Eine 90 qm große Wohnung, voll ausgestattet, Terrasse, viel Garten, Sauna. Himmlische Ruhe garantiert. Aus ökologischen Gründen freue ich mich bei Aufenthalten von weniger als 7 Nächten über mitgebrachte Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Wer trotzdem ein Wäschepaket, bestehend aus 2 Handtüchern, und 1 Set Bettwäsche haben möchte, zahlt dafür bitte einmalig 20,-€/ Nase.

Our apartment is located in the historic centre of Adelebsens, in the courtyard of a half-timbered estate. The balcony overlooks our lovingly designed garden with seating and play equipment available for our guests. Across the street you can see the picturesque castle mountain Adelebsens with castle, castle and churches. The nearest bus stop is about 2 minutes walk from the apartment, the train station of the place as well as the nearest supermarket about 10 minutes.

My place is right in the centre of the historic old town of Höxter. Restaurants and restaurants as well as all the shopping facilities are within walking distance. Corvey Castle as a Unesco World Heritage Site is only about 3 km away. Höxter is located on the bike path R1, only about 500 m from the apartment. Towards Godelheim after about 1.5 km is the leisure lake complex with swimming and sports facilities, which is very popular in good weather.

We live in the countryside with lots of greenery and fresh air and free spirit and are open to guests. The bake house, with traditional furnishings, wood-burning oven, sleeping loft and completely timeless comfort, is located separately on our property. Next to the house is the bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophize, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, pure reduction!

Family Waldkauz's guest house in the middle of the forest

Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love them because of the heavenly tranquility, the little door in the woods and still only 20 km away to Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and larger groups. Unless it is about uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome to us and regularly feel very comfortable.
