The house can be reached via stairs and has a separate entrance. On the terrace you have a wonderful view over the Neckar Valley. The apartment also has a carport. The place has a bakery and a good bourgeois country inn with beer garden. Bieringen is located directly on the Neckar Valley cycle path. Bieringen has a train station.

The cosy little appartment ist situated only 3 minutes from highway A81 at the main street of Empfingen.There is a lot of traffic noise during the working days (windows with noise protection!). About 1 hour to the lake of Constance, 50 minutes to Stuttgart. 12 Minutes to the historic town Horb.About 35 minutes to Tübingen and Rottenburg. In our village there are two bakeries, a butcher's shop, 4 restaurants and 2 supermarkets. The parking place is situated about 5m from Appartments Entrance.

Hi everyone, We have a beautiful basement (half in the basement) apartment for rent. All rooms have natural light. The apartment is in the center of Bierlingen, so a lot is within walking distance ( pharmacy, savings bank, Volksbank, town hall, butcher, bakery, as well as net). We offer the apartment fully furnished and furnished. Washing machine/tumble dryer is also available and as good as new. Fresh towels can be found in the closet next to the washing machine.
