A beautiful and unique space, a memorable experience - that’s for sure. The place was just as described, with amazing attention to details and extra touches like great coffee machine and milk provided, plenty of towels and warm, cozy bedding. The forest theme created an environment more relaxing than I even imagined. The location of the apartment, being at the end of the hall meant it was a quiet oasis in the middle of the CBD. Can’t fault this place!

This apartment is just as amazing as it looks in the photos. It is clear that a great deal of time has been spent to stylise the apartment with a keen attention to detail. The apartment had everything we needed, and its location in the building made it very quiet. The bed is super comfortable and I spent hours lounging in the hanging nest chair. The themes make for a relaxing getaway to destress. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Perfect little spot right downtown. Easy to find, great location, easy access, clean, lots of little extra’s such as; cell phone charging cords, universal plugs, lots of towels, face clothes, things that you may need, but forgot to pack. Some may find the street noise abit loud for sleeping at times, I did not, but, she even has ear plugs there for you. I would highly recommend 👍

That is a sunshine, bright room. You can see the great Library from the window. The interior is amazing, can enjoy 80's record jacket. Also can enjoy cooking in the kitchen, the host prepare good stuff. Close to tram stop and Melbourne Central Station. Charlee is very kind and friendly.

A stylish sanctuary above the buzz of Swanston St, this apartment is the ideal location for exploring Melbourne, close to many public transport options, and has been perfectly furnished for relaxation after a busy day. Charlee has a thoughtful attention to detail, including lots of finishing touches to make this charming place feel welcoming and fun.

Charlee helped us with a last-minute late check-in, which was appreciated! The space is stylish and comfortable with everything you need. Only issue is if you're a light sleeper and bothered by the noise of the tram - earplugs are provided, however. Thanks again Charlee! :)

Charlee’s flat could not be in a better location. Less then 5 mins distance from Melbourne central and the metro. Super close to major attractions and great restaurants, highly recommend Chin Chin (thank you Charlee for the recommendation)! Kitchen had enough basics if you needed to dine in, coffee/tea and milk thoughtfully left out. As well as extra phone chargers & adapters which were super helpful. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay at Kate and Has’s apartment. The location is perfect for discovering Fitzroy and a stones throw from the tram for exploring further. The space is ideal for 2, we didn’t use the kitchen area as there are too many good food options right on the door step! The communication with the agents was really easy when needing to leave our bags at the office in the city and they were also able to get us checked in earlier than scheduled. Thanks for a great stay!

Kate and Has have a wonderful little apartment in a beautiful part of Melbourne. The fitzroy is such a fun, hip, exciting area. The apartment is in the heart of all the action. Only a few meters away from great cafes and even better bars. I highly recommend it.

Great place for a single or couple that are looking to explore Melbourne from an almost perfect inner city base, if you want to be walking distance to various restaurants and famous places. The hosts offer a thoughtful accommodation which we would come back to the next time we are visiting Melbourne.

The location was perfect, in the city centre. Bron kindly guided me and recommended a coffee shop. Michael greeted me in Korean. In particular, the dog difference is so cute and lovely. I also enjoyed toast every morning. If you come to Melbourne, I want to stay here again !! :)

I wrote an extensive review about my last stay here back in May 2019 so feel free to check that out. This time around I stayed from 5th to 9th February 2020. As with my last visit, it’s a wonderful experience staying with Bronwyn, Michael and their furry child Chai. So great to meet Michael in person this time too! Their super spacious warehouse apartment has everything you could ask for, plus the very central location in the city makes getting to the major local sights and CBD shopping / eating districts a breeze. I also really appreciated the complimentary continental breakfast that was so thoughtfully laid out the night before. This gave me a good energy boost at the start of the day as this time I ventured a bit further out and caught more trams - note that Melbourne is quite flat and very easy to get around on foot, which I mostly did during my last visit. Thank you for your warm and gracious hospitality as always.

I spent five wonderful days here. The location of the apartment is really amazing, in the heart of the city center. From here, it is very convenient to go anywhere. The house is the same as the pictures look like an art gallery, full of art atmosphere. Living here, has the private room and the bathroom, also can use Brown's kitchen, open kitchen, the tableware is very complete. Brown & Michael, They are very enthusiastic and made me feel very warm. They also gave me some very convenient and useful tour advice. There are extra services, a hearty breakfast, a bottle of wine, a transit card, washer, and dryer, and can store luggage for a while. They are really considerate for the guests. If you want a deep experience of Melbourne's life, come here ！ Brown loves food，if she has time, you can cook with her. I'll come again next time. I had a truly wonderful 4 night stay. Bronwyn and Michael made me feel comfortable and cared for during a difficult time. They are both really charming and generous hosts. Their hosting arrangements gave me the flexibility and privacy to comfortably interact or not depending on how I felt at the time. Their place is stunning and the location fabulous. The guest room and bathroom are gorgeous.

The apartment is conveniently located on Hardware street which is especially great for getting a feel for Melbourne's street cafe's and general vibe. We travelled with a 4 month old and found the lift to work well for taking the pram in and out of the vicinity. A comfortable treasured space in superb location made it easy for us to explore the city without too much hassle.

Great location in the CBD. Good sized bedrooms and I loved the water pressure in the shower! Easy apartment to stay at I and enjoyed my time there.

There were rooms from 1 to 3 so we didn't know how many rooms we had but waited but the room was better than I thought and the room was clean

We had a fabulous stay and look forward to staying at Tino's place again in the future. The bag of basic goodies was really appreciated, Tino had lots of tips and suggestions on some of his favorite eateries, bars etc. and it was fantastic to check with him for feedback on some of the things planned during our short stay. Location could not be any more central, especially with the FREE city tram zone.

The location is second to none and we felt at home right away. Tino was a very welcoming host and his suggestions were spot on. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Location is perfect, within the free tram zone! Very convenient to explore all city attractions. Tino and Chris are very friendly and welcoming. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. Although it's a bit noisy in the evening during weekends, would definitely like to stay again!

What can I say? Tino’s place is the perfect spot for your central Melbourne escape. The beautiful open plan & high ceilings made us feel like we were in a loft style apartment in New York! The delicious Cuff cafe is right downstairs - don’t miss their coffee & breakfast. Tino was an amazing host - the apartment was kitted out with everything we needed to make it feel like home. It’s a family friendly getaway but also perfect for couples given its close proximity to all the action. Highly recommend!

In the absolute best position for wandering around the city or to walk over to the Art Gallery. Close to all the action and eateries. Tino was an attentive host who responded to messages quickly and made the checking in (and checking out) process really easy. The apartment was also a great place to hang out in with it's spacious living area and high ceilings. The kids were wrapped it had a WiiU. Due to it's amazing position there is a bit of noise from the local nightlife so you may need to use ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Would definitely recommend.

Tino was amazing and very accommodating to our requests for a later check out. Location was perfect and the apartment was very stylish and comfortable. Check-in was a breeze and Tino was such a ray of sunshine making the whole thing so much better. I will definitely be back as this place was great

This is an excellent location to base yourself for an exploration of the Melbourne CBD. It is just across the Yarra in Southbank and an easy walk to all of the CBD attractions including Flinders Station, Federation Square and shopping. The description is very accurate. We felt very welcomed there. The bedroom was very spacious, there is lots of cupboard space and an ensuite with two sinks.

The accomodation is conveniently located with many places within walking distance. It is also outside two tram stops which will help you get to the major places you need. WHAT A WONDERFUL STAY! Our first time to Melbourne and we scored! We came for the Australian Tennis Open and the location was peRFect! The tram to the Open was immediately outside the door. Fantastic food cafes close by. The apartment was spotless. We loved having a washer and dryer. The bed was very cumfy. The place was beautifully appointed and had everything we needed. We highly recommend staying here and we hope to stay here again. Canvas also accommodated our checkout time which was a huge help. Thank you Canvas!

The accomodation was comfortable and had everything I needed for a short stay. Very helpful check in. Friendly staff. The accommodation was clean and with exceptional security. The walls are a little thin. You can hear toilets flushing and loads of tapping in the walls from the pipes. But I was really pleased by how safe and well located it was to shops and cafes

Thanks for the warm welcome and early check in facility to store our bags. Very handy location beside Southern Cross train station and the tram stop on the other side.

Staying with Canvas-Suites was a seamless and enjoyable experience. They were prompt and helpful with their communication, made check-in/check-out easy and accommodated for our travel plans. The stylish apartment was in a wonderful location around a variety of cafes and with easy access to trams that took us straight to where we wanted to go. Overall a great experience that added something great to our trip to Melbourne!

Our stay at Gabby's was excellent. The location is a short walk or tram ride to anywhere on the south end of the city, the TV, kitchen and karaoke were all very convenient with a grocery store just around the corner. Would highly recommend to those looking for a clean, well located and ammenity rich location. Gabby was quick to respond with details and information.

Very cute and quaint place. Me and my sister really enjoyed our stay. The view from the bedroom is beautiful and the tv is huge! :) the bed was super comfy. Exactly what we needed for 1 night in the city. The location was also perfect - it was a short walk to crown.

A lovely apartment with all that you would need, (including great extras in the building such as: heated outdoor pool, sauna, outdoor bbq, lounge and garden, Edwin restaurant and bar), in a great location with plenty of convenience shops near by and a very yummy French bakery around the corner. We loved our stay in this very clean and comfortable apartment. Check in and communication with the host was easy, excellent and prompt. We enjoyed the amenities in the building, including the rooftop pool, sauna, gym, and loved discovering the restaurant (Edwin’s) and cocktail bar on the top floor. The location was perfect for exploring Melbourne CBD. We definitely recommend it for a city getaway!

As all the other reviews say, this is a great place to stay. Ming and Linye are great hosts and extremely responsive.

Ming’s place is amazing, home away from home. Sparkling clean with little extra’s like a coffee pod machine, shampoo and body-wash, etc, plus a washing machine. Only a 5 minute walk from Crown Casino/Southbank, Convention Centre, DFO/Docklands and a metro Woolworths. Also located straight opposite an Avis/Budget rental car company. Will definitely be staying again when we return to Melbourne.

Mint went the extra mile to help with luggage as we had an earlier flight and got quick responses. The room was spectacular and the cocktail bar on the top floor was a must! Would definitely recommend to anyone planning a holiday with their partner.

Awesome location, quick walk to the city and southbank, however far enough away so that it was quiet at night. Parking was easy and using a car lift was a great new experience and easy to use.

Hasan and Ayse, were such a great host, super host! Quick response, easy to communicate and very understanding. Super easy when checking in and checking out. Their place was extremely clean. The amenities were all complete. From a huge TV to washing machine and dryer (oven, microwave, kettle, hair dryer, iron, vacuum etc) everything was there. The view? OH YES! When it says there, a spectacular view, is no joke. It was like expectation versus reality, REALITY WINS. Everything about our stay there was wonderful. We really recommend to others to stay there.

A great apartment in a beautiful building. Excellent location especially if you want to catch a train from Southern Cross Station. The studio apartment feels very spacious due to the high ceilings and has good kitchen facilities and very comfy bed. Gym was good and great pool and spa area for relaxing after a hectic day. Highly recommend.

My mom and I traveled together. It's really close to Southern Cross station! It was nice and comfortable because the ceiling was high unlike other buildings. All the necessary facilities are provided. There were reviews that were noisy because of traffic, but the sixth floor was not low, and we slept well without any problems because it was dark. The terrace is so nice and the interior is great! Sorry for the busy schedule. When I come to Melbourne, I think I'll choose Chammy's Airbnb without looking for more :)

Chammy was always quick and polite. Made very easy the check in. The Grand Hotel is part of Melbourne heritage and for this price, it's a bargain. Close to everything, it's perfect for knowing the CBD. Would definitely come back and recommend the place.

Views views views...that’s what you are here for and this place delivers. The apartment itself is clean but spare with little decor and it’s not large. The floor to ceiling windows overlook the entire riverfront with spectacular views of the City lights. From the huge patio you look down upon the casino fire show, harbor, ocean and sunsets. Several tram lines are within steps of the front door and they are *free* in this zone. Tons of food options and attractions are close by. Listings like this are what makes Airbnb great!

A beautiful studio located within walking distance to Yarra River and Southern Cross station. The property is clean, well equipped with basic amenities like electric stove, kettle, TV and fast internet. Very comfortable and clean. Entrance door is not really obvious, however landlord (Leo) is easy to approach and he provided pictorial guide which is very helpful. Highly recommended. Thank you so much!

The photos are not much different from the actual ones, and the location is very convenient. The train station and tram are both within a five-minute walk. The floor is very clean and the bathroom is very clean, because I used to be barefoot indoors, and I have lived in some foreign B & Bs, but there is still some dust. Even though the high floor is in the city center, there is no crowded noise. Washing machine, washing machine, washing powder are available, basic daily necessities are available, suitable for longstay. The only small drawback should be the smell of cooking in the kitchen next door. I don't know why the pipes will communicate. In addition, the tableware was not cleaned a little. However, the cp value is still very high and is highly recommended.

The location is right next to the Southern Cross train station. It is very convenient to take the airport bus, and there are free trams to various attractions in the city. The apartment is small but fully equipped, the rooms are new and comfortable. In the end, Ares is very nice and the communication is smooth. Although I arrived an hour later than planned, Ares still waited patiently and arranged the check-in as soon as I arrived.

We had a wonderful time and thought our host went beyond to make sure everything was perfect. It was a gorgeous place and in an amazing location close to absolutely everything. If we go to the Australian Open again next year we will definitely book the same place. Great host - wonderful time.

Great little place to stay.

We had such an amazing stay at the Sultan Ahmed over New Years. We even got a surprise view of the fireworks! The apartment is in a perfect location right near Southern Cross station, and the amenities including the spa, pool and sauna were a delightful addition to the gorgeous apartment. Highly recommend! Would definitely stay here again.

Andy and Paul’s place is TOP NOTCH, as is their hospitality. We are so glad we chose this particular Airbnb as a base for our Melbourne adventures and as the final leg of our first visit to Australia.

Attention to detail was outstanding - everything needed for a comfortable stay was provided. Apartment is so well located for dining, shopping, sports venues etc etc. All was well thought through, perfect place for a stay in Melbourne.

The accommodation is right in front of the train station, very comfortable if, like us, you are going to move a lot from one place to another. Despite being a huge block with a lot of traffic, the apartment was very quiet, with a supermarket nearby and a great gym and swimming pool! I recommend it!

Great stay at Bill’s place. The location is fantastic! Right across from southern cross (airport bus goes here), and loads of trams around. Amenities are great (laundry took very long but we had the heads up!). Great stay and would definitely stay again and recommend.

Well located being virtually opposite the Coles supermarket and the bus station. Also well located for Melbourne city shopping.

Great apartment- I would stay there again my only heads up for future guests would be.........the parking garage is super tight and such a head ache you could never get a large vehicle in there, good thing our rental was compact. The directions for check in were exactly what you need to do just a head ache of a process after traveling all day. But great apartment else wise!

Pictures tells the story accurately for this Southbank gem. Great location, with an easy walk to the Arts Centre and all that Southbank has to offer. Modern apartment with a coffee maker and Vittoria pods : ) The view down the Yarra River to Docklands is priceless. Great communication from Ming. Points to note, tight car park - only just fitted our Rav4. We will stay again on our next trip to Melb.

Ming’s place is pretty much perfect. Great apartment, sparkling clean, great location, convenience stores at the doorstep, nice eating joints close by, 10 minutes walk from Federation square, and Riverside Quay. Highly recommend!

Ming was amazing! Location is amazing! 9 mins walk to Crown and then if you wanted to catch the tram into the city I caught the 96 tram and its free (from the stop after Crown) and getting around is super easy. FREE PARKING TOO so if you have a car it's all guccii 👌.

Charlottes place was in a perfect spot, close to everything we needed to enjoy the city. Such a pretty view of the yarra and the use of the pool was also a plus. Highly recommend staying here if you are ever in the city.

Charlotte is a very kind and thoughtful host, very laid back and unobtrusive. The apartment is very stylish and has great views of the river, I wish that we could have stayed longer! You can also use the swimming pool and gym in the building. Charlotte also looked after my bags after check out. I'd recommend Charlotte's apartment as it's excellent value for money. Such a convenient location and a quick walk from the skybus stop too! Had a bit of difficulty finding the lockbox but Andrew and Mala were super helpful and were quick to respond to tell us exactly where it was! Thank you again and would recommend to everyone!

This place is huge - parking is simple, safe, and off road. When you walk into the apartment you'll realise just how big the space is. Theres multiple 7elevens nearby and food outlets downstairs, even some that are 24 hours! A nice balcony and view of the main road really make you feel like you're living a life of luxury. Its inside the free tram zone - you'll save $$$ everyday compared to somewhere outside this zone. Only potential downsides are the apartment is close to a train line, I would liken the sound to a soft thundering noise. Didn't really bother me but could bother potential visitors, we also couldn't get the oven to work. Might just be my own stupidity tho. Overall - great value for what you pay, comfortable and a very cool space.

Great location right in the CBD and super close to transport, a cute little park and the Yarra. All facilities were provided and the place was clean, tidy and comfortable. Check in and out was very easy and communicated with me in detail. Andrew was very responsive and helpful. Thanks so much for the hospitality.

Great value and great location within easy walk of Melbourne CBD and free trams right outside the front door. Free carpark was super handy. Apartment is spacious and had everything we needed for our week-long stay. Only negative was the bed bugs - my wife and I left Melbourne with itchy bites all over us. Host was a good communicator and check-in instructions were easy to follow.

The apartment looks modern and stylish with a fantastic view of the city in the night from the living area. Every key area is at walking distance. We enjoyed two nights at Oliver's place. We had the place to ourselves as our host was out. The apartment and our room were clean and bright and were very comfortable. It's just a sort walk to Southbank and Melbourne CBD.

We used Oliver’s place as a base for a few nights to explore Melbourne. From that perspective, it was perfect. We walked into the city centre everyday, but there is a tram stop right outside the flat if you prefer. The apartment was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. The room itself was a little smaller than expected (especially when considering that we were sharing the flat so this was our only private space), so it was a bit of squeeze with two of us and large suitcases, but it was comfortable and it was nice having our own tv if we wanted to have some privacy. Guests should also bear in mind that the apartment block sits in a busy road intersection so when the windows are open it is very noisy, but there is aircon so it is not necessary to have the windows open. Overall, Oliver was a great host and he made us feel at home - thank you.

This is an excellent apartment, white goods are new and efficient and were very useful. The AC was excellent. We slept really well in very comfortable beds. Great views over the city and a high floor that kept us well away from any potential noise. Weather was challenging so great to get back to such a comfortable home base.

Perfectly situated in Southban, it is within easy walking distance to many of Melbourne's art and entertainment venues. Excellent value for money for singles or couples. The apartment was lovely. Super central to the Crown Casino and a nice 10 minute walk along the Southbank strip into the city centre. It was clean and cosy. Quiet - next to no noise. Easily accessible and good communication with hosts. I would recommend.

Louisa's place is private, clean. spacious and welcoming. It was perfectly placed for what we needed to do in Melbourne.....visit the Melbourne Convention Centre and surrounds. It also had great amenities for a convenient stay (dishwasher, washing machine and dryer). I would be more than happy to stay again at Louisa's place when in Melbourne.

I was a bit iffy when i realised i had booked a private room instead of a whole apartment for myself and my 5 yr old daughter for a weekend away from the boys! We stayed at chenlei's place for 3 nights and honestly felt like we had the place to ourselves! He has his own private room which, when he was home is where he was. My daughter loved guessing if he was home lol such an amazing location for the price and is well in walking distance or within train or tram access to get anywhere you need to. We drove from adelaide and didnt use the car for the whole time we were there. If i had to nit pick and find faults, the only one would be the loose toilet seat lol Highly recommend!! P.S i left some hot chocolate to pass on to the next couple/single person who stays :)

1. Location: Located very close to the CBD. The tram stop is right in front of the apartment, so it's convenient to move around. Convenient facilities such as supermarkets and pharmacies are located within a 5-minute walk. The NGV, ACCA and Melbourne Arts Center are also very close. 2. Accommodation: It is located in a new building and has good security facilities. The accommodation is the same as the photo. In the line where the host is possible, I have been considerate and have been comfortable. The companion dogs living together were very quiet and even forgotten. If you're going on a business trip back to Melbourne, you'll stay in the same place. Highly recommended.

Nicks apartment is exceptionally clean. It is in the perfect location and the check in process was seamless and easy. Nick was very quick to respond to any questions and the apartment was everything we needed for a quick weekend trip to Melbourne.

We loved staying here! Nick offered almost every amenity you could imagine! His space was very clean and in a great location. The only downside was that the WiFi wasn’t unlimited but we managed just fine.

My mother and I stayed at Nick's place to visit the Australian Open. Nick's apartment was the perfect place to stay. Also a big plus is the gym and the pool in the basement of the building. Highly recommend to stay with Nick!

Nick is an incredible host. He responded immediately after I sent questions leading to my first visit to Australia. He had notes around the apartment so guests know exactly what to expect. Nick has the CUTEST dogs, but they are so tiny and quiet you would never know they are there. The property is next to an interstate, so Nick provides ear plugs, but the sound is very muffled in guest room. I didn’t notice it at all. Everything is in walking distance - corner store, Southbank, Findler train station, the tram. It was all fantastic!

Staying here was perfect! There's a tram stop right outside your door inside the free tram zone, and it's a short walk to Southern cross station, so you can get anywhere you need with ease. The hosts are so accommodating, ready to help in any way possible. I'd definitely stay here again!

Place is very nice, exactly by the tram station and is in the free zone. Close to Flinders station and Southern Cross. Everything is great about the place, only the aircon make a loud buzzing noise, otherwise is all very nice

Wonderful place to stay! Location is great, just a five minute walk from Southern Cross Station.
