with all of the amenities we would need, including air conditioning, washer/dryer, kitchen, and fast wifi. Prior to our arrival, Kanako sent clear instructions in English with pictures, showing us how to get to the apartment from the metro station, how to check in to the apartment, and also how to use all of the appliances. She made the first leg of our trip to Japan so easy and stress free. The apartment is also a five-minute walk from the Marunouchi line, which we quickly discovered is one of the major lines through Tokyo. The location is also quite walkable, with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores incredibly close by. We stayed in Japan for a total of three weeks; by far, Kanako and her place were the best that we experienced!

We spent 7 nights at Kanako's apartment (2 adults & our 6 year old). The apartment is really nice, super clean, modern, comfortable and well appointed. The location is only a 20 minute walk from downtown Shinjuku, or a very quick 2 metro stops. There are many small bars and eating places nearby, plus the bonus of a large Marusho supermarket. It was very easy and convenient to use the metro to connect to major train lines and explore greater Tokyo. If staying with kids, the apartment is also very close to The Tokyo Toy Museum and the Fire Museum - the majestic Shinjuku Gyoen is also a short walk away. Kanako was a great host, the whole experience felt very professional and all aspects of her communication were much appreciated. Her house manual and instructions for finding the property were thorough and really helpful - thanks Kanako!

Nice roomy unit not far from Yotsuya 3 chome and Shinjuku Gyoenmae stations. Owner very nice and flexible with checkin and checkout times which was a big help. Good for a group of 3-4 individuals with 4 bunk beds. Complete kitchen and unit on ground floor so convenient.

This property is close to Shinjuku, one of the most happening areas in Tokyo. It's close to several marts, food establishments and also the Akebonobashi station. You could walk to Shinjuku too if you have the stamina. The room is clean and functional, and Hiroki is quick, responsive and co-operative with the check in and other arrangements. Will definitely recommend this place to whoever visiting Tokyo.

Our party of four people, though it was looking for an apartment when gone ... but still successfully found it. House just across wendy. Downstairs there is a Chinese su ki home little brother. Particularly comfortable room, this house was chosen simply because Japanese style ground floor, feeling a little atmosphere. The bathroom was conservatory bathroom, particularly comfortable. it was perfect Airbnb. The location was good, host was very friendly, nice and helpful. The neighbor was very safe, close from metro stations and quiet. It was easy to access to Shinjuku line, JR line, Yurakuch line. So it was easy to go every where. ikebukuro, Jimbocho, Kichijoji, Akihabara etc. The room was small but cozy and very clean and enough for my solo travel. Steve was very kind to pick me up at station and recommended many places. It was perfect tavel for me. Thank you and hope to stay in your house again.

Though didn't get to meet Steve, but Steve has been nice, and a late check out was allowed. It's a lovely flat for lone travellers for sure! Will defo come back! :)

I stayed in touch with messages and emails. It was small, clean space. Heating water well and also came out well. Also close to the nearest metro station (I was moving towards Ichigaya Station) It seems very good to attend yen around.

I loved the location of this AirBnB. There are many subway stations nearby that allowed me to easily access other section of Tokyo, and because its a residential area you really feel like you're living in Japan if you have an extended stay. There are many local business around to visit, and if you like cityscapes, taking morning walks in the surrounding area is a must. The rental is clean, very well equipped and well maintained. Steve was also very responsive to any inquiries I had. This is definitely a place I would recommend to anyone who wants their own space while traveling. Its the little things that really make this place worth it, like an umbrella left at the door for guests to use.

I had an amazing stay! The room was very clean and well-equipped. The location is excellent. I walked there from Shinjuku my first night, but there are a couple other stops that are even closer. Cozy is an excellent description.. the size is perfect for one person, two would be pretty snug. I will definitely try to stay here again on my next trip to Tokyo :)

Toyoharu's place is really lovely. Very big by Tokyo standards which made it a pleasant place to stay. 2 subway stops from Shinjuku or a 15 minute walk. Not very far but something to consider perhaps.

Apartment very special, corridor and living room is modern style tatami bedroom is clean and warm. The three of us girls bought a lot of things enough to live, in addition to the bathroom a bit small. 2km from Shinjuku Station Road, the nearest subway station Akebonobashi, travel is very convenient. Downstairs there Rosen, ramen shops around open late, beef Dan is 24 hours. Shopping, then walk to the Shinjuku Sanchome about 10 minutes, luxury goods, drug stores and movie theaters are. Toyoharu landlord is a very nice, patient and polite, looking for an apartment when some small episode, he has been very concerned that we give a lot of help. The only drawback is the room on the second floor corridor narrow stairs look great but good, it left three girls move big box was a bit difficult. But next to Tokyo will still live here friends ~ ~ ~

This move was very convenient in the street not far from the subway station, in the near Lawson and Seven-Eleven near I enjoyed the high quality of Japanese every night supper party: D Just take note that the washing machine in the hostel, but I do not need laundry detergent :( If you think you'll have to pack in advance! This very nice, except the host minute air was so so satisfying stay.

The Toyoharu apartment is ideally located in the heart of Tokyo, less than 10 minutes from two underground stations. It will suit perfectly for one or two people. Nothing to report on the general condition, facilities, and decoration made with taste. Our stay was very good, everything was very well organized in advance, from the key collection to the exit (everything is explained in a clear manual). Thank you for staying here!

Our stay at Kaori's place was very pleasant. It was a home away from home. All amenities we needed were all provided. The portable wifi provided was very helpful to us. It was very accessible to train station which can bring you to any place in Tokyo. We would like to thank Kaori for all the support she has extended to us in making our stay in Tokyo stress free in terms of accommodation. If we will have a chance to be in Tokyo again, we will not have second thoughts of staying in Kaori's place again.

Yuuji was very responsive and forwarded detailed info to help us find and settle into his place. His place was within just a few minutes walk from a subway station that connected easily to Shinjuku station, and is located in a residential area so was quiet. Although I suggest grabbing a meal before heading there as there isn't many choices around. His place was spacious for Tokyo, great for a family of 4 (can fit a couple more!) and even had plenty of room for our big luggages! And the pocket wifi was so awesome - kept us connected during our walking around! Having appliances like microwave, toaster and washing machine (with drying rack) made us feel like home! Yuuji was a great host. Responsive and helped me with all my queries. If you do take the train to his place and are travelling with a bit of luggage, I suggest exiting the station at A3 and crossing the road. A4 doesn't have an elevator and we had to lug our bags up a lot of stairs. Also, it would help if there was a video showing how to get to his place. Yuuji provided me with the address on (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) Maps but with no wifi I still got lost. Luckily, people in Japan are very helpful and a stranger walked us to the apartment. The apartment building is old, but the apartment itself looks just like the pictures. Comfortable, clean, and equipped with all the basic necessities. My only complaint was that the pocket wifi was too slow. I had a hard time even googling places to go to. I also feel considering the area is not exactly in Shinjuku it's a bit overpriced, especially since there are cleaning charges added on as well. Nonetheless, we had a pleasant stay at Yuuji's place.

Great location, apartment very comfortable and just as advertised on the site. 100% recommendable. Porto Yuuji always accessible, helpful and friendly.

The place is really just a larger hotel room - a double bed with a seating corner. it has no higher table or actual chairs to sit down and eat (breakfast), only a low couch table at the sofa. Also, it has no instructions for some of the electric devices (water cooker), so we couldnt use it. And it lacks anything that would make a stay a bit more cozy, it doesnt have a coffee maker, and it also doesnt have a television. Wifi didnt work either despite trying out the recovery steps listed in the manual the checkin time is extremely late (5pm), with most flights from EUrope and US arriving in the morning, this means you have to stay outside with your jetlag fatigue for several hours before finally moving in (they offer early check in only for extra money). In general, the price-value is absolute bad here, they are just too openly greedy, I paid almost 300$/night admittedly around christmas, but normally i would estimate a fair price for this kind of place in this location around 70$/night

Everything was much better than I expected, and it was in a great location. The only hiccup was that water was not coming out of the washer when I tried to wash clothes. They were very quick to respond for the troubleshoot. It turned out that I just needed to turn main water faucet on. Overall, I would recommend this place!

One of the way from the train station, easy-to-understand polite guidance manual and high apartment security system. The room is a floor plan of a simple studio, large number of windows, lighting full of space does not feel narrowness. The view from the north side of the balcony was the best. It is very satisfactory. In addition we will use.

This listing in a quiet part of busy, I prefer quiet, belonging to a single apartment, but four people live no problem, which is readily available, but to bring their own toothbrush toothpaste; Tokyo is safe, Japan is a state of ceremonies, all the place is very clean, very suitable for those with obsessive-compulsive disorder who!

We loved the location of this bnb. It was close to a subway but far enough away that it was quiet. There was enough space for four adults and our luggage. Our host was excellent, checking in with us to see that we had everything we needed, what time we would be checking in/out. I would definitely recommend this bnb to others.

It was very close to the station and the room was clean. The landlord is also very intimate prepared tea drinks. Although the space is not large but the equipment is still relatively complete. Ma's place is great if you want to be near Shinjuku. It is close enough where you can walk there in 20-30 minutes if you want! It is also right near a subway station so you can go all over. The living area is located in a 4 story building, 1F is his Korean 막걸리 bar. He makes the best 막걸리 and has great Korean food to go with it as well. 2F is a Karaoke place. 3F is the living quarter and 4F is the shower. He is super nice and helps any way he can! This place is great with a great price to match it. Ma is the best and he throws a great party too sometimes. I will stay here when I visit again! Ma 감사합니다!

Ma Is hands down the best host I've ever had with Airbnb. He has gone above and beyond to make sure that your stay is as beautiful as it can be. The room is clean and very cosy. The nearest train line is a 3min walk. The neighbourhood is pleasant and Ma's bar Maccoribar which serves great Korean dishes and alcohol is just downstairs. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. I can't express my gratitude enough for Ma's hospitality and generosity during my stay. This was my first time coming to Japan, and as a matter of fact, traveling internationally. I landed in Japan pretty late and missed my time to check in, but Ma was always reassuring me through message if I needed any help finding my way. He also recommended a lot of places to visit in Japan and I was not disappointed at all. He also runs a bar downstairs and we were able to share a lot of stories together. The location of his place is also conveniently situated near a lot of great restaurants and near a metro station within a couple minutes walk. The place is very clean and the beds and pillows are also very comfortable. I highly recommend staying with Ma! I would definitely come back.

I'll make it short: Small, but cozy „apartment“ with two bunk beds. Everything looks as depicted. Ma was very friendly. The neighborhood offers many bars, a divine ramen place next door and is conveniently located.

Sure enough, the landlord can be pink girl's mind ... something never use other colors, the traffic is very convenient! Entered the Korean Embassy in the side road 30 meters way, to force the giant bath room, but also affordable, good girls preferred choice!

We have one night with three families. Within easy reach from the Yotsuya-chome station, quiet night, though it is very convenient location. Since the child is 1-year-old was with, such as kitchen and bath, it was comfortable to spend it than stay in business hotel. Thank you for our preparation for the children of the futon! Children Hello Kitty was a great joy. In addition to the folding of Tokyo I want to be taken care of. Thank you Mr. Hiromi.

Hiromi's place was in a great location for checking out some of the nearby gardens and for shopping at Harajuku. She was very helpful and friendly when we arrived, giving us a little tour of the building and making sure we had everything we needed. The room itself was very cosy for two people, the whole building was very clean and had a good atmosphere. I highly recommend Sakura House!

Overall, the experience with Hiromi and her brother was amazing! I have nothing but positive things to say. The room actually seemed smaller in photos, but upon arrival, I felt my traveling partner and I had plenty of space to share. It felt very cozy and home-like. Thank you again for such lovely accommodations! I would highly recommend this place.

Fantastic AirBnB! About 10 mins from the start of Shijuku and 15 from the station there which is a JR station if you are on the pass- if not there is a station less than 5 mins away. Just off the main road and easy to find but really quiet! Great facilities, everything is thought of, and Hiromi is fantastic, replies quickly and efficiently, great English and any issues sorts them immediately! We spent 5 nights here and is great!

We had an excellent stay at Go's place. Location is perfect...super close to public transportation and easy to get anywhere, but at the same time extremely quiet. Pocket wifi was a huge help. Highly recommended!

Starting with the location- the apartment is perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood less than 1 minute walk from metro station, and only 3 stops from Shinjuku area. if you prefer to walk it takes about 15-20 mins to get there, so its also convenient to hang out late and walk back home after the metro service is over. there is a convenience store right next to metro station. The communication with Go was perfect! he always replied very quickly, and even allowed us an early check-in which was very helpful!! we were 4 people in the flat, and it was even cheaper than hostel, with all the convenience of having our own private place. the flat is not big, but it has two separate bedrooms, and all the basic things needed. don't expect anything fancy, if you are travelling on a low budget and looking for a well located, private place- it's perfect for you!

There are two rooms, suitable for families. Distance Toei Shinjuku Line Akebonobashi station very close, very convenient to travel. Night did not noisy. Homeowners timely processing of some minor problems encountered. Homeowners also prepared basic toiletries, very intimate.

We had a great stay at Go's place. The apartment was extremely clean and well stocked with both bathroom amenities and EVERYTHING you could possibly need for the kitchen including a rice cooker, pots, pans, utensils, knives etc. The location is literally around the corner from a metro station so getting to Shinjuku or Shibuya is super easy. There are also many good cafes in the surrounding neighborhood for nice breakfast or lunch meals. Additionally, the apartment is relatively secluded and off the main street so there isn't much noise. We had a very restful stay. There were 4 of us and there was plenty of room with the two double beds. Checking in and out was super easy and Go was very accommodating and easy to get in touch with. I would definitely stay here again! Great Value!

Listing was accurate. It took us a while to find the location. It is on the 4th floor, no elevator, but nice little place, perfect for 4, or 2 couples.
